The single-row seeding and fertilizing machine with the accurate fertilizing function as claimed in claim 7, wherein a first guard plate and a second guard plate are arranged on the left and right sides of the inner side of the lower end of the seed box, a closed cavity is defined between the first guard plate and the inner wall of the seed box, between the second guard plate and the inner wall of the seed box, and two pulleys are respectively arranged in the two cavities.
