本发明涉及一种米糕,特别涉及一种营养米糕极其制备方法。
背景技术
碎米是大米加工的副产物,其营养物质的含量与大米相近,价格却仅为大米的一半左右,因为碎米中直链淀粉含量较低,直接用碎米生产细条状米粉条的话,韧性差,粘连严重,断条多。所以米粉生产一般不采用碎米,碎米大部分直接加工作为饲料使用,这样做不仅附加值较低,而且也造成资源浪费,怎样拓宽碎米的应用领域是目前需要解决的问题。
米糕是用粘性大的米或米粉蒸制而成,拥有悠久的历史,它加工制作方便,耐贮藏,但是现有的米糕营养和配料比较单一,需要开发新的品种来满足人们对营养和口感多样化的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种营养米糕。
本发明的一种营养米糕,其按重量份包括下述原料:碎米15-30份,燕麦5-15份,玉米5-15份,糯米20-40分,木糖醇5-10份,白芝麻或黑芝麻5-10份,食品级果蔬粉2-8份。
优选所述原料的重量份为:碎米20份,燕麦10份,玉米10份,糯米30分,木糖醇8份,黑芝麻8份,食品级果蔬粉5份。
本发明所述的食品级果蔬粉可以为任意一种或多种食品级果蔬粉的组合。果蔬粉是将新鲜的水果和蔬菜经过先进的冻干技术等加工而成,最大限度地保留了原料的营养成分的同时,因为其颗粒的超微细化在使用时更为方便,营养成分也更容易消化,口感更好。优选所述的食品级果蔬粉为苹果粉、草莓粉、蓝莓粉、菠萝粉、胡萝卜粉、菠菜粉、芒果粉、黄瓜粉、蔓越莓中的一种或多种组合。
本发明还提供了一种营养米糕的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
一、按比例称取各种原料;
二、将碎米、燕麦、玉米、糯米分别去杂清洗后晒干,磨成细粉后备用;
三、将芝麻去杂、清洗、烘干,然后炒熟后磨粉;
四、将步骤二和三的所有粉末混在一起,并加入木糖醇和食品级果蔬粉后搅拌均匀,然后放入蒸笼中蒸熟;
五、将蒸熟的米糕切片后包装。
优选所述步骤二中将各原料米磨成细粉后过60目筛。
优选所述步骤四蒸制的时间为20-30分钟。
优选所述步骤五是将米糕切为长6-10cm,宽2-4cm,厚为0.2-0.5cm的片状。

本实施例所述的营养米糕的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
一、按比例称取各种原料;
二、将碎米、燕麦、玉米、糯米分别去杂清洗后晒干,磨成细粉后过40目筛备用;
三、将芝麻去杂、清洗、烘干,然后炒熟后磨粉;
四、将步骤二和三的所有粉末混在一起,并加入木糖醇和食品级芒果粉后搅拌均匀,然后放入蒸笼中蒸制30分钟蒸熟;
五、将蒸熟的米糕切为长6cm,宽2cm,厚为0.2cm片后包装。
实施例4
一种营养米糕,其按重量份由下述原料制成:碎米19份,燕麦6份,玉米7份,糯米28分,木糖醇6份,黑芝麻7份,食品级蓝莓粉4份。
本实施例所述的营养米糕的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
一、按比例称取各种原料;
二、将碎米、燕麦、玉米、糯米分别去杂清洗后晒干,磨成细粉后过40目筛备用;
三、将芝麻去杂、清洗、烘干,然后炒熟后磨粉;
四、将步骤二和三的所有粉末混在一起,并加入木糖醇和食品级芒果粉后搅拌均匀,然后放入蒸笼中蒸制30分钟蒸熟;
五、将蒸熟的米糕切为长6cm,宽2cm,厚为0.2cm片后包装。
Claims (7)
1.一种营养米糕,其特征在于其按重量份包括下述原料:碎米15-30份,燕麦5-15份,玉米5-15份,糯米20-40分,木糖醇5-10份,白芝麻或黑芝麻5-10份,食品级果蔬粉2-8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的营养米糕,其特征是所述原料的重量份为:碎米20份,燕麦10份,玉米10份,糯米30分,木糖醇8份,白芝麻或黑芝麻8份,食品级果蔬粉5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的营养米糕,其特征是所述的食品级果蔬粉为苹果粉、草莓粉、蓝莓粉、菠萝粉、胡萝卜粉、菠菜粉、芒果粉、黄瓜粉、蔓越莓中的一种或多种组合。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的营养米糕的制备方法,其特征是包括如下步骤:
一、按比例称取各种原料;
二、将碎米、燕麦、玉米、糯米分别去杂清洗后晒干,磨成细粉后备用;
三、将芝麻去杂、清洗、烘干,然后炒熟后磨粉;
四、将步骤二和三的所有粉末混在一起,并加入木糖醇和食品级果蔬粉后搅拌均匀,然后放入蒸笼中蒸熟;
五、将蒸熟的米糕切片后包装。
5.如权利要求4所述的营养米糕的制备方法,其特征是所述步骤二中将将各原料米磨成细粉后过60目筛。
6.如权利要求4所述的营养米糕的制备方法,其特征是所述步骤四蒸制的时间为20-30分钟。
7.如权利要求4所述的营养米糕的制备方法,其特征是所述步骤5是将米糕切为长6-10cm,宽2-4cm,厚为0.2-0.5cm的片状。
