步骤二:将5-9份的油酸十二酯,0.3-1.2份的丙烯酸镁,0.03-0.2份的1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐,加入到上述反应釜中,加入1-4份过硫酸铵,500-580份水,在氮气保护下 55-72℃下反应0.5-2h,然后取出棉麻纺织面料,水洗,烘干,即可得到所述的防水透气冲锋衣面料。

本发明的一种防水透气冲锋衣面料的制备方法,本发明的冲锋衣面料的面料层具有优异的耐磨性和防风性能;本发明采用的阻水层是用带两个双键的棉纤维与油酸十二酯,丙烯酸镁,1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐聚合,生成一层多孔棉纤维/聚合物超薄功能层,进一步形成固定的疏水层,该种阻水层具有优异的耐久性和阻水性能;制成的冲锋衣衣料具有优异的透气性和防水性,可以在防雨防风的同时,将身体运动产生的汗气排出,并不像穿雨衣时有闷热的感觉。本发明使用聚合物薄膜,长时间后不会产生老化硬化的效果,穿着舒适。

在2957cm-1附近存在碳氢的伸缩吸收峰,在898cm-1附近存在醚键的吸收峰,在3423cm-1附近存在羟基的伸缩吸收峰,说明纤维素参与了反应;在1730cm-1附近存在酯羰基的伸缩吸收峰,在1052cm-1附近存在酯碳氧单键的伸缩吸收峰,说明油酸十二酯参与了反应;在1052cm-1附近存在碳氮单键的吸收峰,说明二烯丙基胺参与了反应;在1526cm-1附近存在羧酸根离子的反对称伸缩吸收峰,说明丙烯酸镁参与了反应;在837cm-1附近存在磷氟键的反对称伸缩吸收峰,说明1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐参与了反应。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对该发明作进一步说明:
在实施例和对比例中,本实验采用纺KGB/T 4744-2013《纺织品 防水性能的检测和评价 静水压法》测试织品静水,透湿率主要通过吸湿法即KGB/T 12704.2-2009《纺织品织物透湿性试验方法 第2部分:蒸发法》测定。
实施例1
一种防水透气冲锋衣面料的制备方法,其具体方案为:
所述的冲锋衣面料有三层结构组成:面料层,阻水层和里层;所述的面料层为纺织面料,包括的组分包括32%的改性聚丙烯腈纤维、5%棉纤维,6%的ELEX纤维,12%的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维和余量的锦纶纤维与0.8%的整理助剂,0.05%的塑化剂在分散机中混合20min,然后送入织布机得到第一功能层;所述的阻水层为棉麻纺织面料经过纤维接枝改性得到的防水透气冲锋衣面料,能很好的阻挡水分的侵入;所述的面料层为经编针织面料;所述的面料层,阻水层和里层的面料经过热压机上进行贴合,所述的贴合温度为100℃,贴合速度为20m/min,贴合张力为2.5kgf/m2,完成贴合后即可得到所述的一种防水透气冲锋衣面料。

所述的冲锋衣面料有三层结构组成:面料层,阻水层和里层;所述的面料层为纺织面料,包括的组分包括42%的改性聚丙烯腈纤维、8%棉纤维,8%的ELEX纤维,14%的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维和余量的锦纶纤维与1.2%的整理助剂,0.1%的塑化剂在分散机中混合30min,然后送入织布机得到第一功能层;所述的阻水层为棉麻纺织面料经过纤维接枝改性得到的防水透气冲锋衣面料,能很好的阻挡水分的侵入;所述的面料层为经编针织面料;所述的面料层,阻水层和里层的面料经过热压机上进行贴合,所述的贴合温度为110℃,贴合速度为24m/min,贴合张力为3.5kgf/m2,完成贴合后即可得到所述的一种防水透气冲锋衣面料。
所述的防水透气冲锋衣面料制备方法如下:
步骤一:将4kg的二甲基亚砜,12kg的质量百分比浓度为10%的双氧水, 540kg的白油搅拌均匀,然后将25kg的棉麻纺织面料浸入到混合液中,控温65℃,处理3h,再加入5kg的二烯丙基胺,控温73℃,处理3h,将液体排出反应釜,循环使用,
步骤二:将6kg的油酸十二酯,0.8kg的丙烯酸镁,0.08kg的1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐,加入到上述反应釜中,加入2kg过硫酸铵,550kg水,在氮气保护下 62℃下反应1h,然后取出棉麻纺织面料,水洗,烘干,即可得到所述的防水透气冲锋衣面料。
所述的改性聚丙烯腈纤维为聚丙烯腈纤维经过等离子处理,所述的离子处理在氩气环境下进行。
所述的整理助剂为聚乙烯蜡。
所述的经编针织面料为锦纶经编面料。
所述的塑化剂为氯代棕榈油甲酯。
所述的冲锋衣面料采用激光剪裁。
实施例3
一种防水透气冲锋衣面料的制备方法,其具体方案为:
所述的冲锋衣面料有三层结构组成:面料层,阻水层和里层;所述的面料层为纺织面料,包括的组分包括48%的改性聚丙烯腈纤维、12%棉纤维,10%的ELEX纤维,17%的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维和余量的锦纶纤维与1.6%的整理助剂,0.2%的塑化剂在分散机中混合45min,然后送入织布机得到第一功能层;所述的阻水层为棉麻纺织面料经过纤维接枝改性得到的防水透气冲锋衣面料,能很好的阻挡水分的侵入;所述的面料层为经编针织面料;所述的面料层,阻水层和里层的面料经过热压机上进行贴合,所述的贴合温度为120℃,贴合速度为28m/min,贴合张力为5.5kgf/m2,完成贴合后即可得到所述的一种防水透气冲锋衣面料。
所述的防水透气冲锋衣面料制备方法如下:
步骤一:将5.8kg的二甲基亚砜,15kg的质量百分比浓度为12%的双氧水,580kg的白油搅拌均匀,然后将30kg的棉麻纺织面料浸入到混合液中,控温70℃,处理5h,再加入8kg的二烯丙基胺,控温80℃,处理5h,将液体排出反应釜,循环使用,
步骤二:将9kg的油酸十二酯,1.2kg的丙烯酸镁,0.2kg的1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐,加入到上述反应釜中,加入4kg过硫酸铵,580kg水,在氮气保护下 72℃下反应2h,然后取出棉麻纺织面料,水洗,烘干,即可得到所述的防水透气冲锋衣面料。
所述的改性聚丙烯腈纤维为聚丙烯腈纤维经过等离子处理,所述的离子处理在氩气环境下进行。
所述的整理助剂为环保硅油精。
所述的经编针织面料为棉麻化纤混纺经编面料。

所述的冲锋衣面料有三层结构组成:面料层,阻水层和里层;所述的面料层为纺织面料,包括的组分包括48%的改性聚丙烯腈纤维、12%棉纤维,10%的ELEX纤维,17%的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维和余量的锦纶纤维与1.6%的整理助剂,0.2%的塑化剂在分散机中混合45min,然后送入织布机得到第一功能层;所述的阻水层为棉麻纺织面料经过纤维接枝改性得到的防水透气冲锋衣面料,能很好的阻挡水分的侵入;所述的面料层为经编针织面料;所述的面料层,阻水层和里层的面料经过热压机上进行贴合,所述的贴合温度为120℃,贴合速度为28m/min,贴合张力为5.5kgf/m2,完成贴合后即可得到所述的一种防水透气冲锋衣面料。

1.一种防水透气冲锋衣面料的制备方法,其具体方案为:
所述的冲锋衣面料有三层结构组成:面料层,阻水层和里层;所述的面料层为纺织面料,包括的组分包括32%-48%的改性聚丙烯腈纤维、5%-12%棉纤维,6%-10%的ELEX纤维,12%-17%的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维和余量的锦纶纤维与0.8%-1.6%的整理助剂,0.05%-0.2%的塑化剂在分散机中混合20-45min,然后送入织布机得到第一功能层;所述的阻水层为棉麻纺织面料经过纤维接枝改性得到的防水透气冲锋衣面料,能很好的阻挡水分的侵入;所述的面料层为经编针织面料;所述的面料层,阻水层和里层的面料经过热压机上进行贴合,所述的贴合温度为100-120℃,贴合速度为20-28m/min,贴合张力为2.5-5.5kgf/m2,完成贴合后即可得到所述的一种防水透气冲锋衣面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气冲锋衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:
带两个双键的棉纤维与油酸十二酯,丙烯酸镁,1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐聚合,生成一层多孔棉纤维/聚合物超薄功能层。
3根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气冲锋衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的防水透气冲锋衣面料制备方法如下:
