Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及加工机械,该加工机械包括第一和第二滑架,并可提高加工精度。
背景技术
人们知道有下述的类型,其中在基座上,固定有支柱,在该支柱上,以可沿上下方向移动的方式对第一滑架进行导向,同时在第一滑架上,以可沿横向移动的方式对第二滑架进行导向,并且在第二滑架上,以可沿前后方向移动的方式对主轴头进行导向(参照日本第365529/1992号发明专利公开公报)。
上述加工机械的第一滑架或第二滑架一般由铸件形成,支承于这些滑架上的主轴头在加工中,可能发生影响加工精度程度的振动。
本发明的目的在于提供下述加工机械,该加工机械合理地抑制上述主轴头等的振动,并且进行高精度的加工。
本发明的概述
为了实现上述目的,本发明的特征在于在基座上,以立设方式固定有中间内部由较大的空间形成的方形框架的支柱,该支柱按照上述空间为正面侧的方式固定于基座上的一端侧,在该支柱的前面侧沿上下方向,安装有左右一对的导轨,通过上述导轨,使第一滑架沿上下方向移动,该第一滑架的上下边部件为截面呈方形的棱柱体,并且在该第一滑架的上边棱柱体的上面,具有用于沿左右驱动后述的第二滑架的伺服电动机和与该伺服电动机连接的横向螺杆,第二滑架由其尺寸小于第一滑架的矩形框架形成,并且在该矩形框架的上部,设置有伸出部件,通过与上述横向螺杆螺合,可使该第二滑架沿左右方向移动,此外相对下部的背面部,安装有沿与其相垂直的一定长度的水平方向,左右一对的截面为方形的方筒部件,再有,在上述第一滑架的棱柱体和第二滑架的方筒部件上,分别铺设有导轨部件,并且,在铺设有这些导轨的棱柱体和左右一对的方筒部件内部,分别以密封方式填充有适合的混凝土。

为了对本发明进行更具体的描述,下面根据附图,对本发明进行说明。
本实施例的加工机械包括形成最下部的基座1;以立设方式固定于该基座1的上面的支柱2;第一滑架4,该第一滑架4通过固定于该支柱2的前面的沿上下方向的一对导轨3,3,以可沿上下方向f1的滑动位移的方式导向;第二滑架6,该第二滑架6通过固定于该第一滑架4的前面的沿左右方向的一对导轨部件5,5,以可沿左右方向f2的滑动位移的方式导向;主轴头8等,该主轴头8通过固定于上述第二滑架6上的一对沿前后方向的导轨部件7,7,以可沿前后方向f3的滑动位移的方式导向。
下面对上述各部分的结构进行描述。
即,上述基座1由钢板形成,其呈箱形,在支柱2的前侧的上面,固定有支承部件9,9,该支承部件9,9用于固定图中未示出的加工台。在基座1的中间处,形成有掉落孔10,该掉落孔10用于使切削屑或切削液朝向特定部位掉落。
上述支柱2以下述矩形框架为主体,该矩形框架包括左右一对的纵向部2a,2a,以及上下一对的横向部2b,2c,在该矩形框架的中间部,形成有较大的沿前后方向的矩形孔a,并且在上侧的横向部2b上,形成电动机支座2d,在该电动机支座2d上,固定有伺服电动机11,该伺服电动机11用于沿上下驱动第一滑架4。

在上述各横向棱柱体4b,4c的内方,填充有混凝土k,该混凝土处于以气密方式密封的状态。在这里,混凝土k指包含水泥混凝土、砂浆、水泥浆、塑性混凝土、沥青混凝土等的广义的类型。另外,混凝土k的填充可在各棱柱体4a,4b,4c的整个长度范围内进行。
按照上面描述,填充于各棱柱体4b,4c内部的混凝土k使作为第一滑架4的主体的矩形框架的刚性或质量有效地增加并使其稳定,并且由于以气密方式密封,故阻止水份的蒸发等,防止因与空气接触造成的随时间的变化。
另外,在螺母14中,拧入有纵向螺杆15,该纵向螺杆15与上述伺服电动机11的输出轴连接,此外,在上侧的横向框架部件4b的上面,设置有用于沿左右方向驱动第二滑架6的伺服电动机16,还有,在固定于横向框架部件4b的上面的,图5A所示的一对增强板17,17上,固定有轴承部件19a,19b,该轴承部件19a,19b以可旋转的方式支承横向螺杆18,该横向螺杆18与上述伺服电动机16的输出轴连接。
如图5B所示,第二滑架6包括纵向矩形框架6a,在该纵向矩形框架6a的中间部,形成有其尺寸可使主轴头8插入程度的前后方向的矩形孔c,并且该纵向矩形框架6a的尺寸为接纳于第一滑架4的前面的尺寸范围内的程度,在该纵向矩形框架6a的下部背面侧,在水平的一定长度范围内,固定有由钢板制的截面呈方形的筒部件形成的左右一对的方筒部件6b,6b,并且固定有由上述导轨部件5,5导向的多个嵌合部件20,此外,在一对方筒部件6b的上面,铺设有导轨部件7,通过平整钢板21,将一对方筒部件6b,6b的侧面之间连接。
在上述的,处于水平状态的,并排设置于一定长度范围内的一对方筒部件6b,6b的各部件的内方,填充与上述第一滑架的横向棱柱体4b,4c相同的混凝土k,该混凝土k处于以气密方式密封的状态。该混凝土k填充是在各方筒部件6b,6b的整个长度范围内进行。

在上述矩形框架6a的上侧的横向棱柱体22的一侧的上面,设置有朝向斜后上方向的伸出部件23,开放环形的螺母保持部件24固定于该伸出部件23的前端。此外,上述横向螺杆18拧入通过该螺母保持部件24保持的螺母25。另外,纵向支承板26固定于左右的一对的方筒部件6b,6b的后端之间,伺服电动机27固定于该支承板26的后面,该伺服电动机27用于使主轴头8朝向前后方向f3驱动移动。
主轴头8包括头支架29,该头支架29以可旋转的方式支承沿前后方向的主轴28,在该头支架29的内方,设置有图中未示出的驱动电动机,该驱动电动机用于旋转驱动主轴28,另外,在头支架29的下面,设置有由上述导轨部件7导向的多个嵌合部件30。
在头支架29与上述伺服电动机27之间,形成有图中未示出的螺杆螺母机构,该机构通过该伺服电动机27的旋转,使头支架29前后移动。
为了以上述的特征部为基础,形成机械中心,还添加下面的图中未示出的构成,即,设置自动工具更换装置,此外根据需要,设置用于覆盖基座1上部的整个结构物的围壁,在该自动工具更换装置中,接受接纳有多个工具的工具盘,或工具盘中的工具,将其以嵌合方式插于主轴28的前端,或与此相反,从主轴28的前端,抽出工具,按照返回工具盘的方式工作。
下面对按照上述方式构成的加工机械的特征部的工作进行描述,通过使伺服电动机11旋转,使第一滑架4沿上下方向f1驱动移动,另外,通过使伺服电动机16旋转,使第二滑架6沿左右方向f2驱动移动,此外,通过使伺服电动机27旋转,使主轴头8沿前后方向f3驱动移动,由此,主轴28朝向三维方向的任意位置移动。
在这样的主轴28的位移,以及嵌合于主轴28的前端的工具的驱动电动机的旋转驱动的作用下,可对固定于图中未示出的加工台上的工件进行加工。
在第一滑架4中,由于填充于其横向棱柱体4b、4c内方的混凝土k,使刚性或质量提高,故在上述作业中,其难于振动,该情况可抑制第二滑架6,主轴头8等的振动,进行高精度的加工。另外,支柱的中间内部的空间和第一,第二滑架的主体为矩形框架,这样可通过这些空间,对主轴头8进行装配,有助于使整个加工机械的体积减小,另外,整体的支承是稳定的。

第二滑架6由矩形框架6a和左右一对的方筒部件6b,6b形成,该对方筒部件6b,6b相对其下部背面侧,沿与其相垂直的一定长度的水平方向安装,这样可使主轴头8位于矩形框架6a的矩形孔c内部,可实现主轴头8的紧凑的装配,除此之外增加主轴头8的前后方向f3的导向长度,可提高相对前后方向f3的力矩的主轴头8的稳定性,可极大地增加主轴头8的前后方向f3的移动范围。
另外,将混凝土k仅仅填充于方筒部件6b,6b中,这样可通过少量的混凝土k,简便地获得主轴头的导向部件的必要的刚性或质量。
按照如上方式形成的本发明,获得下述的效果。
即,在具有第一滑架和第二滑架的加工机械中,由于平衡性良好地保持相对主轴头的刚性或质量,在加工作业中难于振动,故在高精度加工可稳定地进行的方面效果显著。
