Abstract
本发明公开了一种电子装置(100),其包括第一部分(10)、第二部分(20)和柔性导热层(30)。第一部分(10)包括第一散热体(11)和主板部件(12),主板部件(12)导热地连接在第一散热体(11)的一侧,第二部分(20)包括第二散热体(21)和电池部件(22),电池部件(22)导热地连接在第二散热体(21)的一侧,柔性导热层(30)导热地连接第一散热体(11)和第二散热体(21)。由于柔性导热层(30)导热地连接第一散热体(11)和第二散热体(21),这样使得主板部件(12)的热量可经第一散热体(11)和柔性导热层(30)传递至第二散热体(21)进行散热,同样的,电池部件(22)的热量也可经第二散热体(21)和柔性导热层(30)传递至第一散热体(11)进行散热。在主板部件(12)或电池部件22的发热量较大时,由于散热面积较大,可更好地散热,进而可防止电子装置(100)的局部过热,从而提高用户体验。
