本发明公开了一种葡萄绿色保鲜方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,(1)将葡萄由树上摘下并洗净;(2)将保鲜袋的开口向上放置并且底部设置两层吸水纸;(3)在保鲜袋内吸水纸上放置葡萄;(4)葡萄的最上方依次放上一层吸水纸以及一层保鲜纸,所述保鲜纸的一面为疏水材料,并且该面向上设置,所述保鲜纸的另一面向下设置并且具有保鲜剂;(5)将保鲜袋的开口封住。本发明的优点在于该方法既能够防止葡萄表面结露、漂白,也可以使保鲜袋内维持在一定的湿度以及保鲜剂的浓度,以使葡萄的水分不易流失,保持新鲜,免去了预冷步骤,防止葡萄贮藏过程中因为步骤过于繁杂而造成葡萄的损耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及农产品保鲜技术领域,具体涉及一种葡萄绿色保鲜方法。
背景技术
葡萄是消费者喜闻乐见的大宗果品,我国传统主栽区集中于北方地区,自80年代开始,随着大棚种植等设施栽培技术的长足进步,我国南方特别是长三角地区葡萄产业异军突起,成为面积增长最快、效益最高的水果产业,2014年,仅浙江省葡萄栽培面积即达41万亩,其中设施葡萄普及率达65%。葡萄采收期集中,含水量大,采后极易出现腐败、脱粒、干梗、褐变等问题,极大降低葡萄的商品价值。目前国内外,主要采用SO2保鲜剂或熏蒸对葡萄进行防腐和果梗护绿保鲜,然而SO2保鲜剂释放的速度不稳定、持续时间不易确定。浓度难控制,且在后期容易出现漂白现象,对葡萄果实产生危害。并且,SO2残留对葡萄食用品质的安全性也会造成威胁。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供了一种葡萄绿色保鲜方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,
(1)将葡萄由树上摘下并洗净;
(2)将保鲜袋的开口向上放置并且底部设置两层吸水纸;
(3)在保鲜袋内吸水纸上放置葡萄;
(4)葡萄的最上方依次放上一层吸水纸以及一层保鲜纸,所述保鲜纸的一面为疏水材料,并且该面向上设置,所述保鲜纸的另一面向下设置并且具有保鲜剂;
(5)将保鲜袋的开口封住。
进一步的,所述保鲜袋为两层,内袋为棉布袋、无纺布袋。
进一步的,所述保鲜袋的外层为聚乙烯材质。
本发明的优点在于该方法既能够防止葡萄表面结露、漂白,也可以使保鲜袋内维持在一定的湿度以及保鲜剂的浓度,以使葡萄的水分不易流失,保持新鲜,免去了预冷步骤,防止葡萄贮藏过程中因为步骤过于繁杂而造成葡萄的损耗,另外,也大大简化了操作步骤、降低了劳动强度,节省了人力物力。

一种葡萄绿色保鲜方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,
(1)将葡萄由树上摘下并洗净;
(2)将保鲜袋的开口向上放置并且底部设置两层吸水纸;
(3)在保鲜袋内吸水纸上放置葡萄;
(4)葡萄的最上方依次放上一层吸水纸以及一层保鲜纸,所述保鲜纸的一面为疏水材料,并且该面向上设置,所述保鲜纸的另一面向下设置并且具有保鲜剂;
(5)将保鲜袋的开口封住。
进一步的,所述保鲜袋为两层,内袋为棉布袋、无纺布袋。
进一步的,所述保鲜袋的外层为聚乙烯材质。
本发明具有以下优点:
