Abstract
本发明公开了一种可降解气调的包装袋,该包装袋由包括以下组分和重量比组成的可降解膜制成:聚乙烯醇(PVA)10‑15份:二氧化硅0.1‑0.2份:甘油2‑3份:碳酸钙0.05‑0.2份混合制成的。保鲜时,将新鲜果蔬先放入袋中,扎紧袋口(或热封袋口),然后置于冷链温度(0‑4℃)下贮藏。该包装袋具有选择性O2/CO2透过性能及透湿性,包装果蔬时,具有自发气调和适度的维持袋内湿度的特性,能够延长果蔬的保鲜期;并且能够在露天自然条件下快速(6个月内)降解,具有环境友好的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可降解气调的农产品包装袋。
背景技术
目前的农产品包装袋的种类较多,比如,聚乙烯(PE)袋、聚丙烯(PP)袋、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)袋等。所有的这些包装袋都很难自然降解,严重污染环境。也有的可降解包装袋但却无气调功能,不适合包装农产品。因此,研发既有气调保鲜功能、又能够自然降解的包装袋是大势所趋。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,就是提供一种可以自然降解的可降解气调的农产品包装袋。
解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种可降解气调的农产品包装袋,其特征是:所述的包装袋由包括以下组分和重量比的可降解膜制成:聚乙烯醇(PVA)10-15份:二氧化硅0.1-0.2份:甘油2-3份:碳酸钙0.05-0.2份混合制成的。
优选地,所述的包装袋由包括以下组分和重量比的可降解膜制作而成:聚乙烯醇(PVA)15份:二氧化硅0.2份:甘油3份:碳酸钙0.1份混合制成的。
所述的新型可降解气调包装袋使用时,将新鲜果蔬先放入袋中,扎紧袋口;然后放置冷链温度(0-4℃)下贮藏。
有益效果:采用本发明的新型可降解气调包装袋去进行果蔬保鲜,既能使得O2/CO2透过性好也可实现透湿性好,对果蔬会起到更好的保鲜效果,同时也能够在露天自然条件下快速(6个月内)降解,具有环境友好的特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本发明的新型可降解气调包装袋实施例,采用的包装袋由可降解膜制作而成,所述的可降解膜包括以下组分和重量比的:
聚乙烯醇(PVA)15份:二氧化硅0.2份:甘油3份:碳酸钙0.1份混合制成的。
使用所述包装袋的果蔬保鲜方法实施例如下。
实施例1,步骤如下:
1)将5kg火龙果放入“长×宽=50cm×30cm”袋中,袋口扎紧;
2)将装有火龙果的保鲜袋置于4℃下贮藏。
实施例2,步骤如下:
1)将3kg菜心放入“长×宽=50cm×30cm”袋中,袋口扎紧;
2)将装有菜心的保鲜袋置于4℃下贮藏。
采用的包装袋由可降解膜制作而成,可降解膜包括以下组分和重量比的:
聚乙烯醇(PVA)12份:二氧化硅0.15份:甘油2.5份:碳酸钙0.15份混合制成的。

1.一种可降解气调的农产品包装袋,其特征是:所述包装袋由包括以下组分和重量比组成的可降解膜制成:聚乙烯醇10-15份:二氧化硅0.1-0.2份:甘油2-3份:碳酸钙0.05-0.2份混合制成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可降解气调的农产品包装袋,其特征是:所述的包装袋由包括以下组分和重量比的可降解膜制成:聚乙烯醇15份:二氧化硅0.2份:甘油3份:碳酸钙0.1份混合制成的。
