Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜,包括抗静电层、基材层和胶层,所述抗静电层和胶层分别涂覆在基材层的两侧,所述胶层是由无酸亚克力胶黏剂涂布在基材层上烘干得到的,所述无酸亚克力胶黏剂包括以下重量份组分:无酸亚克力树脂,甲苯二异氰酸酯,助剂,表面活性剂,乙酸乙酯,所述无酸亚克力胶黏剂是固含量为20%的胶水。本发明通过在基材层PET表面做防静电处理,有效的解决叠层吸附的问题,同时配制无酸的亚克力胶水,避免与铝塑膜表面的CPP层反应,可以实现粘性稳定、剥离后无残胶,另外在制备无酸的亚克力胶水时,选用合适的亚克力树脂,配合甲苯二异氰酸酯可降低胶水的交联程度,具有高浸润性的特点。

Description

一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于亚克力保护膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
铝塑膜广泛应用于电池软包,涉及EV、手机电池等领域。铝塑膜制程会用到承载制程的亚克力保护膜,制程的条件是80℃左右烘烤20小时,再经过4小时4Mpa 90℃热压,快速撕开保护膜铝塑膜易剥离,无残胶。现阶段的保护膜大多为OPP结构的单层亚克力保护膜,存在以下缺陷:OPP材料表面比较光滑,有一定的极性,易于叠层吸附;铝塑膜表面会有CPP层的芥酸酰胺析出,易于与丙烯酸反应造成粘性爬升,残胶的问题;一般的,亚克力保护膜,交联度较高,胶水偏硬,不利于润湿铝塑膜尤其是粗糙铝塑膜界面,浸润性,为解决上述问题,本申请开发一种新的亚克力保护膜。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜及其制备方法,有效的解决叠层吸附的问题,同时可以实现粘性稳定、剥离后无残胶,具有高浸润性的特点。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜,包括抗静电层、基材层和胶层,所述抗静电层和胶层分别涂覆在基材层的两侧,所述胶层是由无酸亚克力胶黏剂涂布在基材层上烘干得到的,所述无酸亚克力胶黏剂包括以下重量份组分:

所述无酸亚克力胶黏剂是固含量为20%的胶水,所述无酸亚克力胶黏剂通过酸值来量化,一般为无酸或弱酸。
助剂包括但不限于抗静电剂、润湿剂、抗氧剂,其中抗静电剂起到撕开保护膜铝塑膜不会吸起来,防静电的作用;润湿剂,起到降低界面的表面张力,提升保护膜对粗糙界面的铝塑膜浸润性更易粘接的作用;抗氧剂,抑制保护膜剥离力爬升的作用等。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1、上述方案中,所述抗静电层是由抗静电剂涂布在基材层上烘干得到的,所述抗静电剂采用聚噻吩体系,阻抗104~1010Ω,厚度0.2~0.8μm。
2、上述方案中,所述基材层为PET材质,厚度为19~50μm。
本发明采用的另一技术方案是:一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按比例将无酸亚克力树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、助剂、表面活性剂混合,同时加入适量乙酸乙酯调节溶液的固含量为20%,得到无酸亚克力胶黏剂;
S2、在基材层一侧表面涂布抗静电剂,烘干得到抗静电层;
S3、在基材层另一面涂布无酸亚克力胶黏剂,厚度8~15μm,烘干得到胶层;
S4、通过单层收卷赶气泡工艺制得单层的亚克力保护膜,经45℃*48h熟化后得到成品。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1、上述方案中,所述步骤S2涂布抗静电剂后烘干条件为:100℃*20s。
2、上述方案中,所述S3中涂布无酸亚克力胶黏剂的基材层为PET的电晕面。
3、上述方案中,所述S3涂布无酸亚克力胶黏剂后烘干条件为:100℃*3min。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜及其制备方法,其通过在基材层PET表面做防静电处理,有效的解决叠层吸附的问题,同时配制无酸的亚克力胶水,避免与铝塑膜表面的CPP层反应,可以实现粘性稳定、剥离后无残胶,另外在制备无酸的亚克力胶水时,选用合适的亚克力树脂,配合甲苯二异氰酸酯可降低胶水的交联程度,具有高浸润性的特点。

实施例1:
一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜,包括抗静电层1、基材层2和胶层3,所述抗静电层1和胶层3分别涂覆在基材层2的两侧,所述抗静电层1是由抗静电剂涂布在基材层2上烘干得到的,所述抗静电剂采用聚噻吩体系,阻抗104~1010Ω,厚度0.5μm,所述基材层2为PET材质,厚度为36μm;
所述胶层3是由无酸亚克力胶黏剂涂布在基材层2上烘干得到的,所述无酸亚克力胶黏剂包括以下重量份组分:
无酸亚克力树脂:100份;
甲苯二异氰酸酯固化剂:1.0份;
十四酸异辛酯:2份;
氟素添加剂:0.3份;
添加乙酸乙酯溶剂混合成固含量为20%的成品胶。
一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按比例将无酸亚克力树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、助剂、表面活性剂混合,同时加入适量乙酸乙酯调节溶液的固含量为20%,得到无酸亚克力胶黏剂;
S2、在基材层2一侧表面涂布抗静电剂,烘烤100℃*20s,得到抗静电层1;
S3、在基材层2另一面涂布无酸亚克力胶黏剂,厚度10μm,烘烤100℃*3min,得到胶层3;
S4、通过单层收卷赶气泡工艺制得单层的亚克力保护膜,经45℃*48h熟化后得到成品。
实施例2:
一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜,包括抗静电层1、基材层2和胶层3,所述抗静电层1和胶层3分别涂覆在基材层2的两侧,所述抗静电层1是由抗静电剂涂布在基材层2上烘干得到的,所述抗静电剂采用聚噻吩体系,阻抗104~1010Ω,厚度0.5μm,所述基材层2为PET材质,厚度为45μm;
所述胶层3是由无酸亚克力胶黏剂涂布在基材层2上烘干得到的,所述无酸亚克力胶黏剂包括以下重量份组分:
无酸亚克力树脂:100份;
甲苯二异氰酸酯固化剂:1.2份;
十四酸异辛酯:2份;
氟素添加剂:0.3份;
添加乙酸乙酯溶剂混合成固含量为20%的成品胶。
一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按比例将无酸亚克力树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、助剂、表面活性剂混合,同时加入适量乙酸乙酯调节溶液的固含量为20%,得到无酸亚克力胶黏剂;
S2、在基材层2一侧表面涂布抗静电剂,烘烤100℃*20s,得到抗静电层1;
S3、在基材层2另一面涂布无酸亚克力胶黏剂,厚度15μm,烘烤100℃*3min,得到胶层3;
S4、通过单层收卷赶气泡工艺制得单层的亚克力保护膜,经45℃*48h熟化后得到成品。
实施例3:
一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜,包括抗静电层1、基材层2和胶层3,所述抗静电层1和胶层3分别涂覆在基材层2的两侧,所述抗静电层1是由抗静电剂涂布在基材层2上烘干得到的,所述抗静电剂采用聚噻吩体系,阻抗104~1010Ω,厚度0.6μm,所述基材层2为PET材质,厚度为25μm;
所述胶层3是由无酸亚克力胶黏剂涂布在基材层2上烘干得到的,所述无酸亚克力胶黏剂包括以下重量份组分:
无酸亚克力树脂:100份;
甲苯二异氰酸酯固化剂:1.0份;
十四酸异辛酯:2份;
有机硅流平剂:0.2份;
添加乙酸乙酯溶剂混合成固含量为20%的成品胶。
一种用于铝塑膜制程的亚克力保护膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按比例将无酸亚克力树脂、甲苯二异氰酸酯、助剂、表面活性剂混合,同时加入适量乙酸乙酯调节溶液的固含量为20%,得到无酸亚克力胶黏剂;
S2、在基材层2一侧表面涂布抗静电剂,烘烤100℃*20s,得到抗静电层1;
S3、在基材层2另一面涂布无酸亚克力胶黏剂,厚度12μm,烘烤100℃*3min,得到胶层3;
S4、通过单层收卷赶气泡工艺制得单层的亚克力保护膜,经45℃*48h熟化后得到成品。
对实施例1~3制得的亚克力保护膜进行检测,检测结果如下:
1)检测项目:
保护膜与SUS 304 20min粘性:保护膜与SUS 304贴合20min后,测粘着力;
保护膜与铝塑膜20min的粘性:保护膜与铝塑膜贴合20min后,测粘着力;
剥离力:保护膜与铝塑膜经过80℃×20H,4H×4Mpa 90℃热压,测剥离力;
污染性:保护膜与铝塑膜贴合80℃×20H,4H×4Mpa 90℃热压,观察是否有残胶。
浸润性:保护膜胶面贴合DNP哑光黑色铝塑膜,无需外力,看胶面接触的地方是否在铝塑膜界面铺展开。

本发明通过在基材层PET表面做防静电处理,有效的解决叠层吸附的问题,同时搭配无酸的亚克力胶水可以实现稳定的无残胶、高浸润性的特点。

S2、在基材层(2)一侧表面涂布抗静电剂,烘干得到抗静电层(1);
S3、在基材层(2)另一面涂布无酸亚克力胶黏剂,厚度8~15μm,烘干得到胶层(3);
S4、通过单层收卷赶气泡工艺制得单层的亚克力保护膜,经45℃*48h熟化后得到成品。
