本发明属于纸箱加工技术领域,特别涉及一种防水抗压纸箱的制备方法。
背景技术
纸箱是应用最广泛的包装制品,按用料不同,有瓦楞纸箱、单层纸板箱等,有各种规格和型号。现有的纸箱仍存在一定的问题,比如纸箱强度脚底,不耐压,在运输过程中,由于外力会造成纸箱的碰撞,损害到纸箱内的物品,难以起到对物品很好的包装效果,且遇到雨天、雪天等潮湿天气时,纸箱经常受潮变软、甚至腐烂,起不到保护物品的作用,有时候反而影响物品的质量,给使用者带来损失。因此,需要对纸箱进行进一步的研究,以使其能够更好的适应当今社会的发展需要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种防水抗压纸箱的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选基板,在基板的一侧涂覆粘胶剂,并贴合在与基板大小、长宽相同的缓冲垫,将粘合后的基板放置通风干燥处,放置晾干;
(2)选取与缓冲垫大小相同的防水瓦楞纸板,在瓦楞纸板面向缓冲垫的一侧涂覆胶黏剂,将瓦楞纸板与缓冲垫贴合后,晾干;其中所述防水瓦楞纸板主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:竹浆40-50份、木浆35-45份、改性石膏纤维15-30份、钠基膨润土10-20份、聚乳酸8-15份、氧化淀粉5-10份、木聚糖 3-8份、防水剂3-5份、阻燃剂1-3份;
(3)在防水瓦楞纸板和基板一侧分别喷涂防水乳液,晾干即得纸箱板;其中所述防水乳液包括如下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳胶20-30份、松香10-20份、改性硅藻土10-20份、钛白粉5-10份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚3-5份、表面活性剂1-3份;
(4)将步骤(3)中纸箱板进行切割、碰线、切角、顶箱操作,即制作成纸箱。
优选的,步骤(1)所述缓冲垫为橡胶垫。
优选的,步骤(2)所述胶黏剂包括如下重量份的原料:水50-60份、糊化淀粉20-30份、改性酚醛树脂10-20份、酮醛聚乙烯醇化合物3-5份、阿拉伯胶3-5份、硼砂0.3-0.5份。
优选的,步骤(2)所述改性石膏纤维通过如下方法制备所得:将石膏纤维浸润到石墨烯浆料中,然后加入丙烯酰胺、氧化淀粉、明胶,同时加入引发剂搅拌反应,过滤干燥所得。

(1)按重量份向竹浆、木浆混合液中加入改性石膏纤维,混合均匀,将得到的纸浆液静置3-6h,去除悬浮的杂质后进行离心分离,然后将得到的纸浆洗涤至中性后进行过滤,备用得到浆液A;
(2)按比例将钠基膨润土、聚乳酸、氧化淀粉、木聚糖加水搅拌混合均匀,得到浆液B;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的浆液A和步骤(2)得到的浆液B混合,加入防水剂、阻燃剂,搅拌混合后导入挤压机挤出成型,烘干,即得防水瓦楞纸板。
优选的,步骤(3)所述防水乳液包括如下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳胶25份,松香20份,改性硅藻土15份,钛白粉8份,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚4份,表面活性剂2份。
优选的,步骤(3)所述改性硅藻土通过如下方法制备所得:将硅藻土加入到表面活性剂溶液中,超声分散,加入氨基硅烷偶联剂搅拌,烘干得改性硅藻土。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明采用浆内添加防水剂和表面喷施防水乳液两段组合技术,将浆内添加防水剂,再通过在防水瓦楞纸板和基板一侧分别喷涂防水乳液,制成纸箱,复合防水体系能产生协效防水作用,保证了纸箱的防水性能。
(2)本发明防水瓦楞纸板配料中添加石墨烯改性的石膏纤维,借助凝胶包覆层的高韧性和石墨烯的增强作用,能够增加石膏纤维与纸浆的亲合力,增加改性石膏纤维与纸张的附着力,显著提升纸张的强度和韧性,使后续制备的纸箱具有优良的抗压强度,有效的保护纸箱内的物品。
(3)本发明防水瓦楞纸板中添加防水剂、阻燃剂,使纸盆的防潮防水性和阻燃性均得到较大的提高,防潮防水性的提高还进一步增强了阻燃效果。
(4)本发明采用的胶黏剂具有防水、耐水功能,不会因为纸箱沾水或受潮纸箱粘合处就软化失去作用。
(5)本发明工艺简单、生产成本低,操作方便,制备的纸箱防水、阻燃、抗压性能好,具有极其高的防摔性,具有较广阔的市场前景。

其中胶黏剂包括如下重量份的原料:水50份、糊化淀粉20份、改性酚醛树脂10份、酮醛聚乙烯醇化合物3份、阿拉伯胶3、硼砂0.3份;
其中防水瓦楞纸板主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:竹浆40份、木浆35份、改性石膏纤维15份、钠基膨润土10份、聚乳酸8份、氧化淀粉5份、木聚糖 3份、防水剂3份、阻燃剂1份;其中防水剂为硅酸钠、硅酸镁铝、羟乙基纤维素、聚乙基羟基硅氧烷按3:2:1:1的重量配比混合搅拌均匀后制得;其中阻燃剂为改性滑石粉、硅酸钠、纳米氧化钛按1:1:1的重量配比混合搅拌均匀后制得;
(3)在防水瓦楞纸板和基板一侧分别喷涂防水乳液,晾干即得纸箱板;其中所述防水乳液包括如下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳胶20份、松香10份、改性硅藻土10份、钛白粉5份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚3份、表面活性剂1份;
(4)将步骤(3)中纸箱板进行切割、碰线、切角、顶箱操作,即制作成纸箱。
实施例2
一种防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选基板,在基板的一侧涂覆粘胶剂,并贴合在与基板大小、长宽相同的缓冲垫,将粘合后的基板放置通风干燥处,放置晾干;
(2)选取与缓冲垫大小相同的防水瓦楞纸板,在瓦楞纸板面向缓冲垫的一侧涂覆胶黏剂,将瓦楞纸板与缓冲垫贴合后,晾干;
其中胶黏剂包括如下重量份的原料:水55份、糊化淀粉25份、改性酚醛树脂15份、酮醛聚乙烯醇化合物4份、阿拉伯胶4、硼砂0.4份;
其中防水瓦楞纸板主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:竹浆45份、木浆40份、改性石膏纤维20份、钠基膨润土15份、聚乳酸12份、氧化淀粉8份、木聚糖 6份、防水剂4份、阻燃剂2份;其中防水剂为硅酸钠、硅酸镁铝、羟乙基纤维素、聚乙基羟基硅氧烷按4:3:2:1的重量配比混合搅拌均匀后制得;其中阻燃剂为改性滑石粉、硅酸钠、纳米氧化钛按1:2:2的重量配比混合搅拌均匀后制得;
(3)在防水瓦楞纸板和基板一侧分别喷涂防水乳液,晾干即得纸箱板;其中所述防水乳液包括如下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳胶25份,松香20份,改性硅藻土15份,钛白粉8份,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚4份,表面活性剂2份;
(4)将步骤(3)中纸箱板进行切割、碰线、切角、顶箱操作,即制作成纸箱。
实施例3
一种防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选基板,在基板的一侧涂覆粘胶剂,并贴合在与基板大小、长宽相同的缓冲垫,将粘合后的基板放置通风干燥处,放置晾干;
(2)选取与缓冲垫大小相同的防水瓦楞纸板,在瓦楞纸板面向缓冲垫的一侧涂覆胶黏剂,将瓦楞纸板与缓冲垫贴合后,晾干;
其中胶黏剂包括如下重量份的原料:水60份、糊化淀粉30份、改性酚醛树脂20份、酮醛聚乙烯醇化合物5份、阿拉伯胶5份、硼砂0.5份;
其中防水瓦楞纸板主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:竹浆50份、木浆45份、改性石膏纤维30份、钠基膨润土20份、聚乳酸15份、氧化淀粉10份、木聚糖 8份、防水剂5份、阻燃剂3份;其中防水剂为硅酸钠、硅酸镁铝、羟乙基纤维素、聚乙基羟基硅氧烷按5:3:2:1的重量配比混合搅拌均匀后制得;其中阻燃剂为改性滑石粉、硅酸钠、纳米氧化钛按1:2:3的重量配比混合搅拌均匀后制得;
(3)在防水瓦楞纸板和基板一侧分别喷涂防水乳液,晾干即得纸箱板;其中所述防水乳液包括如下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳胶30份、松香15份、改性硅藻土20份、钛白粉10份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚5份、表面活性剂3份;
(4)将步骤(3)中纸箱板进行切割、碰线、切角、顶箱操作,即制作成纸箱。
对比例1
将除步骤(2)中的胶黏剂换成市售胶黏剂,其余与实施例2相同。
对比例2
去除步骤(2)中的改性石膏纤维、防水剂、阻燃剂删除,其余与实施例2相同。
对比例3
去除步骤(3)中的防水乳液,其余与实施例2相同。
试验例:
分别对本发明各实施例和对比例的纸箱性能进行测试,其中水渗透试验为均将各实施例和对比例的纸箱置入湿度为80%的潮湿空气中3小时,得到结果如表1所示:

采用本发明制备的防水抗压纸箱防水性良好、持久,抗压强度好,其标准都高出行业质量标准要求,具有较广阔的市场前景。

Claims (9)

1.一种防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)选基板,在基板的一侧涂覆粘胶剂,并贴合在与基板大小、长宽相同的缓冲垫,将粘合后的基板放置通风干燥处,放置晾干;
(2)选取与缓冲垫大小相同的防水瓦楞纸板,在瓦楞纸板面向缓冲垫的一侧涂覆胶黏剂,将瓦楞纸板与缓冲垫贴合后,晾干;其中所述防水瓦楞纸板主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:竹浆40-50份、木浆35-45份、改性石膏纤维15-30份、钠基膨润土10-20份、聚乳酸8-15份、氧化淀粉5-10份、木聚糖 3-8份、防水剂3-5份、阻燃剂1-3份;
(3)在防水瓦楞纸板和基板一侧分别喷涂防水乳液,晾干即得纸箱板;其中所述防水乳液包括如下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳胶20-30份、松香10-20份、改性硅藻土10-20份、钛白粉5-10份、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚3-5份、表面活性剂1-3份;
(4)将步骤(3)中纸箱板进行切割、碰线、切角、顶箱操作,即制作成纸箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述缓冲垫为橡胶垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述胶黏剂包括如下重量份的原料:水50-60份、糊化淀粉20-30份、改性酚醛树脂10-20份、酮醛聚乙烯醇化合物3-5份、阿拉伯胶3-5份、硼砂0.3-0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述改性石膏纤维通过如下方法制备所得:将石膏纤维浸润到石墨烯浆料中,然后加入丙烯酰胺、氧化淀粉、明胶,同时加入引发剂搅拌反应,过滤干燥所得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述防水剂为硅酸钠、硅酸镁铝、羟乙基纤维素、聚乙基羟基硅氧烷按3-5:2-3:1-2:1的重量配比混合搅拌均匀后制得。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述阻燃剂为改性滑石粉、硅酸钠、纳米氧化钛按1:1-2:1-3的重量配比混合搅拌均匀后制得。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述防水瓦楞纸板通过如下方法制备所得:
(1)按重量份向竹浆、木浆混合液中加入改性石膏纤维,混合均匀,将得到的纸浆液静置3-6h,去除悬浮的杂质后进行离心分离,然后将得到的纸浆洗涤至中性后进行过滤,备用得到浆液A;
(2)按比例将钠基膨润土、聚乳酸、氧化淀粉、木聚糖加水搅拌混合均匀,得到浆液B;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的浆液A和步骤(2)得到的浆液B混合,加入防水剂、阻燃剂,搅拌混合后导入挤压机挤出成型,烘干,即得防水瓦楞纸板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述防水乳液包括如下重量份的原料:丙烯酸乳胶25份,松香20份,改性硅藻土15份,钛白粉8份,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚4份,表面活性剂2份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防水抗压纸箱的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述改性硅藻土通过如下方法制备所得:将硅藻土加入到表面活性剂溶液中,超声分散,加入氨基硅烷偶联剂搅拌,烘干得改性硅藻土。
