座位排列的切换单元
技术领域
本发明涉及用于任意变更设置在铁道车辆、公共汽车等交通工具内的座位的排列状态的切换单元。
背景技术
在铁道车辆、公共汽车等交通工具中,通常乘客用的座位沿着车厢的侧壁排列,车厢内的中央被用作站座用或通路用的空间。另外,作为在车厢内的座位的排列,一般使将该座位的靠背面与交通工具的行进方向大致平行地配置的所谓纵向排列和将该座位的靠背面朝向交通工具的行进方向或反行进方向配置的所谓横向排列。
前者的纵向排列由于乘客背对车厢内的侧壁就座,因此能够将站座用或通路用的空间设定得较大,适于乘客较多的情况。另一方面,由于就座的乘客在交通工具的加减速时左右摇动,因此存在对乘坐舒适性的满意度降低的倾向。另一方面,在后者的横向排列中,由于座位的靠背面朝向交通工具的行进方向,因此与纵向排列相比,处于对乘坐舒适性的满意度变高的倾向。但是,在横向排列中,由于座位从车厢的侧壁向中央较大地突出,因此无法较大地设定站座用或通路用的空间,不适合乘客较多的情况。
作为补充这两种座位排列的优点及缺点的装置,在专利文献1中公开了能够相互变更纵向排列和横向排列的交通工具用座位的排列切换装置。该切换装置具备:固定架台,其设置于车辆的地面;滑动架台,其相对于该固定架台向车辆的宽度方向滑动自如地设置;以及座位,其经由旋转主轴相对于所述滑动架台可旋转地安装。所述座位通过使所述滑动架台移动,能够与所述旋转轴一起朝向车辆的宽度方向、即车辆中央的通路用空间移动,由此能够防止所述座位与车厢内的侧壁的干渉,并且能够使该座位根据所述纵向排列或横向排列旋转90度。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
但是,在专利文献1所公开的交通工具用座位的排列切换装置中,由于支承座位的旋转的旋转轴仅向车辆的宽度方向移动自如,不能向车辆的行进方向移动,因此不能将所述座位的固定位置向该行进方向变更。因此,如果将所述横向排列时的座位的间隔设定得较大,则在纵向排列时,在相互相邻的座位之间产生间隙,存在相对于车辆的长度不能确保充分数量的座位的课题。另一方面,如果以纵向排列时相邻的座位之间不产生间隙的方式选定所述旋转轴的排列间距,则存在横向排列时前后的座位的间隔变窄,就座的乘客的脚下空间变得拘束这样的课题。
用于解决课题的方案
本发明是鉴于这样的课题而完成的,其目的在于提供能够将座位的排列自如地切换成纵向排列或横向排列,并且在纵向排列时能够自如地调整座位相对于车辆的行进方向的排列间隔的座位排列的切换单元。
即,本发明是一种用于在车辆的车厢内变更座位的排列方向的切换单元,具备:支承架台,其固定于车厢并支承座位;旋转支承台,其固定于所述支承架台,并且成为所述座位的旋转中心;座椅搭载框架,其用于固定所述座位;线性引导件,其相对于所述座椅搭载框架而沿着所述座位的宽度方向设置,对所述座椅搭载框架相对于所述旋转支承台的移动进行引导;止转构件,其设置于所述支承架台,并卡定由所述旋转支承台引起的所述座椅搭载框架的旋转;以及座椅固定构件,其对所述座椅搭载框架相对于所述旋转支承台的移动进行卡定。
发明效果
根据本发明,由于支承所述座位的座椅搭载框架能够相对于支承架台自如地旋转,因此能够将该座位的排列自如地切换为纵向排列或横向排列。另外,由于所述座椅搭载框架能够通过线性引导件的作用向该座位的宽度方向自如地移动,因此在变更该座位的排列时,除了能够防止所述座位与车厢的侧壁的干渉之外,还能够自如地调整纵向排列时的座位的间隔、横向排列时的座位与车厢的侧壁的间隔。

以下,使用附图对本发明的座位排列的切换单元进行详细说明。
图1及图2是示出铁道车辆的车厢内的座位1的排列例的图,示出了将车辆在车厢2的宽度方向的中央切断的状态。在图1和图2中的任一排列例中,座位1均沿着车厢2的侧壁2a设置,车厢2的宽度方向的中央用于乘客的站座用空间或通路用空间。图1示出所谓横向排列,座位1的靠背面10朝向车辆的行进方向A或反行进方向。另一方面,图2示出所谓纵向排列,座位1的靠背面10与车辆的行进方向A平行地设置。
本发明的座位排列的切换单元能够将以所述横向排列配置的座位1配置变更为所述纵向排列,或者将以所述纵向排列配置的座位1配置变更为所述横向排列。
图3是示出本发明的座位排列的切换单元的一例的图,将该切换单元的构成部件作为分解图而示出。该图所示的切换单元具备:支承架台3,其固定于车厢2并支承座位1;旋转支承台4,其固定于所述支承架台3并成为所述座位1的旋转中心;座椅搭载框架5,其固定所述座位1;以及线性引导件6,其沿着所述座位1的宽度方向设置并配置在所述座椅搭载框架5与所述旋转支承台4之间。
在该实施方式中,所述支承架台3具备:大致L字形的支承构件30,其固定于所述车厢的侧壁;以及基座板31,其由所述支承构件30从下方支承(参照图3)。在所述基座板31固定有所述旋转支承台4。所述支承架台3采用从所述车厢2的侧壁2a向该车厢2的中央突出的形态,这是为了有效地利用所述座位1的下部空间。因此,所述支承架台3的形态并不限定于此,例如也可以是固定于车厢2的地板面的形态。
所述座椅搭载框架5在各座位1的宽度方向上形成为长条,以便能够并联配置多个座位1。在该实施方式中,固定于所述座椅搭载框架5的两个座位1成为一体而构成组合座位1A,能够通过所述切换单元变更这些组合座位1A的配置。需要说明的是,并联配置于所述座椅搭载框架5的所述座位1的数量是任意的,例如也可以构成三座为一体的组合座位。
图4示出固定于所述座椅搭载框架5的线性引导件6的一例。该线性引导件6由沿着长度方向形成有滚珠、滚柱等滚动体60的滚行面61的轨道导轨62和沿着该轨道导轨62的长度方向自如地进行直线运动的移动块63构成。所述移动块63经由多个滚动体60组装于所述轨道导轨62,在所述移动块63的内部设置有所述滚动体60的无限循环路。所述移动块63在组装于轨道导轨62的状态下,能够负载作用于与该轨道导轨62的长度方向正交的面内的所有载荷。
如图5所示,在该实施方式中,在所述座椅搭载框架5设置有两个线性引导件6,在所述座椅搭载框架5的下表面侧平行地固定有两条轨道导轨62。所述轨道导轨62的长度方向与所述座椅搭载框架5的长度方向、即所述组合座位1A的宽度方向一致。另一方面,在各轨道导轨62组装有两个移动块63,这些移动块63固定于所述旋转支承台4。因此,所述座椅搭载框架5能够与所述轨道导轨62一起相对于所述旋转支承台4向所述组合座位1A的宽度方向自如地移动。
另外,在所述旋转支承台4设置有座椅固定构件7,该座椅固定构件7卡定由所述线性引导件6引起的所述座椅搭载框架的移动。图6是示出所述座椅固定构件7与所述线性引导件6的位置关系的图,省略所述座椅搭载框架和所述旋转支承台进行描绘。在图6的纸面近前侧存在所述座椅搭载框架5,在纸面进深侧存在所述旋转支承台4。
所述座椅固定构件7在组装于所述轨道导轨62的两个移动块63之间固定于所述旋转支承台4。所述座椅固定构件7具备:主体部71,其具备与所述轨道导轨62的一个侧面抵接的受压面70;按压板72,其与所述轨道导轨62的另一侧面抵接;以及把手部73,其与所述主体部71螺合而使所述按压板72朝向轨道导轨62进退。若使所述把手部73旋转而使所述按压板72移动,在该按压板72与所述受压面70之间夹持所述轨道导轨62,并固定该轨道导轨62,则能够卡定所述轨道导轨62相对于所述旋转支承台4的移动。即,通过使用该座椅固定构件7,能够卡定所述座椅搭载框架5相对于所述旋转支承台4的移动,将该座椅搭载框架相对于所述支承架台固定在任意的位置。
图7示出设置在所述支承架台3与所述线性引导件6之间的旋转支承台4的一例。所述旋转支承台4具备相互旋转自如的内圈40及外圈41,这些内圈40及外圈41中的任一方固定于所述支承架台3的基座板31,另一方固定于所述线性引导件6的移动块63。在该实施方式中,将所述内圈40固定于所述基座板31,将所述外圈41固定于所述移动块63。因此,在所述外圈41设置有用于固定所述移动块63的凸缘部41a,在该凸缘部41a形成有多个固定螺栓的安装孔44。另外,在所述凸缘部41a还固定有所述座椅固定构件7的主体部,还形成有用于固定的固定螺栓的安装孔45。
在所述内圈40与外圈41之间排列有滚珠或滚柱等多个滚动体。通过这些滚动体在所述内圈40与所述外圈41之间滚动,所述外圈41能够相对于固定于所述基座板31的内圈40自如地旋转。所述滚动体可以是树脂制或金属制中的任一种,但从防止振动作用时产生晃动音的观点出发,优选使用树脂制滚动体。但是,在使用树脂制滚动体的情况下,从在过负载时防止所述内圈40与所述外圈41的分离的观点出发,优选相对于树脂制滚动体以规定的比例混合存在金属制滚动体。
如图8所示,在所述基座板31设置有卡定所述旋转支承台4的外圈41相对于该基座板的旋转的止转构件8。所述止转构件8具备贯穿所述基座板31的止动销80,该止动销80通过内置于所述止转构件8的螺旋弹簧(未图示)始终向所述外圈41施力。因此,所述止动销80的上端始终向所述基座板31上突出。另外,在所述止动销80的下端设置有操作把手81,通过将该操作把手81向下方拉拽,所述止动销80构成为埋没在所述基座板31内。需要说明的是,在图8中,附图标记43是排列在所述内圈40与所述外圈41之间的滚动体。
在与所述基座板31对置的所述外圈41的下表面侧设置有卡定槽42,突出到所述基座板31上的所述止动销80的前端构成为嵌入于所述卡定槽42。如图7所示,所述外圈41具有多个所述卡定槽42。这些卡定槽42在外圈41的旋转中心的周围以规定的角度间隔设置。在图示的例子中,所述卡定槽42以90度的间隔设置在四处,使所述外圈41相对于所述基座板31每次旋转90度,能够在四处的位置固定。需要说明的是,所述卡定槽42相对于所述外圈41的形成位置不限于四处,例如,也可以以45度的间隔设置于八处等,进行适当的设计变更。
在如上构成的本实施方式的座位排列的切换单元中,在所述支承架台3与所述座椅搭载框架5之间夹装有所述线性轴承6及所述旋转支承台4,通过所述线性轴承6的作用,能够使所述座椅搭载框架5相对于所述支承架台3向所述组合座位1A的宽度方向移动,并且能够通过所述旋转支承台4的作用使所述座椅搭载框架5相对于所述支承架台3旋转。即,使用该切换单元设置在车辆的车厢内2的组合座位1A,能够使该组合座位1A相对于所述支承架台3向宽度方向移动,进而使该组合座位1A相对于所述支承架台3旋转,能够使用这些功能在车厢2内任意地变更座位1的排列。
接着,对使用该切换单元在车厢2内将座位1的排列从纵向排列(参照图2)变更为横向排列(参照图1)的步骤进行说明。图9是示出座位1沿着车厢2内的侧壁2a(图中以单点划线显示)以纵向排列配置的例子的俯视图。座位1以两个为一体的组合座位1A的方式搭载于所述切换单元。在该纵向排列中,各座位1的靠背面10朝向车厢2的中央方向(纸面下方向)。
在从纵向排列变更为横向排列的情况下,首先解除由所述座椅固定构件7对所述轨道导轨62的把持,使所述座椅搭载框架5能够相对于所述旋转支承台4自如地移动。然后,如图10所示,使固定于座椅搭载框架5的组合座位1A向该组合座位1A的宽度方向(箭头B方向)移动。设置在所述旋转支承台4与所述座椅搭载框架5之间的线性引导件6能够负载作用在与所述轨道导轨62的移动方向正交的方向的所有载荷,因此,即使所述组合座位1A的重心从所述旋转支承台4的上方大幅度偏离,组合座位1A也不会倾斜地被所述支承架台3保持。
在所述组合座位1A向宽度方向的移动结束后,操作所述止转构件8,使所述旋转支承台4的内圈相对于所述基座板31的旋转成为可能,能够使所述座椅搭载框架5相对于所述支承架台3旋转。然后,使固定于所述座椅搭载框架5的组合座位1A在所述旋转支承台4的周围向箭头C方向旋转90度。按照之前的步骤使所述组合座位1A向该组合座位1A的宽度方向移动,结果是,所述旋转支承台4的旋转中心位于所述组合座位1A的宽度方向的端部附近,即使使该组合座位1A旋转,也能够避免座位1本身与车厢2的侧壁2a干渉。由此,座位1的靠背面10朝向车辆的行进方向或反行进方向。此时,在旋转后的座位1与车厢2的侧壁2a之间存在空间。
并且,如图12所示,当沿着箭头D方向朝向车厢2的侧壁2a按入所述组合座位1A时,完成各组合座位向横向排列的变更。此时,能够任意设定车厢2侧壁2a与座位1的间隔。在各组合座位1A的排列变更完成后,使用所述止转构件8及所述座椅固定构件7进行所述座椅搭载框架5相对于所述支承架台3的固定。
在以上的说明中,说明了将纵向排列的组合座位1A变更为横向排列的步骤,但也可以通过相反的步骤将横向排列的座位组1A变更为纵向排列。在该情况下,由于各组合座位1A能够相对于所述支承架台3向座位1的宽度方向自如地移动,因此在变更为纵向排列后,相互相邻的两个组合座位1A能够不隔开间隔地堵塞配置,能够有效地利用车厢内的空间。
如以上说明那样,如果使用本发明的座位排列的切换单元,则在铁路、公共汽车等车辆的车厢内,能够容易地变更座位1的排列,并且在排列变更后,能够使座位1向宽度方向移动而固定于任意的位置,能够提高使用座位1时的便利性。

Claims (3)

1.一种座位排列的切换单元,其是用于在车辆的车厢内变更座位(1)的排列方向的切换单元,其特征在于,
所述座位排列的切换单元具备:
支承架台(3),其固定于车厢(2)并支承座位(1);
旋转支承台(4),其固定于所述支承架台(3),并且成为所述座位(1)的旋转中心;
座椅搭载框架(5),其用于固定所述座位(1);
线性引导件(6),其相对于所述座椅搭载框架(5)沿着所述座位(1)的宽度方向设置,对所述座椅搭载框架(5)相对于所述旋转支承台(4)的移动进行引导;
止转构件(8),其设置于所述支承架台(3),并卡定由所述旋转支承台(4)引起的所述座椅搭载框架(5)的旋转;以及
座椅固定构件(7),其卡定所述座椅搭载框架(5)相对于所述旋转支承台(4)的移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座位排列的切换单元,其特征在于,
所述旋转支承台(4)具备经由多个滚动体相互旋转自如地组装的内圈及外圈,所述内圈或所述外圈中的任一方固定于所述支承架台(3),另一方固定于所述线性引导件(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的座位排列的切换单元,其特征在于,
所述线性引导件(6)具备:轨道导轨,其固定于所述座椅搭载框架(5);以及移动块,其在所述轨道导轨的长度方向上移动自如,
所述座椅固定构件(7)设置于所述旋转支承台(4),夹持所述轨道导轨而卡定该轨道导轨的移动。
