本发明公开了一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯10~20份、丙烯酸正丁酯20~30份、气相二氧化钛1~3份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯10~15份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1~4份、非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物3~6份、聚醚硅油2~4份、二羟甲基脲1.5~3份、六水合硝酸锌0.5~1份、催化剂0.2~0.5份、水100~140份。本发明将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯在催化剂的作用下产生反应,并与气相二氧化钛、二丁基萘磺酸钠、聚醚硅油、二羟甲基脲、六水合硝酸锌、非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物共混反应,获得具有良好抗水防油效果,同时耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水胶粘剂。

背景技术
为了适应人们对纺织品的不断要求,越来越多的纺织品被赋予功能性,而防水功能就是其中一个重要的分支。拒水拒油织物是一种功能化、智能化的织物。经过拒水拒油涂层胶整理的化纤、纯棉或化纤与纯棉混纺织物纺织品,面料达到仿真皮效果,手感柔软,能抵御雨水、油迹,并且在装饰、产业领域中应用的具有拒水拒油功能的餐桌布、汽车防护罩等也备受青睐。目前纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂存在的缺点是防油性能不够,以及耐洗涤性、耐寒性较差,从而在一定程度上限制了其在纺织品领域的应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种抗水防油效果良好的耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水剂及其制备方法。

所述的一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1~1.5h,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之一的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在75~85℃下保温搅拌40~50min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至55~65℃,并保温滴加催化剂与占水总量三分之一的水的共混液,滴加时间控制在50~70min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2~2.5h;
(5)将非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物加入步骤(4)得到的溶液中保温搅拌1~2h,然后加入剩余的水保温搅拌0.5~1h;
(6)冷却、过滤后得到本发明的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果为:本发明提供的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂创新性的将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯在催化剂的作用下产生反应,并与气相二氧化钛、二丁基萘磺酸钠、非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物、聚醚硅油、二羟甲基脲、六水合硝酸锌共混反应,最后与非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物增稠反应,获得具有良好抗水防油效果,同时耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
实施例1:一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯15份、丙烯酸正丁酯25份、气相二氧化钛2份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯12份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物4份、聚醚硅油3份、二羟甲基脲2份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂0.3份、水120份;所述的催化剂为正丁基锂。
所述的一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌75min,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、二羟甲基脲和80份的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在80℃下保温搅拌45min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至60℃,并保温滴加催化剂与占水总量三分之一的水的共混液,滴加时间控制在60min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌135min;
(5)将非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物加入步骤(4)得到的溶液中保温搅拌1.5h,然后加入剩余的水保温搅拌45min;
(6)冷却、过滤后得到本发明的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂。
实施例2:一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯10份、丙烯酸正丁酯20份、气相二氧化钛1份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯10份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1份、非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物3份、聚醚硅油2份、二羟甲基脲1.5份、六水合硝酸锌0.5份、催化剂正丁基锂0.2份、水100份。
所述的一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1h,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之一的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在75℃下保温搅拌40min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至55℃,并保温滴加催化剂与占水总量三分之一的水的共混液,滴加时间控制在50min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2h;
(5)将非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物加入步骤(4)得到的溶液中保温搅拌1h,然后加入剩余的水保温搅拌0.5h;
(6)冷却、过滤后得到本发明的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂。
实施例3:一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯20份、丙烯酸正丁酯30份、气相二氧化钛3份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯15份、二丁基萘磺酸钠4份、非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物6份、聚醚硅油4份、二羟甲基脲3份、六水合硝酸锌1份、催化剂正丁基锂0.5份、水140份。
所述的一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1.5h,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之一的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在85℃下保温搅拌50min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至65℃,并保温滴加催化剂与占水总量三分之一的水的共混液,滴加时间控制在70min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2.5h;
(5)将非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物加入步骤(4)得到的溶液中保温搅拌2h,然后加入剩余的水保温搅拌1h;
(6)冷却、过滤后得到本发明的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂。
实施例4:一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯10份、丙烯酸正丁酯30份、气相二氧化钛1份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯15份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1份、非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物6份、聚醚硅油2份、二羟甲基脲3份、六水合硝酸锌0.5份、催化剂正丁基锂0.5份、水100份。
所述的一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌70min,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之一的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在75℃下保温搅拌50min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至55℃,并保温滴加催化剂与占水总量三分之一的水的共混液,滴加时间控制在70min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2.2h;
(5)将非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物加入步骤(4)得到的溶液中保温搅拌1h,然后加入剩余的水保温搅拌1h;
(6)冷却、过滤后得到本发明的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂。
实施例5:一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂,其由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯12份、丙烯酸正丁酯28份、气相二氧化钛1.5份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯13份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物5份、聚醚硅油2份、二羟甲基脲2.5份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂正丁基锂0.3份、水130份。
所述的一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌70min,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之一的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在78℃下保温搅拌46min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至62℃,并保温滴加催化剂与占水总量三分之一的水的共混液,滴加时间控制在55min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2.5h;
(5)将非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物加入步骤(4)得到的溶液中保温搅拌70min,然后加入剩余的水保温搅拌50min;
(6)冷却、过滤后得到本发明的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂。
对上述实施例1-5所得的防水涂层胶粘整理剂进行性能测试,具体采用40*40/133*100的棉织物,涂覆底胶烘干后涂覆实施例1-5得到的整理剂2遍,烘干后测试性能,其中涂覆底胶干增重2~4g/m2,涂覆整理剂干增重15~18g/m2。结果如下表所示:
经本发明的防水涂层胶粘整理剂整理后的面料表面光滑柔软,防水涂层胶粘整理剂可以均匀的覆盖在面料表面,具有较好的防水抗油效果,并且多次洗涤后仍可保持良好的防水抗油性能。
Claims (4)
1.一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯10~20份、丙烯酸正丁酯20~30份、气相二氧化钛1~3份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯10~15份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1~4份、非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物3~6份、聚醚硅油2~4份、二羟甲基脲1.5~3份、六水合硝酸锌0.5~1份、催化剂0.2~0.5份、水100~140份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯15份、丙烯酸正丁酯25份、气相二氧化钛2份、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯12份、二丁基萘磺酸钠3份、非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物4份、聚醚硅油3份、二羟甲基脲2份、六水合硝酸锌0.7份、催化剂0.3份、水120份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为正丁基锂。
4.权利要求1或2所述的一种耐强洗涤的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份数备取原料;
(2)将气相二氧化钛、六水合硝酸锌和聚醚硅油置于容器中搅拌1~1.5h,得匀混物料;
(3)将丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、高级脂肪醇丙烯酸酯、二丁基萘磺酸钠、二羟甲基脲和占水总量三分之一的水与步骤(2)得到的匀混物料混合,并在75~85℃下保温搅拌40~50min,得匀混液;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的匀混液温度降至55~65℃,并保温滴加催化剂与占水总量三分之一的水的共混液,滴加时间控制在50~70min,滴加完毕后继续保温搅拌2~2.5h;
(5)将非离子疏水改性环氧乙烷聚氨酯共聚物加入步骤(4)得到的溶液中保温搅拌1~2h,然后加入剩余的水保温搅拌0.5~1h;
(6)冷却、过滤后得到本发明的纺织品用防水涂层胶粘整理剂。
