Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,包括以下步骤,步骤一:称取竹浆、木浆、淀粉混合糊液、改性石膏纤维、改性硅藻土、木聚糖、硬脂酸钙、改性椰壳纤维和添加剂搅拌混合均匀,然后倒入抄纸机中,在抄纸机中进行抄造,抄造所得纸页进行烘干处理;步骤二:将步骤一中得到的纸页利用热压工艺处理得到瓦楞纸箱粗坯,在瓦楞纸箱粗坯外侧涂覆有耐磨涂料,涂覆完成后放入烘干箱中烘干;步骤三:将步骤二中烘干后的瓦楞纸板进行切割、碰线、切角、顶箱操作即可得到轻量化瓦楞纸箱。本发明工艺简单、生产成本低,操作方便,制备的纸箱力学性能较好,而且本发明生产的瓦楞纸箱克重低、强量化,能够有效降低木材资源的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸箱技术领域,具体为一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺。
背景技术
纸箱是应用最广泛的包装制品,按用料不同,有瓦楞纸箱和单层纸板箱。纸箱存在于人们中的各个包装范围内,其几乎替代了木箱、布袋等其它各种包装形式,是人们包装各个物品的不二选择。瓦楞纸箱又称波纹纸板。由至少一层瓦楞纸和一层箱板纸(也叫箱纸板)粘合而成,具有较好的弹性和延伸性。主要用于制造纸箱、纸箱的夹心以及易碎商品的其他包装材料。用土法草浆和废纸经打浆,制成类似黄纸板的原纸板,再机械加工使轧成瓦楞状,然后在其表面用硅酸钠等胶粘剂与箱板纸粘合而成。瓦楞纸板的瓦楞波纹好像一个个连接的拱形门,相互并列成一排,相互支撑,形成三角结构体,具有较好的机械强度,从平面上也能承受一定的压力,并富于弹性,缓冲作用好;它可根据需要制成各种形状大小的衬垫或容器,比塑料缓冲材料要简便、快捷;受温度影响小,遮光性好,受光照不变质,一般受湿度影响也较小,但不宜在湿度较大的环境中长期使用,这会影响其强度。
瓦楞纸板箱虽然是公认的绿色环保包装产品,但它仍需使用大量木材资源为代价的。随着经济发展,瓦楞纸板箱需求越来越大,瓦楞纸箱包装朝“低克重、高强度、轻量化”方向发展已是一大趋势。瓦楞纸箱包装实现“低克重、高强度、轻量化”具有巨大的经济和社会效益。但是现有的低克重轻量化瓦楞纸箱在使用过程中强度较低,运输过程中容易损坏,导致内部包装物品的损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取竹浆、木浆、淀粉混合糊液、改性石膏纤维、改性硅藻土、木聚糖、硬脂酸钙、改性椰壳纤维和添加剂搅拌混合均匀,然后倒入抄纸机中,在抄纸机中进行抄造,抄造所得纸页进行烘干处理;
步骤二:将步骤一中得到的纸页利用热压工艺处理得到瓦楞纸箱粗坯,在瓦楞纸箱粗坯外侧涂覆有耐磨涂料,涂覆完成后放入烘干箱中烘干;
步骤三:将步骤二中烘干后的瓦楞纸板进行切割、碰线、切角、顶箱操作即可得到轻量化瓦楞纸箱。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述步骤一中淀粉混合糊液的制备方法为:向称取的淀粉中加入聚乙烯基胺和去离子水,搅拌混合成淀粉悬浮液,然后加入氢氧化钠,在85-95℃下糊化10-15min得到淀粉混合糊液;
所述聚乙烯基胺的添加量为淀粉质量的2-5%,所述淀粉悬浮液的浓度为2-4%,所述氢氧化钠的添加量为淀粉质量的0.5-1.5%。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述步骤一中改性石膏纤维的制备方法为:将称取的石膏纤维浸泡于混合浆料中,向混合浆料中加入表面活性剂,然后在80-100℃下搅拌反应4-7h,反应完成后冷却加入丙烯酰胺、氧化淀粉、明胶和异丙醇溶液搅拌反应,然后过滤干燥得到改性石膏纤维。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述混合浆料中包括有石墨烯和二氧化硅颗粒,所述石墨烯和二氧化硅颗粒的质量比为1:(1.2-1.5),所述表面活性剂为聚乙二醇。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述步骤一中改性椰壳纤维的制备方法为:将称取的椰壳纤维超声分散于乙醇溶液中,在60-80℃下加入硅烷偶联剂和纳米氧化镁,搅拌反应40-60min后过滤干燥,向干燥后的椰壳纤维中加入聚乳酸和环氧包覆型聚磷酸铵,在密炼机中熔融共混得到改性椰壳纤维。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述硅烷偶联剂和纳米氧化镁的加入量为椰壳纤维重量的2-5%和5-8%,所述聚乳酸和环氧包覆型聚磷酸铵的加入量为椰壳纤维重量的10-14%和6-10%,所述密炼机中熔融共混温度为200-240℃,转速为40-60r/min。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述步骤一中添加剂包括有阻燃剂和防腐剂,所述阻燃剂为改性滑石粉、硅酸钠和纳米氧化钛的混合物,所述改性滑石粉、硅酸钠和纳米氧化钛的重量百分比为1:(0.8-1.2):(0.6-1),所述防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠和山梨酸中的一种或多种。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述步骤一中称取的各原料的份量为竹浆60-80份、木浆40-50份、淀粉混合糊液30-50份、改性石膏纤维10-15份、改性硅藻土5-10份、木聚糖5-10份、硬脂酸钙3-5份、改性椰壳纤维5-10份和添加剂3-6份。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述步骤二中热压工艺的热压温度为80-85℃,热压时间2-3min,所述步骤二中烘干箱中烘干温度为50-60℃。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述步骤二得到的瓦楞纸板的克重<100克/平方米。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:
1、本发明原料配方所制备出的轻量化瓦楞纸箱,采用竹浆和木浆作为主要原料,竹浆和木浆材料具有易获取、无污染的好处,在竹浆和木浆中添加有淀粉混合糊液、改性石膏纤维和改性椰壳纤维,淀粉通过聚乙烯基胺改性,竹浆和木浆含有较多的灰分和微细纤维,淀粉混合糊液能显著提高浆液的助留和助滤效果,从而提高瓦楞纸箱的抗拉和抗张强度;改性石膏纤维中负载有石墨烯和二氧化硅,使得石膏纤维具有良好的颗粒分散性,借助凝胶包覆层的高韧性和石墨烯、二氧化硅的增强作用,能够增加石膏纤维与纸浆的亲合力,从而提高瓦楞纸箱的力学性能;椰壳纤维利用硅烷偶联剂和纳米氧化镁处理后与聚乳酸和环氧包覆型聚磷酸铵共混改性,既能改提高椰壳纤维的抗压能力,又能够提高椰壳纤维的阻燃效果;
2、本发明工艺简单、生产成本低,操作方便,制备的纸箱力学性能较好,而且本发明生产的瓦楞纸箱克重低、强量化,能够有效降低木材资源的使用。

实施例1:
本发明提供一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取竹浆、木浆、淀粉混合糊液、改性石膏纤维、改性硅藻土、木聚糖、硬脂酸钙、改性椰壳纤维和添加剂搅拌混合均匀,然后倒入抄纸机中,在抄纸机中进行抄造,抄造所得纸页进行烘干处理;
步骤二:将步骤一中得到的纸页利用热压工艺处理得到瓦楞纸箱粗坯,在瓦楞纸箱粗坯外侧涂覆有耐磨涂料,涂覆完成后放入烘干箱中烘干,具体的耐磨涂料采用上海克瑞森环保科技有限公司生产的纸箱专用碳纳米管和高分子聚合物HZ系列耐磨涂料;
步骤三:将步骤二中烘干后的瓦楞纸板进行切割、碰线、切角、顶箱操作即可得到轻量化瓦楞纸箱。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述步骤一中淀粉混合糊液的制备方法为:向称取的淀粉中加入聚乙烯基胺和去离子水,搅拌混合成淀粉悬浮液,然后加入氢氧化钠,在90℃下糊化13min得到淀粉混合糊液;
所述聚乙烯基胺的添加量为淀粉质量的3%,所述淀粉悬浮液的浓度为3%,所述氢氧化钠的添加量为淀粉质量的1%。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述步骤一中改性石膏纤维的制备方法为:将称取的石膏纤维浸泡于混合浆料中,向混合浆料中加入表面活性剂,然后在90℃下搅拌反应5h,反应完成后冷却加入丙烯酰胺、氧化淀粉、明胶和异丙醇溶液搅拌反应,然后过滤干燥得到改性石膏纤维。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述混合浆料中包括有石墨烯和二氧化硅颗粒,所述石墨烯和二氧化硅颗粒的质量比为1:1.3,所述表面活性剂为聚乙二醇。

实施例3:
与实施例1不同的是,本发明提供一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,步骤一中各原料的份量为竹浆70份、木浆45份、淀粉混合糊液40份、改性石膏纤维12份、改性硅藻土8份、木聚糖8份、硬脂酸钙4份、改性椰壳纤维7份和添加剂5份。
实施例4:
本发明提供一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取竹浆、木浆、改性石膏纤维、改性硅藻土、木聚糖、硬脂酸钙、改性椰壳纤维和添加剂搅拌混合均匀,然后倒入抄纸机中,在抄纸机中进行抄造,抄造所得纸页进行烘干处理;
步骤二:将步骤一中得到的纸页利用热压工艺处理得到瓦楞纸箱粗坯,在瓦楞纸箱粗坯外侧涂覆有耐磨涂料,涂覆完成后放入烘干箱中烘干;
步骤三:将步骤二中烘干后的瓦楞纸板进行切割、碰线、切角、顶箱操作即可得到轻量化瓦楞纸箱。

选取上述实施例1-5生产的瓦楞纸箱分别作为实验组1、实验组2、实验组3、实验组4和实验组5,将对比例生产的瓦楞纸箱作为对照组,分别对选取的瓦楞纸箱进边压强度、平压强度、耐破度和垂直冲击跌落进行测试,测试结果如表1:
边压强度和平压强度测试时选取100mm*25mm的瓦楞纸板,利用边压强度测试仪进行测试;耐破度测试时选取140mm*140mm的瓦楞纸板,利用耐破强度测试仪进行测试;垂直冲击跌落测试时将瓦楞纸箱中填充相同数量的弹性球,在相同高度下垂直跌落测试弹性球有无撒漏。

由表1可以看出,本发明生产的瓦楞纸箱具有良好的力学性能,能够满足人们的使用需求,实施例4和实施例5与实施例1相比,未添加有淀粉混合糊液和改性石膏纤维,其力学性能明显降低,所以本发明采用竹浆和木浆作为主要原料,竹浆和木浆材料具有易获取、无污染的好处,在竹浆和木浆中添加有淀粉混合糊液、改性石膏纤维和改性椰壳纤维,淀粉通过聚乙烯基胺改性,竹浆和木浆含有较多的灰分和微细纤维,淀粉混合糊液能显著提高浆液的助留和助滤效果,从而提高瓦楞纸箱的抗拉和抗张强度;改性石膏纤维中负载有石墨烯和二氧化硅,使得石膏纤维具有良好的颗粒分散性,借助凝胶包覆层的高韧性和石墨烯、二氧化硅的增强作用,能够增加石膏纤维与纸浆的亲合力,从而提高瓦楞纸箱的力学性能;椰壳纤维利用硅烷偶联剂和纳米氧化镁处理后与聚乳酸和环氧包覆型聚磷酸铵共混改性,既能改提高椰壳纤维的抗压能力,又能够提高椰壳纤维的阻燃效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:称取竹浆、木浆、淀粉混合糊液、改性石膏纤维、改性硅藻土、木聚糖、硬脂酸钙、改性椰壳纤维和添加剂搅拌混合均匀,然后倒入抄纸机中,在抄纸机中进行抄造,抄造所得纸页进行烘干处理;
步骤二:将步骤一中得到的纸页利用热压工艺处理得到瓦楞纸箱粗坯,在瓦楞纸箱粗坯外侧涂覆有耐磨涂料,涂覆完成后放入烘干箱中烘干;
步骤三:将步骤二中烘干后的瓦楞纸板进行切割、碰线、切角、顶箱操作即可得到轻量化瓦楞纸箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中淀粉混合糊液的制备方法为:向称取的淀粉中加入聚乙烯基胺和去离子水,搅拌混合成淀粉悬浮液,然后加入氢氧化钠,在85-95℃下糊化10-15min得到淀粉混合糊液;
所述聚乙烯基胺的添加量为淀粉质量的2-5%,所述淀粉悬浮液的浓度为2-4%,所述氢氧化钠的添加量为淀粉质量的0.5-1.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中改性石膏纤维的制备方法为:将称取的石膏纤维浸泡于混合浆料中,向混合浆料中加入表面活性剂,然后在80-100℃下搅拌反应4-7h,反应完成后冷却加入丙烯酰胺、氧化淀粉、明胶和异丙醇溶液搅拌反应,然后过滤干燥得到改性石膏纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述混合浆料中包括有石墨烯和二氧化硅颗粒,所述石墨烯和二氧化硅颗粒的质量比为1:(1.2-1.5),所述表面活性剂为聚乙二醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中改性椰壳纤维的制备方法为:将称取的椰壳纤维超声分散于乙醇溶液中,在60-80℃下加入硅烷偶联剂和纳米氧化镁,搅拌反应40-60min后过滤干燥,向干燥后的椰壳纤维中加入聚乳酸和环氧包覆型聚磷酸铵,在密炼机中熔融共混得到改性椰壳纤维。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂和纳米氧化镁的加入量为椰壳纤维重量的2-5%和5-8%,所述聚乳酸和环氧包覆型聚磷酸铵的加入量为椰壳纤维重量的10-14%和6-10%,所述密炼机中熔融共混温度为200-240℃,转速为40-60r/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中添加剂包括有阻燃剂和防腐剂,所述阻燃剂为改性滑石粉、硅酸钠和纳米氧化钛的混合物,所述改性滑石粉、硅酸钠和纳米氧化钛的重量百分比为1:(0.8-1.2):(0.6-1),所述防腐剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠和山梨酸中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中称取的各原料的份量为竹浆60-80份、木浆40-50份、淀粉混合糊液30-50份、改性石膏纤维10-15份、改性硅藻土5-10份、木聚糖5-10份、硬脂酸钙3-5份、改性椰壳纤维5-10份和添加剂3-6份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中热压工艺的热压温度为80-85℃,热压时间2-3min,所述步骤二中烘干箱中烘干温度为50-60℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化瓦楞纸箱的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二得到的瓦楞纸板的克重<100克/平方米。
