面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一，面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性，而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。

对于服装面料的染色，目前国内主要存在如下专利文献：
公开号为106917303A的中国专利公开了一种针纺织品染色剂及其染色工艺，染色剂成分包括天然植物色素、无水乙醇、脂肪酸、丙三醇、色酚、纤维素、助溶剂和水。向染缸内倒入热水，将针纺织品浸泡在染缸中10-20min；再将天然植物色素、无水乙醇、脂肪酸、丙三醇、色酚、纤维素、助溶剂和水混合均匀形成染色剂，加热并搅拌30-40min；将浸泡过后的针纺织品在65-75℃下烘干，之后浸泡在染色剂中，反复翻转针纺织品，浸泡30-50min；取出针纺织品放在真空环境下烘干，再放在自然环境下静置1-2h即可得到成品。本发明制得的染色剂适用于针纺织品，对人体无毒无害，不会产生特殊气味，制作过程中也是没有二次污染物的产生，制作工艺简单，环保、清洁生产，并且制作材料廉价、来源广。然而，该专利所提供的染色剂成分简单，染色效果有待考量。

为解决上述存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种服装面料用环保耐久染色剂及其制备方法，所述染色剂可用于高、中档漂白棉纱、棉针织物、棉布、绒布、印花棉布等增白及增艳，水溶性能好，直接用水即可溶解，染色效果持久稳固，制备工艺简单，生产成本低，经济效益好。

本发明所提供的一种服装面料用环保耐久染色剂，可用于高、中档漂白棉纱、棉针织物、棉布、绒布、印花棉布等增白及增艳，水溶性能好，直接用水即可溶解，染色效果持久稳固，制备工艺简单，生产成本低，经济效益好。

3.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久染色剂，其特征在于，所述染色剂包括如下重量份的成分：聚乙烯醇树脂：25份，乙酸乙酯：23份，二甲基甲酰胺：14份，甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯：20份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮：13份，焦磷酸钠：7份，邻苯二甲酸二丁酯：7份，硫酸镁：6份，羧甲基纤维素：7份，月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚：2份，引发剂：3份，表面活性剂：4份，消泡剂：5份，活化剂：1份，去离子水：55份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久染色剂，其特征在于，所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈或过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久染色剂，其特征在于，所述表面活性剂为油酸聚氧乙烯酯或聚乙二醇双油酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久染色剂，其特征在于，所述消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的服装面料用环保耐久染色剂，其特征在于，所述活化剂为硫化钠或硫酸铜。
8.一种如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的服装面料用环保耐久染色剂的制备方法，其特征在于，所述制备方法包括如下步骤：1)取搅拌釜，加入所述聚乙烯醇树脂、乙酸乙酯、二甲基甲酰胺、甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、焦磷酸钠、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯及40~50%的去离子水，在600~800转/分的转速下搅拌10~20分钟，搅拌温度30~40℃；2)升温至60~80℃，加入硫酸镁、羧甲基纤维素、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、引发剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂、活化剂及剩余去离子水，在800~900转/分的转速下搅拌15~20分钟，搅拌完毕后冷却至室温，即得所述服装面料用环保耐久染色剂。
