Abstract
本发明公开了一种用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯及其制备方法与应用,所述用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯的制备方法为:在反应釜中加入多元羧酸、一元羧酸及多元醇并加热,然后加入催化剂,同时启动真空泵,保持真空度为‑0.3大气压,进行酯化反应;反应2‑3.5小时后取样分析酸值,酸值合格后降低温度至90‑100℃喷粉,或放盘冷却后再破碎粉碎。本发明的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯只需加入2至3份,就能明显提高PVC的抗冲击性能,而刚性得到较好保留;本发明的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯还具有较好的润滑剂性能,可以减少混配料中的润滑剂用量。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC塑料添加剂技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
现有的PVC增韧剂主要有氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、丙烯酸酯抗冲改性剂(AIM)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯/丁二烯/苯乙烯三元共聚物(MBS)等。通常在100份(重量)PVC中需加入5份以上抗冲改性剂才能有效改善PVC的抗冲击性能,但同时却降低了PVC的刚性和使用温度。
本发明的增韧剂只需加入2至3份,就能明显提高PVC的抗冲击性能,而刚性得到较好保留。本增韧剂还具有较好的润滑剂性能,可以减少混配料中的润滑剂用量。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的上述技术问题,本发明提出一种用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯及其制备方法与应用,能够克服现有技术的上述不足。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1在反应釜中加入多元羧酸、一元羧酸及多元醇并加热,然后加入催化剂,同时启动真空泵,保持真空度为-0.3大气压,进行酯化反应;
S2反应2-3.5小时后取样分析酸值,酸值合格后降低温度至90-100℃喷粉,或放盘冷却后再破碎粉碎。
进一步地,所述多元醇、一元羧酸和多元羧酸的物质的量之比为1:1-5:0.2-3,所述羧酸-次同时投入或分步投入。
进一步地,所述羧酸是带有羟基、胺基等官能团的羧酸。
进一步地,所述羧酸是脂环酸、芳香酸、饱和脂肪酸和/或不饱和脂肪酸。
进一步地,所述多元羧酸为乙二酸、丁二酸、己二酸、马来酸酐、酒石酸、柠檬酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸及谷氨酸中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述-元羧酸为C2至C32,优选C4至C18的脂肪酸。
进一步地,所述-元羧酸为乙酸、丙酸、乳酸、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丁酸、巴豆酸、氨基巴豆酸、戊酸、己酸、庚酸、壬酸、癸酸、月桂酸、油酸、环氧油酸、氨基十-烷酸、氨基十二烷酸、软脂酸、硬酯酸、十二羟基硬脂酸、脂环酸及芳香酸中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述多元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、缩乙二醇、丙三醇、丁二醇、季戊四醇、双季戊四醇、新戊二醇、癸二醇、木糖醇、甘露醇、山梨醇、乳糖醇、半乳糖醇、葡萄糖或蔗糖。
进一步地,所述催化剂为碱类催化剂或酸类催化剂,所述碱类催化剂为氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、氢氧化镁或氢氧化钙,所述酸类催化剂为醋酸、硫酸、甲磺酸、乙磺酸、苯磺酸或对甲苯磺酸。
进一步地,所述催化剂为氧化锌、氧化铝、氯化亚锡、三氯化铁、钛酸四丁酯或钛酸四异丙酯。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种由上述方法制得的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯,其由多元醇与多元羧酸、一元羧酸经过酯化反应而成,多元醇、一元羧酸、多元羧酸的物质的量之比为1:1-5:0.2-3。
本发明还提供了上述多元醇酯在PVC塑料增韧剂中的应用。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯只需加入2至3份,就能明显提高PVC的抗冲击性能,而刚性得到较好保留。本发明的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯还具有较好的润滑剂性能,可以减少混配料中的润滑剂用量。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯(增韧剂-1),其由山梨醇、硬脂酸经过酯化反应而成,山梨醇与硬脂酸摩尔比为1:3,其制备方法为:
给反应釜加热并加入一半硬脂酸,待完全熔化后,开始搅拌,继续加入另一半硬脂酸至完全熔化。待反应釜温度升到120℃后加入山梨醇继续搅拌。温度升到162-164℃时加入氢氯化钠作催化剂,同时启动真空泵,保持真空为-0.3大气压。继续升温至175-180℃,保持此温度。从加入催化剂后开始计时,反应2-2.5小时后取样分析酸值合格后,降低温度至90-100℃喷粉,或放盘冷却后再破碎粉碎。
实施例2
一种用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯(增韧剂-2),其由双季戊四醇、月桂酸、马来酸酐经过酯化反应而成,双季戊四醇、月桂酸、马来酸酐摩尔比为1:3:2,其制备方法为:
给反应釜加热并加入一半月桂酸,待完全熔化后,开启搅拌,继续加入另一半月桂酸至完全熔化。待反应釜温度升到100℃后加入双季戊四醇继续搅拌。温度升到162-164℃时加入氢氯化钠作催化剂,同时启动真空泵,保持真空为-0.3大气压。继续升温至175-180℃,保持此温度。从加入催化剂后开始计时,反应1.5-2小时后取样分析酸值合格后,降低温度至160℃左右,加入马来酸酐,保持160℃反应40-70分钟,取样分析合格后,降低温度至90-100℃喷粉,或放盘冷却后再破碎粉碎。
实施例3
一种用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯(增韧剂-3),其由丙三醇、硬脂酸、己二酸经过酯化反应而成,丙三醇、硬脂酸、己二酸的摩尔比为1:2:0.5,其制备方法为:
给反应釜加热并加入丙三醇,升温至80℃后加入一半硬脂酸,待完全熔化后,开启搅拌,继续加入另一半硬脂酸至完全熔化。待反应釜温度升到100℃后加入己二酸继续搅拌。温度升到150-152℃时加入氢氯化钠作催化剂,同时启动真空泵,保持真空为-0.3大气压左右。继续升温至195-200℃,保持此温度。从加入催化剂后开始计时,反应3-3.5小时后取样分析酸值合格后,降低温度至90-100℃后喷粉或放盘冷却后再破碎粉碎。
实施例4
将实施例1-3制备的多元醇酯增韧剂添加至PVC制备样本后进行测试:
(1)PVC树脂粉及各种添加剂在混料机中混合均匀。
(2)混合均匀的混配料在双辊塑炼机上于185±5℃混炼,待物料塑化包辊后继续混炼8min后出片。
(3)将塑炼好的片材剪成小片,于190±1℃,10MPa压力下模压成4mm厚度的板。
(4)按相关性能要求的测试方法国家标准制成测试样品,并进行性能测试。
测试结果如表1-3所示。

本发明的多元醇酯可应用在PVC,PVC-C,PVC木/塑复合物等领域。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,本发明的多元醇酯增韧剂只需加入2至3份,就能明显提高PVC的抗冲击性能,而刚性得到较好保留。本发明的多元醇酯增韧剂还具有较好的润滑剂性能,可以减少混配料中的润滑剂用量。

1.一种用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1 在反应釜中加入多元羧酸、一元羧酸及多元醇并加热,然后加入催化剂,同时启动真空泵,保持真空度为-0.3大气压,进行酯化反应;
S2 反应2-3.5小时后取样分析酸值,酸值合格后降低温度至90-100℃喷粉,或放盘冷却后再破碎粉碎。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述多元醇、一元羧酸和多元羧酸的物质的量之比为1:1-5:0.2-3,所述羧酸-次同时投入或分步投入。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述羧酸是带有羟基、胺基的羧酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述羧酸是脂环酸、芳香酸、饱和脂肪酸和/或不饱和脂肪酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述多元羧酸为乙二酸、丁二酸、己二酸、马来酸酐、酒石酸、柠檬酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸及谷氨酸中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述-元羧酸为C2至C32的脂肪酸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述-元羧酸为乙酸、丙酸、乳酸、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丁酸、巴豆酸、氨基巴豆酸、戊酸、己酸、庚酸、壬酸、癸酸、月桂酸、油酸、环氧油酸、氨基十-烷酸、氨基十二烷酸、软脂酸、硬酯酸、十二羟基硬脂酸、脂环酸及芳香酸中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述多元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、缩乙二醇、丙三醇、丁二醇、季戊四醇、双季戊四醇、新戊二醇、癸二醇、木糖醇、甘露醇、山梨醇、乳糖醇、半乳糖醇、葡萄糖或蔗糖。
9. 一种由权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法制得的用作PVC塑料增韧剂的多元醇酯,其特征在于,由多元醇与多元羧酸、一元羧酸经过酯化反应而成,多元醇、一元羧酸、多元羧酸的物质的量之比为 1:1-5:0.2-3。
10.根据权利要求9所述的多元醇酯在PVC塑料增韧剂中的应用。
