17. the control part controls the pot to rotate to pour the food materials in the pot into the bowl on the conveying belt 72 and then restore the original position;
18. the control section controls the conveyor belt 72 to transport the bowl loaded with the ingredients to the packaging machine for capping and shipping.
Example two
When the food material box H is a rectangular box body, other structures in this embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, except that a rotating mechanism X and a pushing mechanism T are added at the intersection of the vertically arranged conveyor belts as shown in fig. 1, the rotating mechanism X is used for rotating the food material box H by 90 degrees, and the pushing mechanism T is used for pushing the food material box H from the rotating mechanism X to another conveyor belt.
EXAMPLE III
Other structures in this embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, the lid opening mechanism is operated by a mechanical arm, the lid is sucked by the vacuum chuck, the lid is separated from the box, the mechanical arm places the lid on the lid conveying belt, then the vacuum chuck is separated from the lid, and the lid is conveyed away by the lid conveying belt.
Effects and effects of the embodiments
According to the automatic food processing device of the embodiment, because the automatic food processing device comprises the food box storage part, the opening part, the automatic turnover part, the packing box separation part and the cooking part, the opening part comprises the opening unit of the separation mechanism, the separation mechanism comprises the conveyor belt and the separation head, when the food box moves towards the separation head on the conveyor belt, the separation head is abutted against the gap between the box cover of the food box and the box, the cover is separated from the box under the action of the separation head and enters the upper part of the separation mechanism,
the automatic food processing device can automatically separate the box cover from the box of the food material box, saves labor cost and improves work efficiency.

a food box storage part, an opening cover part, an automatic turnover part, a packaging box separation part and a cooking part,
wherein, the edible material box storage portion is used for storing the edible material box that is equipped with the edible material, includes:
a case unit;
a plurality of pusher units provided at one side of the case unit, and
a first conveying unit arranged at the other side of the box body unit,
the box body unit comprises a box frame and a plurality of box body units,
the box frame is uniformly provided with a plurality of sub-boxes along the length direction, the sub-boxes are adjacently arranged, the sub-boxes are divided into an upper part and a lower part along the height direction, the two ends of the lower part of each sub-box along the thickness direction are communicated through openings,
the first conveying unit is arranged along the length direction of the box frame and comprises a first conveying belt, the first conveying belt is adjacent to the bottom of the box frame and has the same horizontal height with the bottom of the box frame,
the box body unit is arranged at the upper part of the sub-box, the lower part of the box body unit is provided with a baffle mechanism for the food material box to fall down,
the push rod unit is positioned at a port at the lower part of the sub-box,
the cap opening device includes:
a frame, two fixing plates, a cover opening unit and a second conveying unit,
the second conveying unit comprises a second conveying belt, the end of the first conveying belt is adjacent to the second conveying belt,
the frame is in a door shape and is arranged at the upper part of the second conveying belt,
two support legs of the machine frame are respectively arranged at two sides of the second conveying belt,
the two fixing plates are respectively arranged at the top of the frame, one end of each fixing plate is fixedly connected with the frame, the included angle between each fixing plate and the second conveying belt is 25-35 degrees,
the cap opening unit includes a driving shaft, a plurality of driving wheels, and a plurality of separating mechanisms,
two ends of the driving shaft are respectively arranged on the two fixing plates, the driving shaft is parallel to the second conveying belt and is vertical to the advancing direction of the second conveying belt,
a plurality of driving wheels are respectively arranged on the driving shaft at intervals,
a plurality of the separation mechanisms are arranged on the frame in parallel corresponding to the plurality of the driving wheels,
the separating mechanism comprises a bracket, a plurality of rollers, a conveyor belt and a separating head,
the bracket is in a strip shape, one end of the bracket is fixedly arranged on the beam of the gantry frame of the machine frame, the other end of the bracket is a free end,
the included angle between the bracket and the second conveying belt is 25-35 degrees, the projection of the bracket on the conveying belt is the same as the moving direction of the second conveying belt,
the rollers are respectively arranged on the bracket at intervals, the rollers are movably connected with the bracket, the rollers and the corresponding driving wheels are arranged in a straight line,
the conveyor belt is wound around the drive wheel and a plurality of rollers,
the separation head is arranged on the free end of the bracket.

the cylindrical outer surface of the tipping bucket is inwards and uniformly provided with a plurality of grooves matched with the food material boxes.
