根据日本GITASATOD大学医学部分,生物研究组发现,锗对癌症患者或关节炎患者的血清有特殊的抗氧化作用,所以,利用富含锗的植物中草药,如明月草、富锗人参等研发锗露系列产品,达到比一般中草药更高的治疗目的。明月草中含有黄铜0.35mg/g,具有抗氧化、消除自由基、抗衰老、抗肿瘤的作用,日本大阪药科大学、日本生命科学研究所等研究已经证实了明月草中的查尔酮至少有以下作用:抗癌、抗菌、防血栓、降血压、抗过敏、抗艾滋病、防糖尿病及其引起的白内障等糖尿病并发症。
茶多酚主要成分是儿茶素和黄酮类,儿茶素能提供抗氧化性很强的羟基氢,能抑制某些氢化酶的活性起到间接清除自由基的作用,并具有提高机体免疫力功能。灵芝中含有灵芝多糖、灵芝三萜、天然有机锗,具有迅速提高机体免疫力的作用,主要表现在促进淋巴细胞增殖、巨噬细胞、NK细胞、T细胞的吞噬能力和杀伤能力,起到抗癌作用。
绞股蓝中含有50多种皂苷,包括四环三萜化合物,其中七叶胆皂苷Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅶ、Ⅻ四种,分别与人参皂Rb、Rd、Re、F2是同一类物质,其中七叶胆皂苷Ⅳ含量是人参的8倍,经过药理、毒理及临床证明,七叶胆皂苷Ⅳ具有“适应源”样功能,防止正常细胞癌化,主要用于肿瘤细胞的DNA合成过程,抑制肿瘤细胞的基因突变,同时具有提高巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,明显增强白细胞数,增强白细胞功能,促进体内白介素的分泌,促进血清免疫球蛋白的产生,并能诱发产生干扰素,对免疫系统有双向调节作用。
山芹菜中含有芹菜素,研究发现芹菜素它具有神经保护、抗氧化、清除自由基、抗肿瘤、免疫力调节等作用。三七中含有人参皂苷,能促进蛋白质、RNA、DNA合成,故具有增强机体免疫力、抗肿瘤的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,通过提供一种富锗制剂,以提高饮料的保健作用,实现增强人体免疫力的效果。
为实现本目的,提供以下技术方案:
一种富锗制剂,其特征在于,组份包括:富锗明月草、富锗人参、松仁、南瓜籽、茶多酚、红枣、灵芝、当归、绞股蓝、姜黄、枸杞子、蒲公英叶、蒲公英根、山芹菜、茯苓、百合、三七、泽泻;生产过程包括以下步骤:
S1.选料:选择上述新鲜富锗中草药;
S2.清洗、浸泡:将富锗中草药清洗干净后,冷水浸泡2小时以上;
S3.第一次提取:在低于68℃的温度下,真空水提取3-4小时,过滤并分别收集提取液一和滤渣;
S4.第二次提取:继续保持低于68℃的水温,再次真空提取2-3小时,过滤并收集提取液二和滤渣;
S5.第三次提取:重复步骤S2的操作,并收集提取液三,丢弃滤渣;
S6.过滤:将提取液一、提取液二和提取液三混合搅拌均匀后,离心过滤后得到上清液;
S7.浓缩:将上清液在低于68℃条件下真空浓缩至1/2体积,得到浓缩液;
S8.添加配料:将配料按比例定量添加到浓缩液中,并混合均匀,得到罐装溶液;
S9.灌装:将灌装溶液分量灌装至包装瓶里,并用铝膜封口扣盖,得到分装的初成品;
S10.低温灭菌:在低于68℃条件下灭菌30-60分钟,得到成品。
优选地,所述组份配比为:富锗明月草400-600、富锗人参140-220、松仁140-230、南瓜籽160-250、茶多酚200-300、红枣150-240、灵芝130-230、当归60-120、绞股蓝500-700、姜黄60-100、枸杞子150-210、蒲公英叶150-250、蒲公英根140-200、山芹菜200-300、茯苓90-150、百合150-230、三七180-250、泽泻80-230。
优选地,所述中药材均采用水溶锗栽培,其过程为:将有机锗转化为水溶性锗,用水溶性锗栽培中药材,提高中药材中锗的含有量,再从中药材中提取有效成分,以防止锗的含量过高,造成锗中毒。
前述富锗制剂的状态还可为粉状制剂,其制作步骤:
S11.重复上述步骤S1至S6,得到离心过滤后的上清液,此上清液中含有富锗的中草药营业成分;
S12.浓缩:将上清液在低于68℃条件下真空浓缩至无液体,得到浓缩粉块;
S13.烘干:将浓缩粉块烘干至水分含量≤5%,得到浓缩粉;
S14.膨化:将浓缩粉膨化,得到富锗制剂的粉状制剂;
S15.包装:将粉状制剂灭菌处理后,分包包装得到富锗制剂的成品。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明采用的中草药都是富锗中草药,通过低温萃取和低温灭菌加工工艺,较好的保留了中药材中的营养成分和保健成分。
2.本发明配方中的中药材,均采用锗的水溶液浇灌栽培,中草药植物吸收锗元素后,再从中草药中提取有效成分,能够防止锗的过量吸收而产生副作用;同时通过饮料的方式,会有较好的口感和吸收,让大家在享受甘甜解渴的饮料的同时,还能享受到中草药对身体的保健作用,能够提高癌症患者免疫力,达到食疗养生、食疗预防、食疗治病目的。
3.本发明的制剂像是还可以制作成为冲服的粉剂形式,便于携带,食用方便,且口感好,人群的适应性好,人们在充饥饱腹的同时,补充了营养,起到了食疗养生的目的,有益于人体的健康保健。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种富锗制剂,组份包括:富锗明月草、富锗人参、松仁、南瓜籽、茶多酚、红枣、灵芝、当归、绞股蓝、姜黄、枸杞子、蒲公英叶、蒲公英根、山芹菜、茯苓、百合、三七、泽泻;生产过程包括以下步骤:
S1.选料:选择上述新鲜富锗中草药;
S2.清洗、浸泡:将富锗中草药清洗干净后,冷水浸泡2-24小时;
S3.第一次提取:在低于68℃的温度下,真空水提取3-4小时,过滤并分别收集提取液一和滤渣;
S4.第二次提取:继续保持低于68℃的水温,再次真空提取2-3小时,过滤并收集提取液二和滤渣;
S5.第三次提取:重复步骤S2的操作,并收集提取液三,丢弃滤渣;
S6.过滤:将提取液一、提取液二和提取液三混合搅拌均匀后,离心过滤后得到上清液;

其中,中药材均采用水溶锗栽培,其过程为:将有机锗转化为水溶性锗,用水溶性锗栽培中药材,是中药材植物充分吸收锗元素,提高中药材中锗的含量,再从中药材中提取有效植物锗成分,以防止锗的含量过高,造成锗中毒。
富锗制剂的状态还可为粉状制剂,其制作步骤:
S11.重复上述步骤S1至S6,得到离心过滤后的上清液,此上清液中含有富锗的中草药营业成分;
S12.浓缩:将上清液在低于68℃条件下真空浓缩至无液体,得到浓缩粉块;
S13.烘干:将浓缩粉块烘干至水分含量≤5%,得到浓缩粉;
S14.膨化:将浓缩粉膨化处理后,得到富锗制剂的粉状制剂;
S15.包装:将粉状制剂灭菌处理后,分包包装得到富锗制剂的成品。
实施例一
一种富锗制剂,组份配比包括:富锗明月草400、富锗人参140、松仁140、南瓜籽160、茶多酚200、红枣150、灵芝130、当归60、绞股蓝500、姜黄60、枸杞子150、蒲公英叶150、蒲公英根140、山芹菜200、茯苓90、百合150、三七180、泽泻80。生产过程包括以下步骤:
S1.选料:选择上述新鲜富锗中草药;
S2.清洗、浸泡:将富锗中草药清洗干净后,在浸提罐中用冷水浸泡2小时;
S3.第一次提取:在浸提罐中,低于68℃的温度下,真空提取3小时,过滤收集提取液一,保留滤渣;
S4.第二次提取:在浸提罐中,继续保持低于68℃的水温,再次真空提取2小时,过滤并收集提取液二,保留滤渣;
S5.第三次提取:重复步骤S2的操作,并收集提取液三,排除滤渣;
S6.过滤:将提取液一、提取液二和提取液三加入到混合料罐,混合搅拌均匀后,低温下离心过滤后得到上清液;
S7.浓缩:将上清液加入到双效降膜浓缩装置,在低于68℃条件下真空浓缩至1/2体积,得到浓缩液;
S8.添加配料:将浓缩液置于附加配料罐中,将配料按比例定量添加到浓缩液中,并混合均匀,得到罐装溶液;
S9.灌装:将灌装溶液分量灌装至包装瓶里,并用铝膜封口扣盖,得到分装的初成品;
S10.低温灭菌:在低于68℃条件下,采用喷淋式杀菌设备灭菌30分钟,得到成品。
实施例二
一种富锗制剂,组份包括:富锗明月草500、富锗人参180、松仁180、南瓜籽200、茶多酚250、红枣180、灵芝180、当归90、绞股蓝600、姜黄80、枸杞子180、蒲公英叶180、蒲公英根160、山芹菜240、茯苓120、百合180、三七210、泽泻120;生产过程包括以下步骤:
S1.选料:选择上述组份的新鲜富锗中草药;
S2.清洗、浸泡:将富锗中草药清洗干净后,在浸提罐中冷水浸泡4小时;
S3.第一次提取:在低于68℃的温度下,浸提罐中真空提取3.5小时,过滤并收集提取液一,保留滤渣;
S4.第二次提取:继续保持低于68℃的温度,浸提罐中再次真空提取2.5小时,过滤并收集提取液二,保留滤渣;
S5.第三次提取:重复步骤S2的操作,并收集提取液三,排除滤渣;
S6.过滤:将提取液一、提取液二和提取液三加入到混合料罐中,混合搅拌均匀后,低温下离心过滤后得到上清液;
S7.浓缩:将上清液在双效降膜浓缩装置中,低于68℃条件下真空浓缩至1/2体积,得到浓缩液;
S8.添加配料:在附加配料罐中,将配料按比例定量添加到浓缩液中,并混合均匀,得到罐装溶液;
S9.灌装:将灌装溶液分量灌装至包装瓶里,并用铝膜封口扣盖,得到分装的初成品;
S10.低温灭菌:在低于68℃条件下,喷淋式灭菌45分钟,得到成品。
实施例三
一种富锗制剂,组份配比包括:锗明月草600、富锗人参220、松仁230、南瓜籽250、茶多酚300、红枣240、灵芝230、当归120、绞股蓝700、姜黄100、枸杞子210、蒲公英叶250、蒲公英根200、山芹菜300、茯苓150、百合230、三七250、泽泻230。生产过程包括以下步骤:
S1.选料:选择上述组份的新鲜富锗中草药;
S2.清洗、浸泡:将富锗中草药清洗干净后,在浸提罐中冷水浸泡24小时;
S3.第一次提取:在低于68℃的温度下,浸提罐中真空提取4小时,过滤并收集提取液一,保留滤渣;
S4.第二次提取:浸提罐中继续保持低于68℃的温度,再次真空提取3小时,过滤并收集提取液二,保留滤渣;
S5.第三次提取:重复步骤S2的操作,并收集提取液三,排除滤渣;
S6.过滤:将提取液一、提取液二和提取液三混合搅拌均匀后,离心过滤后得到上清液;
S7.浓缩:将上清液在低于68℃条件下真空浓缩至1/2体积,得到浓缩液;
S8.添加配料:在附加配料罐中,将配料按比例定量添加到浓缩液中,并混合均匀,得到罐装溶液;
S9.灌装:将灌装溶液分量灌装至包装瓶里,并用铝膜封口扣盖,得到分装的初成品;
S10.低温灭菌:在低于68℃条件下,采用喷淋式灭菌60分钟,得到成品。
实施例四
一种富锗制剂,组份配比包括:富锗明月草500、富锗人参180、松仁180、南瓜籽200、茶多酚250、红枣180、灵芝180、当归90、绞股蓝600、姜黄80、枸杞子180、蒲公英叶180、蒲公英根160、山芹菜240、茯苓120、百合180、三七210、泽泻120;生产过程包括以下步骤:
S1.选料:选择上述组份的新鲜富锗中草药;
S2.清洗、浸泡:将富锗中草药清洗干净后,在浸提罐中冷水浸泡4小时;
S3.第一次提取:在低于68℃的温度下,浸提罐中真空提取3.5小时,过滤并收集提取液一,保留滤渣;

S8.烘干:将浓缩粉块烘干至水分含量≤5%,得到浓缩粉;
S9.膨化:将浓缩粉膨化处理后,得到富锗制剂的粉状制剂;
S10.包装:将粉状制剂灭菌处理后,分包包装得到富锗制剂的成品。成品后期会进行抽检,质量是否符合冲服粉剂的质量标准。
通过上述实施例得到的富锗制剂,经过多人服用后效果统计,有数百人服用后体质增强,免疫力增强,部分人的疾病好转,甚至治愈;能够提高癌症患者免疫力,达到食疗养生、食疗预防、食疗治病目的。

1.一种富锗制剂,其特征在于,组份包括:富锗明月草、富锗人参、松仁、南瓜籽、茶多酚、红枣、灵芝、当归、绞股蓝、姜黄、枸杞子、蒲公英叶、蒲公英根、山芹菜、茯苓、百合、三七、泽泻;生产过程包括以下步骤:
S1.选料:选择上述新鲜富锗中草药;
S2.清洗、浸泡:将富锗中草药清洗干净后,冷水浸泡2-24小时;
S3.第一次提取:在低于68℃的温度下,真空水提取3-4小时,过滤并收集提取液一,保留滤渣;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富锗制剂,其特征在于,所述组份配比为:富锗明月草400-600、富锗人参140-220、松仁140-230、南瓜籽160-250、茶多酚200-300、红枣150-240、灵芝130-230、当归60-120、绞股蓝500-700、姜黄60-100、枸杞子150-210、蒲公英叶150-250、蒲公英根140-200、山芹菜200-300、茯苓90-150、百合150-230、三七180-250、泽泻80-230。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种富锗制剂,其特征在于,所述中药材均采用水溶锗栽培,其过程为:将有机锗转化为水溶性锗,用水溶性锗栽培中药材,提高中药材中锗的含有量,再从中药材中提取有效成分,以防止锗的含量过高,造成锗中毒。
4.权利要求1所述的富锗制剂,其特征在于,制剂的状态还可为粉状制剂,其制作步骤:
