本发明公开了一种面料染色剂，按重量份计由以下成分组成：2～3份的焦磷酸钠，3～5份的表面活性剂，1～2份的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，4～5份的硫酸钙，6～7份的硫酸镁，1～2份的三氧化二铝粉，4～5份的二亚硝基戊四胺，4～5份的二甲基甲酰胺，5～6份的甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯，0.1～0.5份的增容剂，8～9份的六甲氧基甲基三聚氢胺，1～2份的丙三醇，1～3份的软水剂，2～3份的纯碱，2～3份的活化剂，2～3份的精炼酶和8～9份的水。本发明的一种面料染色剂，有多种原料组成，各原料易得，配制容易，生产效率高，其上色容易，且不易褪色，固色性好，对布料损害小，鲜艳度高。

本发明涉及一种面料染色剂。
背景技术
服装面料用染色剂染色效果不好，常常需要对其进行固色，但是一般的化工原料即使经过固色后，经多次水洗仍容易褪色，染色剂配方多，原料复杂，生产效率低下。
因此，需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种面料染色剂。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的一种面料染色剂，按重量份计由以下成分组成：
2～3份的焦磷酸钠，3～5份的表面活性剂，1～2份的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，4～5份的硫酸钙，6～7份的硫酸镁，1～2份的三氧化二铝粉，4～5份的二亚硝基戊四胺，4～5份的二甲基甲酰胺，5～6份的甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯，0.1～0.5份的增容剂，8～9份的六甲氧基甲基三聚氢胺，1～2份的丙三醇，1～3份的软水剂，2～3份的纯碱，2～3份的活化剂，2～3份的精炼酶和8～9份的水。
所述表面活性剂为硬脂酸或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述活化剂选用亚硫酸、硫化钠或硫酸铜。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的一种面料染色剂，有多种原料组成，各原料易得，配制容易，生产效率高，其上色容易，且不易褪色，固色性好，对布料损害小，鲜艳度高。

2份的焦磷酸钠，3份的表面活性剂，1份的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，4份的硫酸钙，6份的硫酸镁，1份的三氧化二铝粉，4份的二亚硝基戊四胺，4份的二甲基甲酰胺，5份的甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯，0.1份的增容剂，8份的六甲氧基甲基三聚氢胺，1份的丙三醇，1份的软水剂，2份的纯碱，2份的活化剂，2份的精炼酶和8份的水。
表面活性剂为硬脂酸或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。活化剂选用亚硫酸、硫化钠或硫酸铜。

本发明的一种面料染色剂，按重量份计由以下成分组成：
2.5份的焦磷酸钠，3.5份的表面活性剂，1.5份的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，4.5份的硫酸钙，6.5份的硫酸镁，1.5份的三氧化二铝粉，4.5份的二亚硝基戊四胺，4.5份的二甲基甲酰胺，5.5份的甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯，0.3份的增容剂，8.5份的六甲氧基甲基三聚氢胺，1.5份的丙三醇，2份的软水剂，2.5份的纯碱，2.5份的活化剂，2.5份的精炼酶和8.5份的水。
表面活性剂为硬脂酸或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。活化剂选用亚硫酸、硫化钠或硫酸铜。
实施例3
本发明的一种面料染色剂，按重量份计由以下成分组成：
3份的焦磷酸钠，5份的表面活性剂，2份的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯， 5份的硫酸钙，7份的硫酸镁，2份的三氧化二铝粉，5份的二亚硝基戊四胺，5份的二甲基甲酰胺，6份的甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯， 0.5份的增容剂，9份的六甲氧基甲基三聚氢胺，2份的丙三醇，3份的软水剂，3份的纯碱，3份的活化剂，3份的精炼酶和9份的水。
表面活性剂为硬脂酸或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。活化剂选用亚硫酸、硫化钠或硫酸铜。

2～3份的焦磷酸钠，3～5份的表面活性剂，1～2份的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯，4～5份的硫酸钙，6～7份的硫酸镁，1～2份的三氧化二铝粉，4～5份的二亚硝基戊四胺，4～5份的二甲基甲酰胺，5～6份的甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯，0.1～0.5份的增容剂，8～9份的六甲氧基甲基三聚氢胺，1～2份的丙三醇，1～3份的软水剂，2～3份的纯碱，2～3份的活化剂，2～3份的精炼酶和8～9份的水。
