以上几种助剂的优选搭配,使得所述防水剂适用于天然纤维、涤棉混纺、锦棉混纺、合成纤维等织物面料的一般防水防油加工,对各种纤维面料均具有优良的防水防油性能。
同时,本发明还提供一种服装面料用环保耐久防水剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:1)取搅拌釜,加入所述聚乙烯醇、碳酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、松香、硬脂酸、氢氧化钠、苯甲酸钠及40~50%的去离子水,在800~1000转/分的转速下搅拌15~25分钟,搅拌温度30~40℃;2)升温至50~60℃,加入二乙醇酰胺、醋酸、甲基纤维素、乳化剂、偶联剂、交联剂、阻燃剂及剩余去离子水,在1000~1200转/分的转速下搅拌15~20分钟,搅拌完毕后冷却至室温,即得所述服装面料用环保耐久防水剂。
本发明所提供的一种服装面料用环保耐久防水剂,适用于天然纤维、涤棉混纺、锦棉混纺、合成纤维等织物面料的一般防水防油加工,对各种纤维面料均具有优良的防水防油性能,不损害纤维原有的手感,不降低面料原有的摩擦牢度,具有优异的剥离强度,与其它纺织助剂并用时,具有优良的稳定性,无着火点,属非危险品类,使用更安全。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。

Claims (8)

1.一种服装面料用环保耐久防水剂,其特征在于,所述防水剂包括如下重量份的成分:聚乙烯醇:20~30份,碳酸钠:10~15份,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚:15~25份,松香:5~10份;硬脂酸:10~15份,氢氧化钠:10~15份,苯甲酸钠:1~5份,二乙醇酰胺:10~15份,醋酸:5~10份,甲基纤维素:5~10份,乳化剂:5~10份,偶联剂:1~5份,交联剂:1~5份,阻燃剂:1~5份,去离子水:40~50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久防水剂,其特征在于,所述防水剂包括如下重量份的成分:聚乙烯醇:25~30份,碳酸钠:13~15份,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚:15~20份,松香:5~8份;硬脂酸:12~15份,氢氧化钠:10~14份,苯甲酸钠:3~5份,二乙醇酰胺:13~15份,醋酸:5~7份,甲基纤维素:6~10份,乳化剂:8~10份,偶联剂:1~4份,交联剂:3~5份,阻燃剂:2~5份,去离子水:40~45份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久防水剂,其特征在于,所述防水剂包括如下重量份的成分:聚乙烯醇:25份,碳酸钠:13份,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚:20份,松香:8份;硬脂酸:13份,氢氧化钠:12份,苯甲酸钠:4份,二乙醇酰胺:14份,醋酸:6份,甲基纤维素:7份,乳化剂:9份,偶联剂:3份,交联剂:4份,阻燃剂:2份,去离子水:45份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久防水剂,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷或N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久防水剂,其特征在于,所述交联剂为二羟甲基脲、二羟甲基乙烯脲或二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲。
6.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久防水剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为脂肪酸多元醇酯或脂肪酸聚氧乙烯多元醇酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久防水剂,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为阻燃剂CP。
8.一种如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的服装面料用环保耐久防水剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:1)取搅拌釜,加入所述聚乙烯醇、碳酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、松香、硬脂酸、氢氧化钠、苯甲酸钠及40~50%的去离子水,在800~1000转/分的转速下搅拌15~25分钟,搅拌温度30~40℃;2)升温至50~60℃,加入二乙醇酰胺、醋酸、甲基纤维素、乳化剂、偶联剂、交联剂、阻燃剂及剩余去离子水,在1000~1200转/分的转速下搅拌15~20分钟,搅拌完毕后冷却至室温,即得所述服装面料用环保耐久防水剂。
