Abstract
本发明公开了一种纸箱增强剂,包括以下重量份数原料:季胺烷基醚1~3份、聚丙烯酰胺2~3份、单体50~60份、功能性单体5~10份、定若剂5~10份、非离子乳化剂1~2份、引发剂1~2份、四硼酸钠1~2份、纯碱5~10份。本发明应用到纸箱制造过程中可加强纤维层与层之间的连接力,减小纸板中存在的空隙,从而提高纸箱的挺度和环压强度,并防止纸箱受潮,即使纸箱具有一定的抗水性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸箱制造技术领域,具体涉及一种纸箱增强剂。
背景技术
包装纸箱具有重量轻、价格低、无污染和易回收等优点,大量用于一般和特色产品的包装。我国箱板纸普遍采用草浆、废纸浆抄造,存在挺度差、环压强度低、易受潮等缺点。而若是用全木浆抄造,则成本将大幅度上升。
纸板具有层状结构,平面内杂乱排列,相互交错,并且以二维取向为主,层与层之间的连接主要靠分子间力和氢键,作用点的数量少于层内。研究发现,纸的表观密度为0.6~0.7g/cm3,大约为纤维密度的一半,即纸页容积大约有50%是纤维,50%是空隙,大量的空气存在于各层纤维之间。因此要提高纸箱的挺度及环压强度以及避免受潮等,就需要提高纸箱的强度,即加强纤维层与层之间的结合,加入各种增强剂就是利用它们与纤维之间的化学和物理结合,以达到加强纤维层与层之间和各种粒子之间的吸附。
目前国内使用的增强剂主要由淀粉、羧甲基淀粉、阴离子淀粉、阳离子淀粉、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素、植物胶以及聚丙烯酰胺聚合物等,其中淀粉及其变性产品应用较大。大多数聚丙烯酰胺采用溶胶聚合法制得,一般仅增强纸张的抗张强度,对环压强度效果不明显。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明的目的在于,提供一种纸箱增强剂,增强纸箱的环压强度、提高其挺度,并防止其受潮。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案是:
一种纸箱增强剂,包括以下重量份数原料:季胺烷基醚1~3份、聚丙烯酰胺2~3份、单体50~60份、功能性单体5~10份、定若剂5~10份、非离子乳化剂1~2份、引发剂1~2份、四硼酸钠1~2份、纯碱5~10份。
优选的,所述原料的重量份数为:季胺烷基醚1.2~2.6份、聚丙烯酰胺2.2~2.8份、单体52~58份、功能性单体6.2~8.6份、定若剂5.6~8.8份、非离子乳化剂1.3~1.8份、引发剂1.2~1.8份、四硼酸钠1.2~1.8份、纯碱6~8份。
优选的,所述单体包括以下重量份数原料:硬单体20~30份、软单体10~20份、阳离子单体5~15份。
优选的,所述硬单体为丙烯酰胺、醋酸乙烯酯中的至少一种,所述软单体为丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯中的至少一种,所述阳离子单体为丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵。
优选的,所述功能性单体为MAA甲基丙烯酸或丙烯酰胺中的至少一种。
优选的,所述非离子乳化剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙醚。
优选的,所述引发剂为无机过氧化物。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中季胺烷基醚的阳离子性较强,适用于较大pH范围内,然后辅以聚丙烯酰胺,在加入单体、功能性单体、定若剂、非离子乳化剂、引发剂、四硼酸钠及纯碱为原料制得用于纸箱上的增强剂,加强纤维层与层之间的连接力,减小纸板中存在的空隙,从而提高纸箱的挺度和环压强度,并防止纸箱受潮,即使纸箱具有一定的抗水性。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式详予说明。
实施例1:
一种纸箱增强剂,包括以下重量份数原料:季胺烷基醚1份、聚丙烯酰胺2份、单体50份、功能性单体5份、定若剂5份、非离子乳化剂1份、引发剂1份、四硼酸钠1份、纯碱5份。
在本实施例中,所述单体包括以下重量份数原料:硬单体20份、软单体10份、阳离子单体5份。
在本实施例中,所述硬单体为丙烯酰胺、醋酸乙烯酯中的至少一种,所述软单体为丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯中的至少一种,所述阳离子单体为丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵。
进一步的,所述功能性单体为MAA甲基丙烯酸或丙烯酰胺中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述非离子乳化剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙醚。
在本实施例中,所述引发剂为无机过氧化物。
实施例2:
一种纸箱增强剂,包括以下重量份数原料:季胺烷基醚2.1份、聚丙烯酰胺2.6份、单体55份、功能性单体7份、定若剂6份、非离子乳化剂1.6份、引发剂1.4份、四硼酸钠1.4份、纯碱7份。
进一步的,所述单体包括以下重量份数原料:硬单体14份、软单体16份、阳离子单体10份。
实施例3:
一种纸箱增强剂,包括以下重量份数原料:季胺烷基醚3份、聚丙烯酰胺3份、单体60份、功能性单体10份、定若剂10份、非离子乳化剂2份、引发剂2份、四硼酸钠2份、纯碱10份。
进一步的,所述单体包括以下重量份数原料:硬单体30份、软单体20份、阳离子单体15份。
本发明所述增强剂与纸板纤维富含的羟基结合形成氢键,加强各纤维层之间的连接,形成互穿网络,从而增强纸箱的挺度和环压强度,并可使纸箱具有一定的防潮性。

1.一种纸箱增强剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数原料:季胺烷基醚1~3份、聚丙烯酰胺2~3份、单体50~60份、功能性单体5~10份、定若剂5~10份、非离子乳化剂1~2份、引发剂1~2份、四硼酸钠1~2份、纯碱5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱增强剂,其特征在于:所述原料的重量份数为:季胺烷基醚1.2~2.6份、聚丙烯酰胺2.2~2.8份、单体52~58份、功能性单体6.2~8.6份、定若剂5.6~8.8份、非离子乳化剂1.3~1.8份、引发剂1.2~1.8份、四硼酸钠1.2~1.8份、纯碱6~8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种纸箱增强剂,其特征在于:所述单体包括以下重量份数原料:硬单体20~30份、软单体10~20份、阳离子单体5~15份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种纸箱增强剂,其特征在于:所述硬单体为丙烯酰胺、醋酸乙烯酯中的至少一种,所述软单体为丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯中的至少一种,所述阳离子单体为丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种纸箱增强剂,其特征在于:所述功能性单体为MAA甲基丙烯酸或丙烯酰胺中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱增强剂,其特征在于:所述非离子乳化剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙醚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸箱增强剂,其特征在于:所述引发剂为无机过氧化物。
