根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种蜂王浆胶囊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a.混合前处理:将蜂王浆冻干粉粉碎过筛;b.配料:称取配方量的小麦胚芽油于配料罐中,加热到50-70℃,然后加入配方量蜂蜡至完全溶解,停止加热,加入配方量磷脂、大豆油和天然维生素E,继续搅拌均匀;再加入配方量的蜂王浆冻干粉,搅拌30分钟,将料液从放料口放入内容物桶中;c.化胶;d.轧丸;e.干燥。
优选地,所述的放料口加装60目滤袋。
下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
除非另有说明,以下实施例中使用的原料和试剂均为市售商品,或者可以通过已知方法制备。
实施例1
1)按照重量份数计,称取蜂王浆冻干粉10份,小麦胚芽油10 份,大豆油1份,蜂蜡1份,磷脂1份,天然维生素E1份,明胶1 份,甘油1份,纯化水1份,二氧化钛1份,维生素B2 1份。
2)混合前处理:将蜂王浆冻干粉粉碎过筛;配料:称取10份小麦胚芽油于配料罐中,加热到50℃,然后加入1份蜂蜡至完全溶解,停止加热,加入1份磷脂、1份大豆油和1份天然维生素E,继续搅拌均匀;再加入10份蜂王浆冻干粉,搅拌30分钟,将料液从放料口放入内容物桶中。
3)化胶;轧丸;干燥。
实施例2
1)按照重量份数计,称取蜂王浆冻干粉15份,小麦胚芽油15 份,MCT油1份,大豆色拉油5份,蜂蜡5份,大豆磷脂5份,油状天然维生素E 5份,明胶10份,甘油10份,纯化水10份,二氧化钛 10份,维生素B2 10份。
2)混合前处理:将蜂王浆冻干粉粉碎过筛;配料:称取15份小麦胚芽油于配料罐中,加热到60℃,然后加入5份蜂蜡至完全溶解,停止加热,加入5份大豆磷脂、MCT油1份、5份大豆色拉油和5份油状天然维生素E,继续搅拌均匀;再加入15份蜂王浆冻干粉,搅拌 30分钟,将料液从加装60目滤袋的放料口放入内容物桶中。
3)化胶;轧丸;干燥。
实施例3
1)按照重量份数计,称取蜂王浆冻干粉20份,小麦胚芽油20 份,MCT油2份,大豆色拉油10份,蜂蜡10份,大豆磷脂10份,油状天然维生素E10份,明胶20份,甘油20份,纯化水20份,二氧化钛20份,维生素B2 20份。
2)混合前处理:将蜂王浆冻干粉粉碎过筛;配料:称取20份小麦胚芽油于配料罐中,加热到70℃,然后加入10份蜂蜡至完全溶解,停止加热,加入10份大豆磷脂、MCT油2份、10份大豆色拉油和10 份油状天然维生素E,继续搅拌均匀;再加入配方量的蜂王浆冻干粉,搅拌30分钟,将料液从加装60目滤袋的放料口放入内容物桶中。
3)化胶;轧丸;干燥。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选应用实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种蜂王浆胶囊,其特征在于:按重量份数计,包括如下原辅料组分:蜂王浆冻干粉10-20份,小麦胚芽油10-20份,大豆油1-10份,蜂蜡1-10份,磷脂1-10份,天然维生素E1-10份,明胶1-20份,甘油1-20份,纯化水1-20份,二氧化钛1-20份,维生素B2 1-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂王浆胶囊,其特征在于所述磷脂为大豆磷脂,大豆油为大豆色拉油,天然维生素E为油状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂王浆胶囊,其特征在于:按重量份数计,包括MCT油1-3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂王浆胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.混合前处理:将蜂王浆冻干粉粉碎过筛;
b.配料:称取配方量的小麦胚芽油于配料罐中,加热到50-70℃,然后加入配方量蜂蜡至完全溶解,停止加热,加入配方量磷脂、大豆油和天然维生素E,继续搅拌均匀;再加入配方量的蜂王浆冻干粉,搅拌30分钟,将料液从放料口放入内容物桶中;
c.化胶;
d.轧丸;
e.干燥。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种蜂王浆胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.混合前处理:将蜂王浆冻干粉粉碎过筛;
b.配料:称取配方量的小麦胚芽油于配料罐中,加热到50-70℃,然后加入配方量蜂蜡至完全溶解,停止加热,加入配方量磷脂、MCT油、大豆油和天然维生素E,继续搅拌均匀;再加入配方量的蜂王浆冻干粉,搅拌30分钟,将料液从放料口放入内容物桶中;
c.化胶;
d.轧丸;
e.干燥。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种蜂王浆胶囊的制备方法,其特征在于所述的放料口加装60目滤袋。
