Abstract
一种漫反射膜,其自上而下包括无纺布层以及镜面反射膜,该包括光固化胶层,将光固化胶涂布在所述的镜面反射膜上后再将无纺布层覆盖在光固化胶层上;所述无纺布层厚度为100‑140μm,无纺布层覆盖在光固化胶层上后,光固化胶渗透入无纺布8‑19μm,无纺布靠近镜面反射膜面的一半为直径12μm的纤维,远离镜面反射膜的一半为直径7μm的纤维。通过涂布光固化胶在镜面反射膜上,不仅使得镜面反射膜和无纺布层更好的粘接,而且降低光泽度,还不影响漫反射膜的总反射率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种漫反射膜。
背景技术
液晶显示器(LCD)典型地是利用液晶光学特性的平板显示器。LCD中通常使用反射膜使光转变方向朝向观察者方向,提高光的利用率。目前,在诸如智能手机、平板电脑、监视器、笔记本个人电脑(PC)和电视之类的显示设备中,LCD的尺寸在不断的增加,厚度不断的减小,大而薄的反射膜趋于翘曲或变形。反射膜的波度或翘曲可能导致强烈的亮度不均匀,尤其是在使用镜面反射器时。
CN210109367U提供了一种解决方案,在镜面反射膜上复合一层无纺布,通过该方案得到的反射膜表面光泽低,反射率可以高达99%以上。镜面反射膜上复合无纺布,目前主要存在以下问题:1.对漫反射膜的反射率影响较大;2.无纺布和镜面反射膜的复合较困难。
发明内容
为了克服现有漫反射膜的上述不足,本发明提供一种漫反射膜,通过涂布光固化胶在镜面反射膜上,不仅使得镜面反射膜和无纺布层更好的粘接,而且降低光泽度,还不影响漫反射膜的总反射率。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种漫反射膜,其自上而下包括无纺布层以及镜面反射膜,该包括光固化胶层,将光固化胶涂布在所述的镜面反射膜上后再将无纺布层覆盖在光固化胶层上;
所述无纺布层厚度为100-140μm,无纺布层覆盖在光固化胶层上后,光固化胶渗透入无纺布8-19μm,无纺布靠近镜面反射膜面的一半为直径12μm的纤维,远离镜面反射膜的一半为直径7μm的纤维。
优选的,所述光固化胶的粘度为8000-15000mPa.s,折射率为1.49-1.51。
优选的,所述的光固化胶为丙烯酸甲酯,或丙烯酸乙酯,或2-甲基丙烯酸乙酯。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过涂布光固化胶在镜面反射膜上,不仅使得镜面反射膜和无纺布层更好的粘接,而且降低光泽度,还不影响漫反射膜的总反射率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图1,一种漫反射膜,其自上而下包括无纺布层1以及镜面反射膜2,该包括光固化胶层3,将光固化胶涂布在所述的镜面反射膜上后再将无纺布层1覆盖在光固化胶层3上,所述光固化胶的粘度为8000-15000mPa.s,折射率为1.49-1.51。通过涂布光固化胶在镜面反射膜2上,不仅使得镜面反射膜2和无纺布层1更好的粘接,而且降低光泽度,还不影响漫反射膜的总反射率。
光固化胶可以选用丙烯酸甲酯,或丙烯酸乙酯,或2-甲基丙烯酸乙酯。
所述无纺布层1厚度控制在100-140μm,无纺布层1覆盖在光固化胶层3上后,光固化胶渗透入无纺布8-19μm,使得粘接性更强并且不影响反射率。
无纺布靠近镜面反射膜面的一半为直径12μm的纤维,远离镜面反射膜的一半为直径7μm的纤维,从而将对漫反射膜的总反射率的影响降低到最低。
Claims (4)
1.一种漫反射膜,其自上而下包括无纺布层以及镜面反射膜,其特征在于:该包括光固化胶层,将光固化胶涂布在所述的镜面反射膜上后再将无纺布层覆盖在光固化胶层上;
所述无纺布层厚度为100-140μm,无纺布层覆盖在光固化胶层上后,光固化胶渗透入无纺布8-19μm,无纺布靠近镜面反射膜面的一半为直径12μm的纤维,远离镜面反射膜的一半为直径7μm的纤维。
2.如权利要求1所述的漫反射膜,其特征在于:所述光固化胶的粘度为8000-15000mPa.s,折射率为1.49-1.51。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的漫反射膜,其特征在于:所述的光固化胶为丙烯酸甲酯,或丙烯酸乙酯,或2-甲基丙烯酸乙酯。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的漫反射膜,其特征在于:所述的光固化胶为丙烯酸甲酯,或丙烯酸乙酯,或2-甲基丙烯酸乙酯。
