本发明涉及纺织品加工用料及制备领域,具体涉及一种纺织品用无氟防水剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了适应人们对纺织品的不断要求,越来越多的纺织品被赋予功能性,而防水功能就是其中一个重要的分支。拒水拒油织物是一种功能化、智能化的织物。经过拒水拒油整理的纺织品能抵御雨水、油迹,而且能让人体的汗液、汗气及时地排出,从而使人体保持干爽和温暖,并且在装饰、产业领域中应用的具有拒水拒油功能的餐桌布、汽车防护罩等也备受青睐。
目前最优秀的防水整理剂仍然是含氟的有机聚合物。当然,这些防水整理剂大都含有PFOS或其衍生物,但是随着人们对环保要求的不断提高,氟碳型拒水剂的应用被严格限制。欧盟最新禁令出台以后,这些防水整理剂及其整理工艺不能再使用。因此其替代品的开发十分迫切。随着人们对纺织品以及化学品安全的要求进一步的提高,环保无氟型防水剂将会越来越受欢迎,但现有的无氟环保型防水剂的缺点是防油性能及防水耐洗涤性不够,远远达不到氟系产品的效果,从而在一定程度上限制了其在纺织品领域的发展和应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种抗水防油效果良好的耐洗涤的纺织品用无氟防水剂及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种纺织品用无氟防水剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸正丁酯20~30份、气相二氧化钛1~3份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯10~15份、聚乙烯蜡1~3份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1~4份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐2~5份、聚醚硅油2~4份、硬脂酸1.5~3份、六水合硝酸锌0.5~1份、催化剂0.2~0.5份、水100~140份。
进一步地,所述的一种纺织品用无氟防水剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸正丁酯25份、气相二氧化钛2份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯12份、聚乙烯蜡2份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐4份、聚醚硅油3份、硬脂酸2份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂0.3份、水120份。
进一步地,所述的催化剂为正丁基锂。
所述的一种纺织品用无氟防水剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1~1.5h,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯蜡、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、硬脂酸和占水总量三分之二的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在75~85℃下保温搅拌40~50min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至55~65℃,并保温滴加催化剂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在50~70min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2~2.5h;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的混合液体冷却到室温,用剪切机进行剪切处理,剪切机转速为5000rpm,剪切时间为10~20min,剪切后过滤,即得到本发明的纺织品用无氟防水剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果为:本发明提供的纺织品用防水剂创新性的将丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯在催化剂的作用下产生反应,并与气相二氧化钛、聚乙烯蜡、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、聚醚硅油、硬脂酸、六水合硝酸锌共混反应,获得具有良好抗水防油效果,同时耐洗涤的纺织品用环保无氟防水整理剂。

实施例1:一种纺织品用无氟防水剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸正丁酯25份、气相二氧化钛2份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯12份、聚乙烯蜡2份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐4份、聚醚硅油3份、硬脂酸2份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂0.3份、水120份;所述的催化剂为正丁基锂。
所述的一种纺织品用无氟防水剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌75min,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯蜡、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、硬脂酸和80份的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在80℃下保温搅拌45min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至60℃,并保温滴加催化剂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在60min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌135min;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的混合液体冷却到室温,用剪切机进行剪切处理,剪切机转速为5000rpm,剪切时间为15min,剪切后过滤,即得到本发明的纺织品用无氟防水剂。
实施例2:一种纺织品用无氟防水剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸正丁酯20份、气相二氧化钛1份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯10份、聚乙烯蜡1份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐2份、聚醚硅油2份、硬脂酸1.5份、六水合硝酸锌0.5份、催化剂正丁基锂0.2份、水100份。

(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1h,得匀混物料;

(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌70min,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯蜡、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、硬脂酸和占水总量三分之二的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在75℃下保温搅拌50min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至55℃,并保温滴加催化剂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在70min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2.2h;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的混合液体冷却到室温,用剪切机进行剪切处理,剪切机转速为5000rpm,剪切时间为12min,剪切后过滤,即得到本发明的纺织品用无氟防水剂。
实施例5:一种纺织品用无氟防水剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸正丁酯28份、气相二氧化钛1.5份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯13份、聚乙烯蜡1.5份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐3份、聚醚硅油2份、硬脂酸2.5份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂正丁基锂0.3份、水130份。
所述的一种纺织品用无氟防水剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌70min,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯蜡、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、硬脂酸和占水总量三分之二的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在78℃下保温搅拌46min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至62℃,并保温滴加催化剂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在55min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2.5h;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的混合液体冷却到室温,用剪切机进行剪切处理,剪切机转速为5000rpm,剪切时间为18min,剪切后过滤,即得到本发明的纺织品用无氟防水剂。
对上述实施例1-5所得的防水剂加水配置成12g/L的整理液,将涤纶织物进行一浸一轧,浸轧液位70%,160℃烘焙90S,然后对其进行防水(标准AATCC-227,两次平均值)、防油(标准FZ/T
01067-1999,两次平均值)测试并进行多次洗涤(试样在SW-12型水洗牢度仪上进行洗涤,洗涤条件为:无水碳酸钠2.5g/L,净洗剂209,2.5g/L,浴比1:20,温度70℃,时间30min)测试其洗涤后的防水、防油性能,采用市售常见的防水剂为对比例做相同的测试,结果如下表所示:
经本发明的防水剂整理后的织物表面光滑柔软,防水剂成膜效果较好,可以均匀的覆盖在织物表面,具有较好的防水抗油效果,并且多次洗涤后仍可保持良好的防水抗油性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种纺织品用无氟防水剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸正丁酯20~30份、气相二氧化钛1~3份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯10~15份、聚乙烯蜡1~3份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1~4份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐2~5份、聚醚硅油2~4份、硬脂酸1.5~3份、六水合硝酸锌0.5~1份、催化剂0.2~0.5份、水100~140份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织品用无氟防水剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸正丁酯25份、气相二氧化钛2份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯12份、聚乙烯蜡1~3份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐4份、聚醚硅油3份、硬脂酸2份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂0.3份、水120份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织品用无氟防水剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸正丁酯28份、气相二氧化钛1.5份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯13份、聚乙烯蜡1.5份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐3份、聚醚硅油2份、硬脂酸2.5份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂正丁基锂0.3份、水130份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种纺织品用无氟防水剂,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为正丁基锂。
5.权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种纺织品用无氟防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1~1.5h,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯蜡、二丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、硬脂酸和占水总量三分之二的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在75~85℃下保温搅拌40~50min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至55~65℃,并保温滴加催化剂与剩余水的共混液,滴加时间控制在50~70min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2~2.5h;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的混合液体冷却到室温,用剪切机进行剪切处理,剪切机转速为5000rpm,剪切时间为10~20min,剪切后过滤,即得到本发明的纺织品用无氟防水剂。
