Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical industry, in particular to a facial cleanser, and more particularly relates to an EM (effective microorganism) facial cleanser and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The facial cleanser is also called as face cleaning cream, belongs to cleaning cosmetics, is used for removing dirt on the surface of facial skin, keeping the skin fresh and comfortable, and helping to keep the normal physiological function of the skin, and is usually used as the first step in a skin care link. In washing the skin, the target of cleansing with facial cleanser is dirt generated from the body, such as sebum secreted from the skin of the human face, sweat, and exfoliated stratum corneum cells, and dirt from the outside, such as dust, various microorganisms, and cosmetic residues. These residual metabolites are unstable, react with oxygen in the air, or deposited molecules, and undergo various physicochemical and biochemical reactions upon exposure to sunlight or the presence of bacteria on the skin, forming some irritant substances that may harm the skin, and thus skin cleansing is a necessary process for skin care even for healthy skin.
The facial cleanser is prepared by removing dirt on the skin surface by wetting, emulsifying or solubilizing the surfactant; in addition, to prevent excessive defatting and to lubricate the skin, emollients and moisturizers are generally added in appropriate amounts to achieve good moisturization and soft skin feel. The facial cleanser can be divided into the following main surfactant types: (1) soap-based facial cleanser; (2) amino acid type facial cleanser; (3) compound facial cleanser.
However, the conventional cleansing milk products for cleaning are mostly produced by the traditional process, and due to the use of a large amount of surfactants, the skin epidermis is easily excessively degreased, so that the skin is dry, irreversible damage to the skin can be caused more seriously, the function is single, and the requirements of users on various efficacies of skin care cannot be met.
Therefore, how to provide a green and environment-friendly facial cleanser with a clean moisturizing function is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide an EM (effective microorganisms) facial cleanser and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The surfactant can generate abundant foam so as to remove oil dirt and dirt on the face, and has the advantages of good softness, small irritation to the skin, good biodegradability and good viscosity regulation effect.
Further, the humectant is at least one of glycerin, shea butter and sodium lactate.
The moisturizing agent has the beneficial effects that the moisturizing agent can increase or maintain the moisture on the upper layer of the skin within a wide relative humidity range and a long time, and the elasticity of the skin is increased.
Further, the preservative is at least one of trehalose, caprylyl glycol and potassium sorbate.
The preservative has the beneficial effects that the preservative can ensure the chemical property stability of the system, so that the storage life of the EM bacterial facial cleanser is prolonged.
Further, the synergist is at least one of vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E.
The beneficial effects of the further technical scheme are that the synergist can regulate the metabolism of epidermis and cuticle, protect epidermis and mucosa and prevent bacteria from invading easily; preventing sunburn and avoiding excessive anti-inflammation.
Further, the essence is at least one of jasmine essence, rose essence and lavender essence.
The essence disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the EM bacterial facial cleanser emits attractive fragrance in the face washing process, is fresh and attractive, and has residual fragrance after being washed clean.
