Abstract
本发明公开了一种显色度高的扎染方法,步骤主要包括:预处理、捆扎染色、后处理。通过上述方式,本发明一种显色度高的扎染方法,可以对布料进行更加精确和高效的表面处理,方便后期的染料浸透,而且通过采用天然和化工两种材料的染料进行混合搭配,可以达到更好的扎染效果,显色度更高,不容易褪色。

技术领域
本发明涉及扎染方法领域,特别是涉及一种显色度高的扎染方法。
背景技术
扎染古称扎缬、绞缬、夹缬和染缬,是中国民间传统而独特的染色工艺。织物在染色时部分结扎起来使之不能着色的一种染色方法,中国传统的手工染色技术之一。
但是现在的扎染没有记性系统的预处理,导致后期的染色不均匀,显色度非常差,而且很容易掉色,所以人们需要更加满足要求的扎染方法。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种显色度高的扎染方法,具有可靠性能高、显色度高、不易褪色等优点,同时在扎染方法的应用及普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种显色度高的扎染方法,步骤包括:
预处理:
在水中加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、椰油酸单异丙醇酰胺、亚溴酸钠、双氧水混合形成的碱液,将水煮至沸腾后,将布料放入到沸水中并持续搅拌20-30分钟;
将布料捞出,并用清水冲洗10-15分钟后,配置淀粉分解酶、水、脱支酶、醋酸丁酯的生物酶混合溶液,并将布料放入生物酶混合溶液中浸泡30-40分钟;
上述步骤重复2-3次;
熨平待用:将预处理好的布料取出晾干,并熨平待用;
捆扎染色:
根据扎染的图案,在布料上描绘出图案结构和扎染结构,根据图形的形状和尺寸选择不同的棉线、针线对布料进行捆扎或缝结;、
将布料放入到水中浸湿后取出;
将取出的布料进行晾晒,等布料不滴水后放入配置好的扎染剂中浸泡1-3小时,然后取出晾干后,再次放入到扎染剂中浸泡,重复2次,所述扎染剂包括着色剂、油酸钠、丙烯酸丁酯、微晶纤维素、槐花、胭脂虫红、茜草、甲基纤维素、栀子、紫苏、红花、水;
将扎染好的布料从扎染剂中取出,并用清水冲洗后晾干。
后处理:当布料的湿度小于30%时,将捆扎用的线或夹具解开,并用熨斗熨干。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,绘制图案时可以采用画粉或者绘稿液。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,当布料浸泡在扎染剂中时,对扎染剂进行加热,加热温度为60-90℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述扎染剂中的水采用了蒸馏水。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述扎染剂中的成分以及重量份数包括着色剂6-8份、油酸钠10-15份、丙烯酸丁酯12-18份、微晶纤维素4-6份、槐花30-40份、胭脂虫红10-17份、茜草11-15份、甲基纤维素9-14份、栀子35-40份、紫苏8-12份、红花26-32份、水70-80份。
本发明的有益效果是:可以对布料进行更加精确和高效的表面处理,方便后期的染料浸透,而且通过采用天然和化工两种材料的染料进行混合搭配,可以达到更好的扎染效果,显色度更高,不容易褪色。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例包括:
一种显色度高的扎染方法,步骤包括:
预处理:
在水中加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、椰油酸单异丙醇酰胺、亚溴酸钠、双氧水混合形成的碱液,将水煮至沸腾后,将布料放入到沸水中并持续搅拌20-30分钟;
将布料捞出,并用清水冲洗10-15分钟后,配置淀粉分解酶、水、脱支酶、醋酸丁酯的生物酶混合溶液,并将布料放入生物酶混合溶液中浸泡30-40分钟;
上述步骤重复2-3次;
熨平待用:将预处理好的布料取出晾干,并熨平待用;
捆扎染色:
根据扎染的图案,在布料上描绘出图案结构和扎染结构,绘制图案时可以采用画粉或者绘稿液。根据图形的形状和尺寸选择不同的棉线、针线对布料进行捆扎或缝结;、
将布料放入到水中浸湿后取出;
将取出的布料进行晾晒,等布料不滴水后放入配置好的扎染剂中浸泡1-3小时,然后取出晾干后,再次放入到扎染剂中浸泡,重复2次,所述扎染剂包括着色剂、油酸钠、丙烯酸丁酯、微晶纤维素、槐花、胭脂虫红、茜草、甲基纤维素、栀子、紫苏、红花、水;
将扎染好的布料从扎染剂中取出,并用清水冲洗后晾干。
后处理:当布料的湿度小于30%时,将捆扎用的线或夹具解开,并用熨斗熨干。
当布料浸泡在扎染剂中时,对扎染剂进行加热,加热温度为60-90℃,加热的过程分为4个阶段,每个阶段的时间比为1:3:3:1,每个阶段的温度可以按照染料成分的不同来进行实际的调节,较优的温度为75-80℃,这时候可以激发所有染料和固色剂,帮助他们更好的附着吸收到布料上去,提高染色的效率和染色质量。
所述扎染剂中的成分以及重量份数包括着色剂6-8份、油酸钠10-15份、丙烯酸丁酯12-18份、微晶纤维素4-6份、槐花30-40份、胭脂虫红10-17份、茜草11-15份、甲基纤维素9-14份、栀子35-40份、紫苏8-12份、红花26-32份、水70-80份,充分结合了天然染料和化学材料之间的有点,互相配合进行染色和固色,其中,水采用蒸馏水最优,防止水中的杂质干扰染色,提高染色效率和效果,显色度高,不容易褪色。
本发明一种显色度高的扎染方法的有益效果是:可以对布料进行更加精确和高效的表面处理,方便后期的染料浸透,而且通过采用天然和化工两种材料的染料进行混合搭配,可以达到更好的扎染效果,显色度更高,不容易褪色。

Claims (5)
1.一种显色度高的扎染方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
预处理:
在水中加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、椰油酸单异丙醇酰胺、亚溴酸钠、双氧水混合形成的碱液,将水煮至沸腾后,将布料放入到沸水中并持续搅拌20-30分钟;
将布料捞出,并用清水冲洗10-15分钟后,配置淀粉分解酶、水、脱支酶、醋酸丁酯的生物酶混合溶液,并将布料放入生物酶混合溶液中浸泡30-40分钟;
上述步骤重复2-3次;
熨平待用:将预处理好的布料取出晾干,并熨平待用;
捆扎染色:
根据扎染的图案,在布料上描绘出图案结构和扎染结构,根据图形的形状和尺寸选择不同的棉线、针线对布料进行捆扎或缝结;、
将布料放入到水中浸湿后取出;
将取出的布料进行晾晒,等布料不滴水后放入配置好的扎染剂中浸泡1-3小时,然后取出晾干后,再次放入到扎染剂中浸泡,重复2次,所述扎染剂包括着色剂、油酸钠、丙烯酸丁酯、微晶纤维素、槐花、胭脂虫红、茜草、甲基纤维素、栀子、紫苏、红花、水;
将扎染好的布料从扎染剂中取出,并用清水冲洗后晾干;
后处理:当布料的湿度小于30%时,将捆扎用的线或夹具解开,并用熨斗熨干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种显色度高的扎染方法,其特征在于,绘制图案时可以采用画粉或者绘稿液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种显色度高的扎染方法,其特征在于,当布料浸泡在扎染剂中时,对扎染剂进行加热,加热温度为60-90℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种显色度高的扎染方法,其特征在于,所述扎染剂中的水采用了蒸馏水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种显色度高的扎染方法,其特征在于,所述扎染剂中的成分以及重量份数包括着色剂6-8份、油酸钠10-15份、丙烯酸丁酯12-18份、微晶纤维素4-6份、槐花30-40份、胭脂虫红10-17份、茜草11-15份、甲基纤维素9-14份、栀子35-40份、紫苏8-12份、红花26-32份、水70-80份。
