本发明公开了一种蓄电池解体切割装置,包括横向双刀切割装置和纵向双刀切割装置,横向双刀切割装置和纵向双刀切割装置分别安装在支撑框上,支撑框安装在平台上,蓄电池固定在平台上。本发明通过纵横向切割装置进行切割,切割快速,能够远程操作切割,省时省力,操作安全性更高,每个方向双刀结构同时进给,切割稳定可靠,避免受力不平衡导致蓄电池切割点不易切割。

本发明属于蓄电池解体设备技术领域,具体涉及一种蓄电池解体切割装置。
背景技术
蓄电池需要进行解体试验时,通常需要人工进行切割蓄电池四侧,切割过程中费时费力,而且内部硫酸飞溅容易让试验人员损伤。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种蓄电池解体切割装置,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种蓄电池解体切割装置,包括横向双刀切割装置和纵向双刀切割装置,横向双刀切割装置和纵向双刀切割装置分别安装在支撑框上,支撑框安装在平台上,蓄电池固定在平台上。
优选的,上述支撑框包括四条支撑腿、两根支撑横梁和两根支撑纵梁,两根支撑纵梁前后两端分别固定连接四根支撑腿,两根支撑横梁分别固定连接在两根支撑纵梁之间,且一根支撑横梁位于两根支撑纵梁前端,另一根支撑横梁靠近两根支撑纵梁后端。
优选的,上述横向双刀切割装置和纵向双刀切割装置均包括两块圆片刀、刀轴、刀轴电机和刀轴座,两块圆片刀间隔布置在刀轴上,刀轴两端旋转连接在两个刀轴座且一端伸出后通过皮带传动机构连接到刀轴电机,两个刀轴座连接到两个滑板,刀轴电机固定连接到该端刀轴座上,两个滑板通过滑块导轨副一连接到横向梁顶部或纵向梁底部上,其中一块滑板通过丝杠丝母副一连接到丝杠电机一,丝杠丝母副一和丝杠电机一安装在横向梁上侧或纵向梁底部上。
优选的,上述每块圆片刀通过两个螺母夹击锁紧在有螺纹部的刀轴上。
优选的,上述每个刀轴座均通过电动推杆连接到滑板上。
优选的,上述每块圆刀片后侧设置有防尘罩。
优选的,上述送料装置包括两根滑块导轨副二、丝杠丝母副二和送料驱动电机,两根滑块导轨副二的滑块和丝杠丝母副二的丝母固定连接到蓄电池夹持固定装置上,两根滑块导轨副二的导轨固定连接在平台上,丝杠丝母副二的丝杠两端通过轴承座旋转连接到平台上且一端伸出轴承座后连接到送料驱动电机。
优选的,上述蓄电池夹持固定装置包括固定底板和夹爪,固定底板四侧安装有限位蓄电池的多个对称的夹爪。
优选的,上述夹爪上端部为U形结构,下端部为折弯结构并固定连接在转接板上,转接板可拆卸地固定连接在底板侧面。
优选的,上述转接板与夹爪之间设置橡胶垫。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明通过纵横向切割装置进行切割,切割快速,能够远程操作切割,省时省力,操作安全性更高,每个方向双刀结构同时进给,切割稳定可靠,避免受力不平衡导致蓄电池切割点不易切割。

下面结合附图及具体的实施例对本发明进行进一步介绍。
实施例1:如图1-3所示,一种蓄电池解体切割装置,包括横向双刀切割装置1和纵向双刀切割装置2,横向双刀切割装置1和纵向双刀切割装置2分别安装在支撑框4上,支撑框4安装在平台17上,蓄电池固定在平台17上,支撑框4外加装有透明罩,避免碎削或硫酸飞溅到外部。
优选的,上述支撑框4包括四条支撑腿16、两根支撑横梁18和两根支撑纵梁19,两根支撑纵梁19前后两端分别固定连接四根支撑腿16,两根支撑横梁18分别固定连接在两根支撑纵梁19之间,且一根支撑横梁18位于两根支撑纵梁19前端,另一根支撑横梁18靠近两根支撑纵梁19后端,横向双刀切割装置1安装在支撑横梁上,纵向双刀切割装置2悬吊安装在支撑纵梁底部,该结构能够将纵向双刀切割装置退让到两根支撑纵梁后侧,便于横向双刀切割装置切割,避免横向双刀切割装置1和纵向双刀切割装置2发生干涉,该结构支撑稳定可靠。
优选的,上述横向双刀切割装置1和纵向双刀切割装置2均包括两块圆片刀6、刀轴7、刀轴电机8和刀轴座9,两块圆片刀6间隔布置在刀轴7上,刀轴7两端旋转连接在两个刀轴座9且一端伸出后通过皮带传动机构10连接到刀轴电机8,两个刀轴座9连接到两个滑板10,刀轴电机8固定连接到该端刀轴座9固定连接的电动推杆15的推杆上,推杆通过抱箍固定连接电机连接板,电机连接板固定连接刀轴电机8,两个滑板10通过滑块导轨副一11连接到横向梁顶部或纵向梁底部上,其中一块滑板10通过丝杠丝母副一12连接到丝杠电机一13,丝杠丝母副一12和丝杠电机一13安装在横向梁上侧或纵向梁底部上,双刀切割装置效率高,蓄电池对称切割,受力均衡,切割稳定可靠,安全性更高,皮带传动,具有缓冲作业,避免刀刃损坏,丝杠丝母副和导轨副进给支撑,进给精确,支撑稳定可靠,圆片刀半径大于待切割蓄电池深度。
优选的,上述每块圆片刀6通过两个螺母14夹击锁紧在有螺纹部的刀轴7上,能够适应蓄电池不同厚度侧壁的切割,调节方便快捷,也能适应不同大小蓄电池的转换作业,也便于更换不同直径的圆刀片。
优选的,上述每个刀轴座9均通过电动推杆15连接到滑板10上,能够实现圆刀片高低快速调整,从而适应不同深度切割和最佳位置切割,也能适应不同大小蓄电池的转换作业。
优选的,上述每块圆刀片6后侧设置有防尘罩,能够起到切割碎削溅落和喷溅到操作人员身上,便于打扫平台,切割安全性也更高,防尘罩类似于自行车的挡泥板,采用耐腐蚀材料,避免蓄电池中硫酸腐蚀。
实施例2:如图1-3所示,一种蓄电池解体装置,包括横向双刀切割装置1、纵向双刀切割装置2和送料装置3,横向双刀切割装置1和纵向双刀切割装置2分别安装在支撑框4上,送料装置3一端伸入到支撑框4内,另一端伸出支撑框4外,送料装置3上安装有蓄电池夹持固定装置5,支撑框4和送料装置3均安装在平台17上,支撑框4外加装有透明罩,避免碎削或硫酸飞溅到外部,通过纵横向切割装置进行切割,切割快速,能够远程操作送料和切割,省时省力,操作安全性更高,每个方向双刀结构同时进给,切割稳定可靠,避免受力不平衡导致蓄电池切割点不易切割。

优选的,上述蓄电池夹持固定装置5包括固定底板24和夹爪25,固定底板24四侧安装有限位蓄电池26的多个对称的夹爪25,蓄电池夹持固定方便快捷。
优选的,上述夹爪25上端部为U形结构,下端部为折弯结构并固定连接在转接板27上,转接板27可拆卸地固定连接在底板24侧面,U形结构的夹爪夹持固定可靠,每侧设置有两个夹爪,切割过程中更加稳定可靠,U形结构每根立柱上安装有上下两个夹持滚轮29,滚轮接触,夹持可靠性更高,夹爪悬臂安装,具有弹性,安装更方便。
优选的,上述转接板27与夹爪25之间设置橡胶垫28,能够实现不同大小蓄电池的夹持固定,而且能够实现蓄电池的弹性固定。
使用原理:将待解体的蓄电池放置到蓄电池夹持夹持固定装置(此时位于支撑框外)上,控制送料装置将蓄电池送入到支撑框内合适位置,控制纵向双刀切割装置进行高度调整,实现蓄电池设定深度切割,切割后抬刀退让到两纵向支撑梁后侧,控制横向双刀切割装置进行切割,切割完成后抬刀退刀到合适位置,送料装置将切割后的蓄电池送出支撑框。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄电池解体切割装置,其特征在于:支撑框(4)包括四条支撑腿(16)、两根支撑横梁(18)和两根支撑纵梁(19),两根支撑纵梁(19)前后两端分别固定连接四根支撑腿(16),两根支撑横梁(18)分别固定连接在两根支撑纵梁(19)之间,且一根支撑横梁(18)位于两根支撑纵梁(19)前端,另一根支撑横梁(18)靠近两根支撑纵梁(19)后端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种蓄电池解体切割装置,其特征在于:横向双刀切割装置(1)和纵向双刀切割装置(2)均包括两块圆片刀(6)、刀轴(7)、刀轴电机(8)和刀轴座(9),两块圆片刀(6)间隔布置在刀轴(7)上,刀轴(7)两端旋转连接在两个刀轴座(9)且一端伸出后通过皮带传动机构(10)连接到刀轴电机(8),两个刀轴座(9)连接到两个滑板(10),刀轴电机(8)固定连接到该端刀轴座(9)上,两个滑板(10)通过滑块导轨副一(11)连接到横向梁顶部或纵向梁底部上,其中一块滑板(10)通过丝杠丝母副一(12)连接到丝杠电机一(13),丝杠丝母副一(12)和丝杠电机一(13)安装在横向梁上侧或纵向梁底部上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种蓄电池解体切割装置,其特征在于:每块圆片刀(6)通过两个螺母(14)夹击锁紧在有螺纹部的刀轴(7)上。

6.根据权利要求3所述的一种蓄电池解体切割装置,其特征在于:每块圆刀片(6)后侧设置有防尘罩。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种蓄电池解体切割装置,其特征在于:防尘罩采用自行车挡泥板形结构,采用耐腐蚀材质制作。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄电池解体切割装置,其特征在于:支撑框(4)外安装有透明罩。
