Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a steaming food machine includes a food output bin 1, a tableware storage bin 18, a packing bag storage bin 17, a steam box, a food transfer mechanism for taking out food in the steam box through a feed opening and transferring the food to the food output bin, a packing bag transfer mechanism for transferring packing bags in the packing bag storage bin to the food output bin, and a tableware transfer mechanism for transferring tableware in the tableware storage bin to the food output bin. The steam box comprises an upper steam box 15 and a lower steam box 16. One end of the steam box in the horizontal direction is provided with a feeding hole 2. The feeding port is provided with a feeding door 3 for closing the feeding port. The upper steaming box 15 and the lower steaming box 16 have the same structure except that the structure of one end of the feed opening is different and the opening mode of the feed opening door is different. The feeding door is hinged with the steam box through a hinge 4 to realize the connection with the steam box. The hinge is understood to be at the upper end of the loading door. The other end of the steam box in the horizontal direction is provided with a feed opening 5. The food fixing manipulator comprises a supporting ring 45 which can be sleeved on a food packaging box 46, and the supporting ring is supported on an outward flanging 110 of the food packaging box to fix the food packaging box. One side of the supporting ring is provided with a packing box inlet and outlet 47 for the food packing box to enter and exit. The food holding robot further includes a carrier ring translation mechanism 48 for driving the carrier ring to move horizontally. The moving direction of the supporting ring translation mechanism driving the supporting ring to move is the same as the moving direction of the food grabbing manipulator longitudinal moving mechanism driving the food grabbing manipulator to move (specifically, the longitudinal direction). The moving direction of the supporting ring translation mechanism driving the supporting ring to move is the same as the extending direction of the opening direction line of the inlet and the outlet of the packing box. The food fixing mechanical arm is connected to the food fixing mechanical arm sliding seat through the supporting ring translation mechanism. The lower synchronous belt pulley is connected with a power output shaft of the belt pulley driving motor and is connected with the vertical sliding rod of the food fixing mechanical hand part. Synchronous belt driving motor can connect with reciprocating on the perpendicular slide bar of food fixed machinery hand portion, specifically: the synchronous wheel driving motor is provided with a driving motor part sliding groove 55 which is connected to the vertical sliding rod of the food fixing mechanical hand part in a sliding mode, and the driving motor part sliding groove is provided with two connecting through holes which are distributed in the vertical direction. The food grabbing manipulator comprises a food grabbing manipulator part sucker seat 57 and a food grabbing manipulator part sucker 58 which is connected to the food grabbing manipulator part sucker seat and has an open end facing the feeding port. The food grabbing mechanical hand sucker is hinged on the food grabbing mechanical hand sucker seat through a horizontal hinge shaft (particularly a transverse hinge shaft). The food grabbing manipulator longitudinal moving mechanism comprises a food grabbing manipulator longitudinal sliding rail 59, a food grabbing manipulator sliding seat 60 connected to the food grabbing manipulator longitudinal sliding rail in a sliding mode, a longitudinal driving mechanism driving the food grabbing manipulator sliding seat to slide on the food grabbing manipulator longitudinal sliding rail, and a food grabbing manipulator longitudinal connecting rod 61. The longitudinal drive mechanism includes a longitudinal drive member coupled to the food gripping robot hand slide mount and a power source 64 for powering the longitudinal drive member so that the longitudinal drive member drives the food gripping robot hand slide mount to move longitudinally. The food gripping robot hand longitudinal slide comprises a longitudinal strip 65 and two longitudinal suspension rails 66 attached to the lower surface of the longitudinal strip. The longitudinal transmission member is positioned between the two longitudinal suspension rails. The food grabbing mechanical hand sliding seat is provided with two hanging sliding grooves which are sleeved on the two hanging rails in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The longitudinal transmission member comprises a front synchronous pulley, a rear synchronous pulley 67 and a longitudinal synchronous belt 68, and the food grabbing mechanical hand sliding seat is connected with the longitudinal synchronous belt. The longitudinal timing belt is coupled to both the front and rear timing pulleys. The power source is a motor. The power source is connected with the front synchronous pulley or the rear synchronous pulley.
The food grabbing manipulator transverse moving mechanism comprises a transverse sliding rail 69, a transverse sliding seat 70 connected to the transverse sliding rail in a sliding mode and a transverse driving mechanism driving the transverse sliding seat to slide transversely on the transverse sliding rail. The food grabbing manipulator lifting mechanism comprises a portal frame 71 and a vertical driving mechanism 72. Two ends of the transverse slide rail can be connected to the portal frame in a sliding manner along the vertical direction. And the vertical driving mechanism is used for driving the transverse sliding rail to move on the portal frame. The food grabbing mechanical hand part longitudinal slide rail is connected to the transverse sliding seat.
The invention also includes a housing 73. The housing is provided with a food product output window 74. The food output bin comprises a food output bin part conveying belt 75 which is used for receiving articles conveyed by the conveying belt of the transfer mechanism part and has the same conveying direction as that of the conveying belt of the transfer mechanism part, and a food output bin part translation mechanism 109 which drives the food output bin part conveying belt to move to the outside of the machine shell through the food output window.
