本发明涉及复合膜技术领域,特别涉及一种用于笔记本电脑中的铜基导电复合膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着电子类产品的逐渐普及和升级换代的加速,高集成、高性能电子设备的日益增长,工作组件体积尺寸越来越小,工作的速度和效率越来越高,传统的刚性电子器件已经越来越无法满足现代电子产业的需要,而导电膜因其比较轻薄,在市场上的应用越来越广泛,但目前的导电膜一般都是在玻璃、陶瓷等硬质基材上制备的,基材本身存在质脆、弹性差,不易变形等缺点,因而制备得到的导电膜柔韧性差,不耐弯折压缩,而且大多采用导电填料或镀膜涂层等方式,制备过程比较复杂,从而大大限制了其应用,为此,我们提出一种用于笔记本电脑中的铜基导电复合膜及其制备方法。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种用于笔记本电脑中的铜基导电复合膜及其制备方法,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
一种用于笔记本电脑中的铜基导电复合膜,包括红膜部件,所述红膜部件的上端设置有泡棉部件与导电泡棉部件,所述泡棉部件的上端设置有双面胶带部件,所述双面胶带部件的上端设置有铜箔部件,所述铜箔部件的上端设置有黑色MYLAR部件,所述黑色MYLAR部件的上端设置有保护膜部件,所述保护膜部件的上端设置有隔离纸部件,所述隔离纸部件的上端设置有隔离泡棉部件。

步骤三、将双面胶带部件固定在泡棉部件的表面,之后再平铺铜箔部件;
步骤四、将黑色MLYAR部件固定在筒箔部件表面,并平铺放置保护膜部件;
步骤五、先平铺隔离纸部件,然后再平铺隔离泡棉部件,得到半成品;
步骤六、将半成品放入压机进行压合处作业,压合结束后利用修边装置进行修边处理,得到成品。
优选的,步骤六中所述压机在压合作业时的温度为90~110℃,压合时间为3~4小时。

如图1、2所示,一种用于笔记本电脑中的铜基导电复合膜,包括红膜部件1,红膜部件1的上端设置有泡棉部件2与导电泡棉部件7,泡棉部件2的上端设置有双面胶带部件3,双面胶带部件3的上端设置有铜箔部件4,铜箔部件4的上端设置有黑色MYLAR部件5,黑色MYLAR部件5的上端设置有保护膜部件6,保护膜部件6的上端设置有隔离纸部件8,隔离纸部件8的上端设置有隔离泡棉部件9。
泡棉部件2以及导电泡棉部件7与红膜部件1之间均为固定连接,双面胶带部件3与泡棉部件2之间为固定连接,铜箔部件4与双面胶带部件3之间为固定连接,黑色MYLAR部件5与铜箔部件4之间为固定连接。
保护膜部件6与黑色MYLAR部件5之间为固定连接,隔离纸部件8与保护膜部件6之间为固定连接,隔离泡棉部件9与隔离纸部件8之间为固定连接,导电泡棉部件7贯穿于双面胶带部件3、黑色MYLAR部件5、保护膜部件6、隔离纸部件8、隔离泡棉部件9。
铜箔部件4、黑色MYLAR部件5、保护膜部件6的形状、大小相同,双面胶带部件3与隔离纸部件8的形状吻合。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于笔记本电脑中的铜基导电复合膜,其特征在于:所述红膜部件(1)为红色PET单面离型膜,所述泡棉部件(2)由泡棉以及双面聚酯胶带组成,所述双面胶带部件(3)为双面聚酯胶带;所述铜箔部件(4)采用薄膜、PET双面胶带以及镀镍铜箔组成,所述黑色MYLAR部件(5)为单面胶,所述保护膜部件(6)为PET亚克力保护膜,所述导电泡棉部件(7)为导电泡棉胶带,所述隔离纸部件(8)为双面离型纸,所述隔离泡棉部件(9)为EPE白色珍珠棉。
6.一种用于笔记本电脑中的铜基导电复合膜的制备方法,应用于权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种用于笔记本电脑中的铜基导电复合膜,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤一、材料准备;
步骤二、取红膜部件(1)平铺,然后将泡棉部件(2)以及导电泡棉部件(7)固定在红膜部件(1)的表面;
步骤三、将双面胶带部件(3)固定在泡棉部件(2)的表面,之后再平铺铜箔部件(4);
步骤四、将黑色MLYAR部件(5)固定在筒箔部件(4)表面,并平铺放置保护膜部件(6);
步骤五、先平铺隔离纸部件(8),然后再平铺隔离泡棉部件(9),得到半成品;
步骤六、将半成品放入压机进行压合处作业,压合结束后利用修边装置进行修边处理,得到成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于笔记本电脑中的铜基导电复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤六中所述压机在压合作业时的温度为90~110℃,压合时间为3~4小时。
