Positioning the first open bag at the first station by a first set of positioning mechanisms 25 to obtain a first positioning bag as described in the following steps; and filling the first positioning bag with liquid with a preset volume through a first filling mechanism at the first station to obtain a first filling bag.
In one embodiment, after the bag is taken out from the bag slot 12 by the suction cups of the bag taking mechanism, the bag falls onto the first group of positioning mechanisms 25 through the first group of chute mechanisms 21, the first group of bag opening mechanisms 23 open the bag, after the bag opening is successful, the first group of filling mechanisms perform filling, and after the filling is completed, the first group of sealing mechanisms and the first group of air exhausting mechanisms 24 perform sealing and air exhausting actions. After the above actions are completed, the bags slide onto the first group of turnover mechanisms 26 through the chutes, and the turnover mechanisms 26 turn the bags at a certain angle and finally slide the bags in the first group of channels onto the conveying belt. Meanwhile, the bag taking mechanism takes out the bags from the bag groove 12 again and moves the bags onto the second group of chute mechanisms 31, the bags fall onto the second group of positioning mechanisms 35 through the second group of chute mechanisms 31, the second group of bag opening mechanisms 33 open the bags, after the bags are opened successfully, the second group of filling mechanisms fill the bags, after the filling is completed, the second group of sealing mechanisms and the second group of exhaust mechanisms 34 seal the bags, exhaust actions are performed, and the bags directly slide onto the conveying belt through the chutes of the second channel after the actions are completed.
Referring to fig. 2, a bag feeding type packaging machine provided in an embodiment of the present application is illustrated, which includes a filling machine frame, a bag taking mechanism, a first group of chute mechanisms 21, a first group of filling and sealing mechanisms, a second group of chute mechanisms 31, a second group of filling and sealing mechanisms, and a conveying device 4; the first group of chute mechanisms 21 and the second group of chute mechanisms 31 correspond to outlets of the bag taking mechanisms;
the bag taking mechanism is arranged at the top of the filling machine frame, the conveying device 4 is arranged at the bottom of the filling machine frame, the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms and the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms are arranged inside the filling machine frame, the inlet ends of the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms correspond to the first group of sliding chute mechanisms, the inlet ends of the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms correspond to the second group of sliding chute mechanisms, and the outlet ends of the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms and the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms correspond to the conveying device 4;
when the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms work, the bag taking mechanism slides the to-be-packaged bags to the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms along the first group of sliding chute mechanisms; the conveying device 4 conveys the packaging bags subjected to filling and sealing at the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms to a specified position;
when the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms work, the bag taking mechanism slides the bags to be packaged to the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms along the second group of sliding chute mechanisms; the conveying device 4 conveys the packaging bags subjected to filling and sealing at the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms to a specified position.
In the embodiment of the present application, a bag feeding type packaging machine is provided, which includes a filling machine frame, a bag taking mechanism, a first group of chute mechanisms 21, a first group of filling and sealing mechanisms, a second group of chute mechanisms 31, a second group of filling and sealing mechanisms, and a conveying device 4; the first group of chute mechanisms 21 and the second group of chute mechanisms 31 correspond to outlets of the bag taking mechanisms; the bag taking mechanism is arranged at the top of the filling machine frame, the conveying device 4 is arranged at the bottom of the filling machine frame, the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms and the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms are arranged inside the filling machine frame, the inlet ends of the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms correspond to the first group of sliding chute mechanisms, the inlet ends of the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms correspond to the second group of sliding chute mechanisms, and the outlet ends of the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms and the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms correspond to the conveying device 4; when the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms work, the bag taking mechanism slides the to-be-packaged bags to the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms along the first group of sliding chute mechanisms; the conveying device 4 conveys the packaging bags subjected to filling and sealing at the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms to a specified position; when the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms work, the bag taking mechanism slides the bags to be packaged to the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms along the second group of sliding chute mechanisms; the conveying device 4 conveys the packaging bags subjected to filling and sealing at the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms to a specified position. Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a bag feeding type packaging machine of the present application, which includes a filling frame, a bag taking mechanism, a first group of chute mechanisms 21, a first group of filling and sealing mechanisms, a second group of chute mechanisms 31, a second group of filling and sealing mechanisms, and a conveying device 4; the first group of chute mechanisms 21 and the second group of chute mechanisms 31 correspond to outlets of the bag taking mechanisms; the bag taking mechanism is arranged at the top of the filling machine frame, the conveying device 4 is arranged at the bottom of the filling machine frame, the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms and the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms are arranged inside the filling machine frame, the inlet ends of the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms correspond to the first group of sliding chute mechanisms, the inlet ends of the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms correspond to the second group of sliding chute mechanisms, and the outlet ends of the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms and the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms correspond to the conveying device 4; when the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms work, the bag taking mechanism slides the to-be-packaged bags to the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms along the first group of sliding chute mechanisms; the conveying device 4 conveys the packaging bags subjected to filling and sealing at the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms to a specified position; when the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms work, the bag taking mechanism slides the bags to be packaged to the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms along the second group of sliding chute mechanisms; the conveying device 4 conveys the packaging bags subjected to filling and sealing at the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms to a specified position.

In one embodiment of the present application, the first set of filling and sealing mechanisms includes a first set of supporting structures, a first set of positioning mechanisms 25, a first set of bag opening mechanisms 23, a first set of filling mechanisms, a first set of venting mechanisms 24, and a first set of knife sealing mechanisms 22; wherein the first set of positioning mechanisms 25, the first set of bag opening mechanisms 23, the first set of filling mechanisms, the first set of venting mechanisms 24, and the first set of knife sealing mechanisms 22 are all disposed on the first set of support structures; the first group filling mechanism is arranged above the first group positioning mechanism 25, and the first group exhaust mechanism 24 is arranged below the first group bag opening mechanism 23; the first group of bag opening mechanisms 23 comprise a first bag opening component and a second bag opening component which are horizontally arranged oppositely; the first group of knife sealing mechanisms 22 comprise a first knife sealing component and a second knife sealing component which are horizontally arranged oppositely; the first bag opening assembly and the second bag opening assembly are respectively arranged on two sides of the first group of positioning mechanisms, and the first knife sealing assembly and the second knife sealing assembly are correspondingly arranged above and in parallel with the first bag opening assembly and the second bag opening assembly.

Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the operator's computer, partly on the operator's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the operator's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. Claims (10)
1. A method for filling and packaging a liquid into an empty bag by a bag-feeding packaging machine, comprising:
filling a plurality of empty bags at a first station and a second station respectively to obtain a first sealed bag and a second sealed bag which correspond to each other; wherein the first station and the second station are in the same vertical direction and the first station is above the second station; the first station is arranged on the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms, and the second station is arranged on the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms;
adjusting the first packaging bag and the second packaging bag to a first conveying end position and a second conveying end position which correspond to each other respectively, and sliding the first packaging bag and the second packaging bag into a conveying device; the first conveying end and the second conveying end are arranged in a staggered mode;
the bag feeding type packaging machine comprises a filling rack, a first group of filling and sealing mechanisms, a second group of filling and sealing mechanisms and a conveying device; the conveying device is arranged at the bottom of the filling rack, the first group of filling sealing mechanisms and the second group of filling sealing mechanisms are arranged inside the filling rack, the first conveying end of the first group of filling sealing mechanisms corresponds to the conveying device, and the second conveying end of the second group of filling sealing mechanisms corresponds to the conveying device.
2. The bag feeding method according to claim 1, wherein the step of filling the plurality of empty bags at the first station and the second station respectively to obtain the corresponding first sealed bag and the second sealed bag comprises:
respectively placing a plurality of empty bags into the first station and the second station through a bag feeding device to obtain corresponding first empty bags and second empty bags; one bag feeding device corresponds to a first station and a second station;
filling the first empty bag at the first station to obtain the first sealed bag, and filling the second empty bag at the second station to obtain the second sealed bag;
the bag feeding device is arranged at the top of the filling machine frame.
3. The bag feeding method according to claim 2, wherein the step of respectively placing a plurality of empty bags into the first station and the second station through a bag feeding device to obtain corresponding first empty bags and second empty bags comprises:
placing a plurality of empty bags in the bag grooves according to a preset direction;
the bag taking assembly is used for respectively placing the empty bags into the first group of chute mechanisms and the second group of chute mechanisms;
the first group of sliding groove mechanisms slide the empty bags into the first station to obtain first empty bags, and the second group of sliding groove mechanisms slide the empty bags into the second station to obtain second empty bags;
the bag feeding device comprises a bag taking mechanism, a first group of sliding groove mechanisms and a second group of sliding groove mechanisms; the inlet end of the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms corresponds to the first group of sliding chute mechanisms, and the inlet end of the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms corresponds to the second group of sliding chute mechanisms; the bag taking mechanism comprises a bag taking assembly and a bag groove, and the bag taking assembly corresponds to a bag outlet of the bag groove.
4. The bag feeding method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the step of filling the first empty bag at the first station to obtain a first sealed bag and filling the second empty bag at the second station to obtain a second sealed bag comprises:
filling the first empty bag at a first station to obtain a first filled bag, and filling the second empty bag at a second station to obtain a second filled bag;
the first filling bag is exhausted through a first group of exhaust mechanisms at a first station to obtain a first exhaust bag, and the second filling bag is exhausted through a second group of exhaust mechanisms at a second station to obtain a second exhaust bag;
the first exhaust bag is packaged through a first group of knife sealing mechanisms at a first station to obtain the first packaging bag, and the second exhaust bag is packaged through a second group of knife sealing mechanisms at a second station to obtain the second packaging bag;
the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms comprise a first group of exhaust mechanisms and a first group of sealing knife mechanisms; the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms comprise a second group of exhaust mechanisms and a second group of sealing knife mechanisms.
5. The bag feeding method according to claim 4, wherein the step of filling the first empty bag at a first station to obtain a first filled bag and filling the second empty bag at a second station to obtain a second filled bag comprises:
opening the first empty bag at the first station through a first group of bag opening mechanisms to obtain a first open bag; the first open bag is positioned at a first station through a first group of positioning mechanisms, and liquid with preset volume is filled into the first open bag to obtain a first filling bag;
opening the second empty bag at the second station through a second group of bag opening mechanisms to obtain a second open bag; the second open bag is positioned at a second station through a second group of positioning mechanisms, and liquid with preset volume is filled into the second open bag to obtain a second filling bag;
the first group of filling and sealing mechanisms comprise a first group of supporting structures, a first group of positioning mechanisms, a first group of bag opening mechanisms, a first group of filling mechanisms, a first group of exhaust mechanisms and a first group of cutter sealing mechanisms; wherein the first group of positioning mechanisms, the first group of bag opening mechanisms, the first group of filling mechanisms, the first group of exhaust mechanisms and the first group of knife sealing mechanisms are all arranged on the first group of supporting structures;
the second group of filling and sealing mechanisms comprise a second group of supporting structures, a second group of positioning mechanisms, a second group of bag opening mechanisms, a second group of filling mechanisms, a second group of exhaust mechanisms and a second group of cutter sealing mechanisms; the second group of positioning mechanisms, the second group of bag opening mechanisms, the second group of filling mechanisms, the second group of exhaust mechanisms and the second group of cutter sealing mechanisms are all arranged on the second group of supporting structures.
6. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said step of adjusting said first and second pouches to respective first and second delivery end positions and sliding them into a transfer device comprises:
the first packaging bag is turned over by a preset angle through the turning mechanism, so that the direction of the first packaging bag is the same as that of the second packaging bag, and then the first packaging bag slides into the conveying device;
the second packaging bag slides into the conveying device;
the turnover mechanism is arranged between the first group of positioning mechanisms and the conveying device and rotates upwards and downwards along a rotating shaft at the lower side of the turnover mechanism;
when the turnover mechanism rotates upwards to the maximum angle, a material port of the turnover mechanism corresponds to an outlet of the first group of positioning mechanisms; when the turnover mechanism rotates downwards to the maximum angle, the material opening of the turnover mechanism corresponds to the conveying device.
7. The bag feeding method according to claim 6, wherein the preset angle is 60-120 degrees.
8. The bag feeding method according to claim 5, comprising:
the first group of filling mechanisms are arranged above the first group of positioning mechanisms, and the first group of exhaust mechanisms are arranged below the first group of bag opening mechanisms;
the first group of bag opening mechanisms comprise a first bag opening component and a second bag opening component which are horizontally arranged oppositely;
the first group of knife sealing mechanisms comprise a first knife sealing component and a second knife sealing component which are horizontally arranged oppositely;
the first bag opening assembly and the second bag opening assembly are respectively arranged on two sides of the first group of positioning mechanisms, and the first knife sealing assembly and the second knife sealing assembly are correspondingly arranged above and in parallel with the first bag opening assembly and the second bag opening assembly.
9. The bag feeding method of claim 5, wherein the step of positioning the second open bag at a second station by a second set of positioning mechanisms and filling the second open bag with a predetermined volume of liquid to obtain a second filled bag comprises:
the second open bag is positioned at the second station through a second group of positioning mechanisms to obtain a second positioning bag;
and filling the second positioning bag with liquid with a preset volume at the second station through a second filling mechanism to obtain a second filling bag.
10. The bag feeding method according to claim 5, wherein the step of positioning the first open bag at a first station by a first set of positioning mechanisms and filling the first open bag with a predetermined volume of liquid to obtain a first filled bag comprises:
the first open bag is positioned at the first station through a first group of positioning mechanisms to obtain a first positioning bag;
and filling the first positioning bag with liquid with a preset volume through a first filling mechanism at the first station to obtain a first filling bag.
