Abstract

铁皮石斛花含有多糖、黄酮类、氨基酸、有机酸类和萜类等活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗炎镇痛、调节免疫、滋阴养颜等功效,可应用于食品领域。

随着社会发展、生活节奏的加快以及竞争压力的增加,睡眠障碍的人越来越多,据统计《2020中国睡眠指数》报告显示:中国成人失眠发生率高达38.8%,超过了3亿中国人出现睡眠障碍。持续的睡眠障碍可导致躯体和精神损害、社会经济损失等不良后果,包括心血管疾病、精神疾病的发生,免疫力低下,甚至死亡率的增加等问题,已成为严重公共卫生问题。改善睡眠功能饮品能够缓解体力疲劳,调整机体的阴阳平衡,达到改善睡眠的目的。中医认为饮食疗法要优于药物疗法,若将两者相结合,利用药食两用的材料制成食品,应用于睡眠障碍患者的食疗,是理想的途径。
发明内容
本申请的发明人基于中西医结合的原则,经过反复试验,发现铁皮石斛花配伍人参果能够显著治疗肾阴虚,从而具有促睡眠的功效。因此本发明提供一种改善肾阴虚导致的睡眠障碍的饮品及制备方法和应用,该饮品以铁皮石斛花和人参果为原料制成,可以缓解肾阴虚导致的睡眠障碍。该组饮品具有配伍简单,其中铁皮石斛花和人参果分别为新食品和食品原料,因此原料都是食品级别的,无依赖性和副作用,可长期服用,在食品保健品领域具有巨大的潜力。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种改善肾阴虚导致的睡眠障碍的饮品,其由如下组份制备而成:铁皮石斛花、人参果、抗坏血酸、亚硫酸钠和安琪酿酒酵母菌。

(1)挑选新鲜、颜色一致、无霉烂的铁皮石斛花,清洗干净,按重量百分比加入100~120%的纯净水,破碎打浆后得到铁皮石斛花汁;选择八到九成熟、无虫害、无病变的人参果,清洗、去皮之后,按重量百分比加入100~120%的纯净水,破碎打浆后得到人参果汁;将铁皮石斛花汁与人参果汁按照体积比1:2~3进行混合得到复合果汁;
(2)在复合果汁中添加白砂糖使果汁初始糖度在15~20%之间,并按重量百分比在复合果汁中加入0.6~0.8%的抗坏血酸和0.01~0.02%的亚硫酸钠,采用柠檬酸将果汁的pH值调整为3.2~3.7后巴氏灭菌;待冷却后按复合果汁质量分数接入经活化后的安琪酿酒酵母菌0.03~0.05%,在21~25 ℃的温度下进行静置发酵5~6 d,发酵前三天每天需进行排气,固液分离后的液体在15~18 ℃温度下贮存5~7 d后再次进行固液分离后对液体进行巴氏灭菌,得到改善肾阴虚导致的睡眠障碍的饮品。
进一步,优选的是,将步骤(1)的破碎打浆采用闪式提取器间歇破碎打浆5~7次,每次3~4分钟,5000转/分钟,间歇破碎打浆的饮品口感更佳。
本发明的改善肾阴虚导致的睡眠障碍的饮品可应用在饮料和保健饮品作为原料。
