Abstract
本发明公开一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将成型后的棉织物用水洗净后,将其放入75‑85℃的烘箱中,烘干处理30‑40min;(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的棉织物放入浸泡液中,浸泡处理2‑3小时;(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的棉织物放入皂化液中进行皂化处理,干燥后,制得成品。本发明提供的一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的棉织物,柔软性好,不易脱色,并且在使用的过程中不易发生折皱的现象,极大地提升了棉织物的品质。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于服饰制备技术领域,具体涉及一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法。
背景技术
棉织物又称棉布,是以棉纱为原料织造的织物。棉织物以优良的服用性能成为最常用的面料之一,广泛用于服装面料、装饰织物和产业用织物。棉是最受欢迎的衣服和家纺织物。多功能、柔软、透气、吸湿、全年穿着的舒适性、性能优良和耐穿仅仅是棉布备受欢迎的众多品质中的几点。但是棉织物在使用的过程中,其易出现折皱现象,严重影响了衣物的美观性。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将成型后的棉织物用水洗净后,将其放入75-85℃的烘箱中,烘干处理30-40min;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的棉织物放入浸泡液中,浸泡处理2-3小时,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸11-15份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠8-10份、六氟磷酸钠4-9份、氯二甲基辛硅烷6-14份、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯15-20份、无水乙醇45-55份、水550-600份;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的棉织物放入皂化液中进行皂化处理,干燥后,制得成品,其中皂化液由以下重量份的组分制成:皂粉19-25份、过硼酸钠1-2份、二氟氯乙酸钠2-4份、水850-950份。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的浸泡液采用以下方法制成:将1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠加入至水中,混合搅拌均匀,向其中缓慢的加入无水乙醇,再依次向其中加入氯二甲基辛硅烷、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯,采用300r/min的转速持续搅拌40min后,制得浸泡液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,棉织物与浸泡液的质量比为2:5-9。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,皂化液的温度为45-50℃,棉织物与皂化液的质量比为1:4-7。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的棉织物,柔软性好,不易脱色,并且在使用的过程中不易发生折皱的现象,极大地提升了棉织物的品质。本发明中,将棉织物清洗后烘干处理,可有效的提升浸泡液在棉织物内的渗透率,提升浸泡液的作用效果;浸泡液中的1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠协同作用后,可有效的提升棉织物内蛋白分子的之间的交联反应,使得其中的蛋白质大分子之间可形成紧密的网状结构,进而有效的提升了棉织物的抗折皱性能;氯二甲基辛硅烷、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯协同作用后,可有效的提升棉织物的柔软性,避免了蛋白质大分子之间的网状结构造成的棉织物柔软度降低的现象;皂化液中的过硼酸钠、二氟氯乙酸钠协同作用后,可有效的提升棉织物在使用的过程中出现泛黄的现象,有效的延长了棉织物的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将成型后的棉织物用水洗净后,将其放入75℃的烘箱中,烘干处理30min;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的棉织物放入浸泡液中,浸泡处理2-3小时,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸11份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠8份、六氟磷酸钠4份、氯二甲基辛硅烷6份、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯15份、无水乙醇45份、水550份;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的棉织物放入皂化液中进行皂化处理,干燥后,制得成品,其中皂化液由以下重量份的组分制成:皂粉19份、过硼酸钠1份、二氟氯乙酸钠2份、水850份。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的浸泡液采用以下方法制成:将1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠加入至水中,混合搅拌均匀,向其中缓慢的加入无水乙醇,再依次向其中加入氯二甲基辛硅烷、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯,采用300r/min的转速持续搅拌40min后,制得浸泡液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,棉织物与浸泡液的质量比为2:5。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,皂化液的温度为45℃,棉织物与皂化液的质量比为1:4。
实施例2
一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将成型后的棉织物用水洗净后,将其放入80℃的烘箱中,烘干处理35min;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的棉织物放入浸泡液中,浸泡处理2.5小时,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸13份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠9份、六氟磷酸钠5份、氯二甲基辛硅烷8份、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯18份、无水乙醇50份、水580份;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的棉织物放入皂化液中进行皂化处理,干燥后,制得成品,其中皂化液由以下重量份的组分制成:皂粉23份、过硼酸钠1份、二氟氯乙酸钠3份、水900份。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的浸泡液采用以下方法制成:将1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠加入至水中,混合搅拌均匀,向其中缓慢的加入无水乙醇,再依次向其中加入氯二甲基辛硅烷、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯,采用300r/min的转速持续搅拌40min后,制得浸泡液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,棉织物与浸泡液的质量比为2:7。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,皂化液的温度为48℃,棉织物与皂化液的质量比为1:6。
实施例3
一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将成型后的棉织物用水洗净后,将其放入85℃的烘箱中,烘干处理40min;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的棉织物放入浸泡液中,浸泡处理3小时,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸15份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠10份、六氟磷酸钠9份、氯二甲基辛硅烷14份、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯20份、无水乙醇55份、水600份;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的棉织物放入皂化液中进行皂化处理,干燥后,制得成品,其中皂化液由以下重量份的组分制成:皂粉25份、过硼酸钠2份、二氟氯乙酸钠4份、水950份。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的浸泡液采用以下方法制成:将1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠加入至水中,混合搅拌均匀,向其中缓慢的加入无水乙醇,再依次向其中加入氯二甲基辛硅烷、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯,采用300r/min的转速持续搅拌40min后,制得浸泡液。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,棉织物与浸泡液的质量比为2:9。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,皂化液的温度为50℃,棉织物与皂化液的质量比为1:7。
对比例1
步骤(2)中的浸泡液中不含有1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠成分,其余的操作步骤与实施例1完全相同。
对比例2
步骤(2)中的浸泡液中不含有氯二甲基辛硅烷、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯,其余的操作步骤与实施例2完全相同。
分别用各实施例和对比例的方法对相同材质的棉织物进行处理,其中对照组中为未经过任何处理的棉织物,然后按照国家标准GB3819-83垂直法,用YG-541型织物折皱弹性仪测定整理前后干折皱回复角DCRA和湿折皱回复角WCRA,测4经4纬,取平均值,以经纬回复角之和表示。湿折皱回复角测定,先将试样于0.2%的平平加O溶液中浸渍5min,然后取出并用滤纸吸去水分,再按干折皱回复角的测定方法测定,处理结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,采用本发明的方法,可有效的提升棉织物的抗折皱性能,并且不会影响织物的柔软性,极大地提升了棉织物的品质。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。
Claims (4)
1.一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将成型后的棉织物用水洗净后,将其放入75-85℃的烘箱中,烘干处理30-40min;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的棉织物放入浸泡液中,浸泡处理2-3小时,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸11-15份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠8-10份、六氟磷酸钠4-9份、氯二甲基辛硅烷6-14份、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯15-20份、无水乙醇45-55份、水550-600份;
(3)将经过步骤(2)处理的棉织物放入皂化液中进行皂化处理,干燥后,制得成品,其中皂化液由以下重量份的组分制成:皂粉19-25份、过硼酸钠1-2份、二氟氯乙酸钠2-4份、水850-950份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的浸泡液采用以下方法制成:将1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠加入至水中,混合搅拌均匀,向其中缓慢的加入无水乙醇,再依次向其中加入氯二甲基辛硅烷、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯,采用300r/min的转速持续搅拌40min后,制得浸泡液。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,棉织物与浸泡液的质量比为2:5-9。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种提升棉织物抗折皱性能的方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中,皂化液的温度为45-50℃,棉织物与皂化液的质量比为1:4-7。
