Abstract
本发明公开了一种果蔬双层膜包装袋及保鲜方法,果蔬双层膜包装袋采用内层EVOH透湿袋和外层PE保护袋组成;保鲜方法:果蔬先放入内袋中,袋口扎紧;然后把装有果蔬的内袋放入外袋,外袋口不扎紧;放置冷链温度0‑4℃下贮藏。有益效果:由于内袋是透湿袋,可以防止因果蔬呼吸产生水汽的凝结;外袋可以保护水汽的过度蒸发而失水过快,同时还有保护果蔬叶绿素的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种果蔬双层膜包装袋。本发明还涉及采用所述果蔬双层膜包装袋的果蔬保鲜方法。
背景技术
现有的果蔬保鲜膜的种类较多,比如,普通保鲜膜、微孔保鲜膜、防雾保鲜膜、可食性保鲜膜、硅窗调气保鲜膜和抗菌保鲜膜等。所有的保鲜膜都是为了更好地维持保鲜膜内微环境(如湿度等)。但是,华南地区的果蔬,其呼吸强度大,产生的呼吸水较多,湿度较大,容易造成果蔬感染病害;另一方面,如果湿度小,也容易造成果蔬失水,而造成果蔬褐变、皱缩等,影响果蔬的品质。因此,华南特色果蔬的保鲜,既要透湿,又要保湿。现有的果蔬包装袋未能实现这一目标。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题,就是提供一种果蔬双层膜包装袋。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题,就是提供一种使用所述包装袋的果蔬保鲜方法。
采用了本发明的果蔬双层膜包装袋并按照本发明的方法去进行果蔬保鲜,通过不同功能膜的组合使用,既能使得O2/CO2透过性好也可实现透湿性好,对果蔬会起到更好的保鲜效果。
解决上述第一个技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种果蔬双层膜包装袋,其特征是:双层膜的内层为EVOH(乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物)透湿袋、外层为PE(聚乙烯)保护袋。
解决上述第二个技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种使用所述包装袋的果蔬保鲜方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:使用果蔬双层膜包装袋时,果蔬先放入内袋中,扎紧袋口;然后把装有果蔬的内袋放入外袋,外袋口不扎紧;放置冷链温度0-4℃下贮藏。
有益效果:由于内袋是透湿袋,可以防止因果蔬呼吸产生水汽的凝结;外袋可以保护水汽的过度蒸发而失水过快,同时还有保护果蔬叶绿素的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
本发明的果蔬双层膜包装袋实施例,双层膜的内层为EVOH透湿袋(乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物)、外层为PE保护袋(聚乙烯)。
使用所述包装袋的果蔬保鲜方法实施例如下。
实施例1,步骤如下:
1)将5kg火龙果放入“长×宽=50cm×30cm”内袋中,袋口扎紧;
2)将装有火龙果的内袋,置于“长×宽=55cm×35cm”外袋中,外袋口松松扎一下(不必扎紧);最后置于0℃下贮藏。
实施例2,步骤如下:
1)将3kg菜心放入“长×宽=50cm×30cm”内袋中,袋口扎紧。
2)将装有菜心的内袋,置于“长×宽=55cm×35cm”外袋中,外袋口松松扎一下。最后置于1℃下贮藏。
实施例3,步骤如下:
1)将5kg火龙果放入“长×宽=50cm×30cm”内袋中,袋口扎紧;
2)将装有火龙果的内袋,置于“长×宽=55cm×35cm”外袋中,外袋口松松扎一下(不必扎紧);最后置于2℃下贮藏。
实施例4,步骤如下:
1)将3kg菜心放入“长×宽=50cm×30cm”内袋中,袋口扎紧。
2)将装有菜心的内袋,置于“长×宽=55cm×35cm”外袋中,外袋口松松扎一下。最后置于3℃下贮藏。
实施例5,步骤如下:
1)将5kg火龙果放入“长×宽=50cm×30cm”内袋中,袋口扎紧;
2)将装有火龙果的内袋,置于“长×宽=55cm×35cm”外袋中,外袋口松松扎一下(不必扎紧);最后置于4℃下贮藏。
实施例6,步骤如下:
1)将3kg菜心放入“长×宽=50cm×30cm”内袋中,袋口扎紧。
2)将装有菜心的内袋,置于“长×宽=55cm×35cm”外袋中,外袋口松松扎一下。最后置于4℃下贮藏。

1.一种果蔬双层膜包装袋,其特征是:双层膜的内层为EVOH透湿袋、外层为PE保护袋。
2.一种使用如权利要求1所述包装袋的果蔬保鲜方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:使用果蔬双层膜包装袋时,果蔬先放入内袋中,袋口扎紧;然后把装有果蔬的内袋放入外袋,外袋口不扎口;放置冷链温度0-4℃下贮藏。
