第6頁 五'發明說明(2) 動座架之四角框體内部,或水平誘導框内部,密封填充適 當的水泥,使之成為防止震動之結構體。 依據上述結構,第一滑動座架及第二滑動座架難以發生 振動情形,主軸頭亦因此不易有振動情形發生。 本發明之具體内容詳述如下。 總而言之,第一滑動座架之四角框體係形成單一肖柱體 之裝配結構,且至少於上下肖柱體内密封填充水泥。第一 滑動座架因此得以藉著少量的水泥,發揮出有效的控制震 動作用15 此外,第二滑動座架之水平誘導框係形成與四角框體不 同體的單一角柱體結構,並於該角柱體内密封填充水泥。 第二滑動座架因此得以少量之水泥,有效地發揮控制震動 作用,與此同時,尤其對於抑制主軸頭之震動有莫大助 益。 (發明所實施之最佳實施形態) 為要詳細敘述本項發明,以下將依附錄之圖面來作說 明。 本項實施例之工作機械,計包含有形成基礎部分的底座 1 ;固定於底座1上面之床身2 ;固定於床身2前面可以上下 移動之一對引導軌道3 ;介由3,第一滑動座架4得以以f 1 滑動移位自如之上下方向移動;設置於第一滑動座架4前 面之左右方向之一對軌道器材5 ;介由5,第二滑動座架6 得以以f 2滑動移位自如之左右方向移動;設置於第二滑動 座架6上面之前後方向之一對轨道器材7 ;介由7,主軸頭8
89112964.ptd 第7頁 五、發明說明(3) 得以以f 3滑動移位自如之前後方向移動。 以下將依上述各部分之構造進行說明=> 底座1是以鋼板做成之箱型結構,用來固定床身2上面之 支持部9,支持部9則是用來固定圖中未顯示之工作台。底 座1中央則設置有落下孔1 0,用以使切削屑及切削液落入 特定場所。 床身2主體之四角框體由左右一對縱向柱2a、2a,以及 上下一對橫向柱2b、2b共同形成,其中心部分則為比較大 之四方形孔位;同時,於上方之橫向柱2 b形成一馬達台 2d,馬達台2d中設置者上下驅動第一滑動座架4之伺服馬 達 1 1 (S e r v ο Μ 〇 t 〇 r)。 如圖5A所示,第一滑動座架4包含有左右各一之剖面四 方形之縱向單一角柱體4a、4a,以及上下各一之剖面四方 形之橫向單一角柱體4 b、4 c,其中心部形成比較大之前後 向四方形孔b,由鋼板製成之縱向四角框體所構成,大小 約控制於能設置於床身2前面之程度;此四角框體後面有 前述之執道器材3,並設置有由3導向之嵌合部材1 2,同時 於上下兩根橫向角柱體4 b、4 c前面,設置引導第二滑動座 架6之一對執道器材5 ;另外於上方之橫向角柱體4b後面設 置有倒U型拖架1 3,此拖架丨3之頂部則裝著螺帽1 4。此 時,單一角柱體4a、4b、4c,形成一體化之剖面四方形角 柱體。 上述橫向角柱體4b、4c内部填充有水泥k,形成氣密狀 態。縱向角柱體4a ' 4a則不限定必須填充水泥k。此處所
