背景技术
近年来,国内外面料市场中运动休闲类服装面料占据着相当大的市场,其中化纤类面料比例较高,其具有抗皱免烫、尺寸稳定、穿着轻薄及洗涤性好等优点。但普通化纤面料存在穿着闷热、吸湿性较差、舒适性和透气性不及纯棉的不足,为了改善上述问题,目前市场上已出现了多种吸湿排汗面料,现有的吸湿排汗面料大多采用吸湿排汗纱制成或在染整加工中加入吸湿排汗助剂,织成面料后再制作成服装,供人们穿着。但是上述运动休闲类面料在排汗量较少的情况下,吸湿速干效果较为理想,如因天气炎热或运动出汗较多时,其速干性能不足以将汗液快速挥发,会造成大量汗液附着在面料内层,与人体皮肤发生粘合效应,造成面料贴身,汗液无法排出,不仅使人体穿着极不舒适,也阻碍了人们正常的运动和休闲活动。
同时,无论是采用吸湿排汗纱还是在染整加工中加入吸湿排汗助剂制作吸湿排汗面料,均是在纤维表面添加吸湿排汗助剂。采用上述方法生产的吸湿排汗面料存在手感偏硬、洗涤效果差、多次洗涤后吸湿排汗效果下降明显导致吸湿排汗效果不理想的缺陷,此外吸湿排汗助剂成本较高,会导致面料成本过高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种吸湿排汗健康针织布料及其制造工艺,所得布料具有突出的吸湿排汗功能,舒适、无副作用且风格高雅,色泽均匀亮丽。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:

一种吸湿排汗健康针织布料的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:染前低温烘焙:对聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别进行染前低温烘焙;
S2:染色:对经过染前低温烘培的聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别采用低温染色的工艺进行染色;
S3:亲疏水处理:对染色后的聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别进行亲水处理和疏水处理;
S4:织造:将亲疏水处理后的聚酯长丝和棉长丝编织成坯布;
S5:坯布染色:对坯布进行高温染色处理;
S6:定型处理和柔软处理:对染色后的坯布进行定型及亲水柔软处理。
优选的,步骤S1中,将聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别放在在烘培机中于35-40℃下分别烘培1-2h。
优选的,步骤S2中,将经过染前低温烘培的聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别放入染色搅拌机中,在染料液内于45-50℃下进行染色1-2h。

S31:将壳聚糖和聚乙二醇加入体积分数25-35%的冰醋酸溶液中,超声分散30min,添加盐酸控制溶液的pH值为3.0-4.0,在室温下搅拌反应5min后,添加氨水调节pH值为7.0-8.0,搅拌10min,得到亲水溶液;

本发明的制造工艺先对聚酯长丝和棉长丝进行前处理,通过染前低温烘焙产生一定的丝线形变,提高弹性效果的同时,增加丝线的表面积,使聚酯长丝和棉长丝产生由表及里的微孔结构,增加丝线表面的毛细管虹吸效应,提高其导湿快干性能,使织物具有永久吸湿快干性能,且不影响后续染色的均匀性,染前低温烘培后直接进行低温染色:染料分子能够逐步扩散进入微孔内部,因而能够很好的避免由于瞬染而引起的色花等现象,避免后续在坯布染色过程中出现色花、色斑、条花等染疵,同时又能够降低后续坯布的染色难度,改善染色效果,提高染色质量,染色更为均匀。
本发明对聚酯长丝和棉长丝的亲水处理和疏水处理,可以将具有亲水溶液分子或疏水溶液分子引入到聚酯长丝和棉长丝由表及里的微孔结构中,并最终通过烘干以物理形式结合在织物上,且极难发生脱落,有效提高聚酯长丝和棉长丝的亲水性和疏水性,提高吸湿排汗功能的同时,又能够具有良好的单向导湿效果,其中,壳聚糖分子中具有氨基与羟基,其水溶液是阳离子电解质,具有很好的絮凝作用,壳聚糖的氨基具有阳离子交换功能,壳聚糖具有空腔能够与聚乙二醇进行交联,可以使得聚乙二醇的比表面积和孔容,以提高亲水能力,纳米二氧化硅通过硅烷改性剂改性后形成多孔纳米疏水分子,以提高疏水能力。
本发明采用的渐进式升温染色工艺能够较好的提高染料的分散性能和染料分子的活性,增加染料的利用率,可以较好地保证布面染色均匀,避免了色花、上色不均等质量问题。

S5:坯布染色:坯布染色的浴比为1:10,在高温染色机的染料液中对坯布进行高温染色:染色的温度先慢升至100℃运行10min,再以5℃/min的速率升至120℃运行10min,最后以5℃/min的速率升至150℃运行20分钟,保温15min;
S6:定型处理和柔软处理:对染色后的坯布进行定型及亲水柔软处理,在定型机中将坯布置于含质量分数1-2%的吸湿排汗助剂PSR的处理液中,定型温度为160-180℃,柔软处理时加入按照水量计的0 .1g/L QH-13,0 .1g/L亲水硅油T718,处理温度35℃,时间25min。
实施例2:
一种吸湿排汗健康针织布料由重量百分比65%的聚酯长丝和重量百分比35%的棉长丝混纺制得,具体的制造工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:染前低温烘焙:将聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别放在在烘培机中于40℃下分别低温烘培2h;
S2:染色:将经过染前低温烘培的聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别放入染色搅拌机中,在染料液内于50℃下低温进行染色2h;
S3:亲疏水处理;
其中,对染色后的聚酯长丝进行亲水处理,包括以下步骤:
S31:将壳聚糖和聚乙二醇加入体积分数25%的冰醋酸溶液中,超声分散30min,其中,壳聚糖、聚乙二醇和冰醋酸溶液的质量比为1:1:40;
然后添加盐酸控制溶液的pH值为3.0-4.0,在室温下搅拌反应5min后,添加氨水调节pH值为7.0-8.0,搅拌10min,得到亲水溶液;
S32:将所述聚酯长丝在所述亲水溶液中浸泡1h进行亲水处理,烘干备用;
其中,对染色后的棉长丝进行疏水处理,包括以下步骤:
S33:将纳米二氧化硅粒子和硅烷改性剂分散在体积分数65%的乙醇中以形成混合溶液,超声分散30min,其中,纳米二氧化硅粒子、硅烷改性剂和乙醇的质量比为1:1:20;硅烷改性剂为六甲基二硅氮烷和三甲基氯硅烷中的一种;
然后添加盐酸控制溶液的pH值为3.0-5.0,在室温下搅拌1h后,添加氨水调节pH值为6.0-7.0,并搅拌30min,得到疏水溶液;
S34:将所述棉长丝在所述疏水溶液中浸泡1h进行疏水处理,烘干备用;
S4:织造:将亲疏水处理后的聚酯长丝和棉长丝编织成坯布,坯布为单面纬编平针结构,布料纱线长为29cm/100G,坯布规格为196cm×280g/m2
S5:坯布染色:坯布染色的浴比为1:10,在高温染色机的染料液中对坯布进行高温染色:染色的温度先慢升至100℃运行10min,再以5℃/min的速率升至120℃运行10min,最后以5℃/min的速率升至150℃运行20分钟,保温15min;
S6:定型处理和柔软处理:对染色后的坯布进行定型及亲水柔软处理,在定型机中将坯布置于含质量分数1-2%的吸湿排汗助剂PSR的处理液中,定型温度为160-180℃,柔软处理时加入按照水量计的0 .1g/L QH-13,0 .1g/L亲水硅油T718,处理温度35℃,时间25min。
实施例3:
一种吸湿排汗健康针织布料由重量百分比65%的聚酯长丝和重量百分比35%的棉长丝混纺制得,具体的制造工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:染前低温烘焙:将聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别放在在烘培机中于38℃下分别低温烘培1.5h;
S2:染色:将经过染前低温烘培的聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别放入染色搅拌机中,在染料液内于48℃下低温进行染色1.5h;
S3:亲疏水处理;
其中,对染色后的聚酯长丝进行亲水处理,包括以下步骤:
S31:将壳聚糖和聚乙二醇加入体积分数28%的冰醋酸溶液中,超声分散30min,其中,壳聚糖、聚乙二醇和冰醋酸溶液的质量比为1:1:34;
然后添加盐酸控制溶液的pH值为3.0-4.0,在室温下搅拌反应5min后,添加氨水调节pH值为7.0-8.0,搅拌10min,得到亲水溶液;
S32:将所述聚酯长丝在所述亲水溶液中浸泡1.5h进行亲水处理,烘干备用;
其中,对染色后的棉长丝进行疏水处理,包括以下步骤:
S33:将纳米二氧化硅粒子和硅烷改性剂分散在体积分数65%的乙醇中以形成混合溶液,超声分散30min,其中,纳米二氧化硅粒子、硅烷改性剂和乙醇的质量比为1:1:24;硅烷改性剂为六甲基二硅氮烷和三甲基氯硅烷中的一种;
然后添加盐酸控制溶液的pH值为3.0-5.0,在室温下搅拌1h后,添加氨水调节pH值为6.0-7.0,并搅拌30min,得到疏水溶液;
S34:将所述棉长丝在所述疏水溶液中浸泡1.5h进行疏水处理,烘干备用;
S4:织造:将亲疏水处理后的聚酯长丝和棉长丝编织成坯布,坯布为单面纬编平针结构,布料纱线长为29cm/100G,坯布规格为196cm×280g/m2
S5:坯布染色:坯布染色的浴比为1:10,在高温染色机的染料液中对坯布进行高温染色:染色的温度先慢升至100℃运行10min,再以5℃/min的速率升至120℃运行10min,最后以5℃/min的速率升至150℃运行20分钟,保温15min;

对比例1:
对比例1与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:制造工艺中,不对聚酯长丝和棉长丝进行亲水处理和疏水处理。
对比例2:
对比例2与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:制造工艺中,不进行低温烘培和染色。
结合GB 18401《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》、GB/T 22848《针织成品布》、GB/T21655 .1《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》等国家标准对实施例1-3和对比例1-2的面料进行吸湿速干性能指标等多方面评估,面料在轧余率为80%、湿度为20℃、相对湿度为65%的条件下放置30min,测得其吸水率(GB/T21655.1-2008,标准≥200%(针织));吸湿速度测试(cm/min):从样品的纵向和横向分别取5张大小为200mm×25mm的试样,然后放入水槽中,把试样固定在支撑水槽水面上,再将面料浸渍在水中10min,10min后测定由于毛细管现象水上升的高度,计算出5次的平均值,同时通过对面料进行滴水扩散时间测试。通过蒸发速率(GB/T21655.1-2008,标准≥0.18g/h(针织))测试。对成品面料的吸湿速干排汗功能性进行测试,结果如下表1所示。

从表1中可以看出:与对比例1-2相比,实施例1-3的吸湿排汗健康针织布料吸湿速率更快,蒸发速率更大,吸水率更高,表明了本发明制得的吸湿排汗健康针织布料亲水性更好,吸湿性能更好,速干性能更好。

Claims (5)

1.一种吸湿排汗健康针织布料的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述吸湿排汗健康针织布料由重量百分比65%的聚酯长丝和重量百分比35%的棉长丝混纺制得;
所述制造工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:染前低温烘焙:对聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别进行染前低温烘焙;
S2:染色:对经过染前低温烘培的聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别采用低温染色的工艺进行染色;
S3:亲疏水处理:对染色后的聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别进行亲水处理和疏水处理;
S4:织造:将亲疏水处理后的聚酯长丝和棉长丝编织成坯布;
S5:坯布染色:对坯布进行高温染色处理;
S6:定型处理和柔软处理:对染色后的坯布进行定型及亲水柔软处理;
步骤S1中,将聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别放在烘培机中于35-40℃下烘培1-2h;
步骤S2中,将经过染前低温烘培的聚酯长丝和棉长丝分别放入染色搅拌机中,在染料液内于45-50℃下进行染色1-2h;
步骤S3中,对染色后的聚酯长丝进行亲水处理,包括以下步骤:
S31:将壳聚糖和聚乙二醇加入体积分数25-35%的冰醋酸溶液中,超声分散30min,添加盐酸控制溶液的pH值为3.0-4.0,在室温下搅拌反应5min后,添加氨水调节pH值为7.0-8.0,搅拌10min,得到亲水溶液;
S32:将所述聚酯长丝在所述亲水溶液中浸泡1-2h进行亲水处理,烘干备用;
步骤S3中,对染色后的棉长丝进行疏水处理,包括以下步骤:
S33:将纳米二氧化硅粒子和硅烷改性剂分散在体积分数65%的乙醇中以形成混合溶液,超声分散30min,添加盐酸控制溶液的pH值为3.0-5.0,在室温下搅拌1h后,添加氨水调节pH值为6.0-7.0,并搅拌30min,得到疏水溶液;
S34:将所述棉长丝在所述疏水溶液中浸泡1-2h进行疏水处理,烘干备用。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗健康针织布料的制造工艺,其特征在于,步骤S5中,坯布染色的浴比为1:10,在高温染色机的染料液中对坯布进行染色:染色的温度先慢升至100℃运行10min,再升至120℃运行10min,最后升至150℃运行20分钟,保温15min。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗健康针织布料的制造工艺,其特征在于,步骤S6中,在定型机中将坯布置于含质量分数1-2%的吸湿排汗助剂的处理液中,定型温度为160-180℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗健康针织布料的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖、聚乙二醇和冰醋酸溶液的质量比为1:1:(30-40)。
5.如权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗健康针织布料的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化硅粒子、硅烷改性剂和乙醇的质量比为1:1:(20-25);其中,所述硅烷改性剂为六甲基二硅氮烷和三甲基氯硅烷中的一种。
