本发明的一种海红香米制的糖尿病人代餐米片的制造方法,釆用湿法干燥工艺其特殊之处在于:
海红香米20份、茯苓1份、葛根1份,银耳1份、黑木耳1份,低聚果糖1份混合加水50份搅拌均匀,充分搅拌后调成米浆;
置于蒸气辊筒干燥机上干燥,直至水份达2%;
放入粉碎机内粉碎成100目;
造成小片状;
分装入25克包装袋中封装。
食用方法:糖尿病病人用一种海红香米制的糖尿病人代餐米片代替三餐的米饭面粥等主食,连续食用三个月,可减少用药量,长期食用血糖可以得到很好的控制。
海红香米,属于海红香米的一种,可药食两用,中医认为海红香米可以补气养血、滋阴补肾、开胃健脾、延缓衰老,所以海红香米又被称为“补血米”、“神仙米”。和普通精白米相比,它富含蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、微量元素以及功能性成分,富含多种营养成分以及丰富的生物活性物质,如黄酮、花青素以及生物碱等。海红香米具备海红香米的功效,又不同于普通的红糙米,它是生长在湛江海河交错带,能在盐碱地上生长,能在海水灌溉下成活的海水稻。与口感好的精米不同,海红香米保留其营养,米中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn等微量元素的含量均显著高于普通大米中的含量,同时,硒和有机锗分别比普通大米高330.77%,20%。此外,不饱和脂肪酸含量也高于白米。它的碳水化合物含量,不到普通大米的1/4,葡萄糖转化率也远远低于普通大米,是适合糖尿病人长期食用的主食。普通大米的含硒量约每100g含有3%,而海红米的含硒量却高达22%。不仅能改善糖尿病患者的症状,还可以长期良好地控制血糖。
茯苓,能促进代谢,用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。《本草正》:能利窍去湿,利窍则开心益智,导浊生津;去湿则逐水燥脾,补中健胃;袪惊痫,厚肠脏,治痰之本,助药之降。
葛根,甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
银耳,有“菌中之冠”的美称,作为我国传统的食用菌,历来都是深受广大人民所喜爱的食物。通常作为烹调各类菜肴的主要配料,其中所含有的活性成分-银耳多糖具有特殊的保健功能。现代医学证明,银耳主要的药理有效成分是多糖,银耳多糖是银耳最重要的组成成分,占其干重 60%~70%,同时银耳多糖还是一种重要的生物活性物质,能够增强人体免疫功能,起到扶正固本作用。并且银耳多糖对呼吸系统、中枢神经系统、血液循环系统以及心、肝、肾等都没有毒性。
黑木耳,为我国珍贵的药食兼用胶质真菌,也是世界上公认的保健食品。鲜木耳中含有蛋白质10.6g,脂肪0.2g,碳水化合物65.5g,纤维素7g,还含有硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸、胡萝卜素、钙、磷、铁等多种维生素及矿物质,其中尤以铁的含量最为丰富,故被誉为食品中的“含铁冠军”。 黑木耳为胶质菌类,含有大量胶质,对人体的消化系统有良好的润滑作用,可以消除肠胃中的残存食物和难以消化的纤维性物质,对无意食下的木渣、沙尘等异物有溶解作用。
根据人体的免疫平衡等机理优选配伍制成的保健食品,其保健功效不但大于各组分相加之和,其协同增强作用显著提高,具有单一组分和同类复合组分所不能达到的意外保健功效。
本发明特别对糖尿病患者治疗效果较佳,也是绿色营养保健食品,既能满足人们日常的营养价值需要,又无毒副作用。经非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病人对本发明的营养餐进行口服试验,结果是服用1-3个月后,可降低餐后血糖50-260毫克/100毫升,与原餐后血糖值比降低35-50%。

一个13年糖尿病患者,吃了海红香米3天后,血糖指数就有所下降,坚持吃海红香米片代餐10个月,血糖指数均维持在正常水平。
实施例2:
该糖尿病人营养餐,由如下重量份数的原料制成:海红香米22份、茯苓2份、葛根1份,银耳2份、黑木耳1份,低聚果糖1份。
实施例3:
该糖尿病人营养餐,由如下重量份数的原料制成:海红香米23份、茯苓1份、葛根2份,银耳1份、黑木耳2份,低聚果糖1份。

1. 一种海红香米制的糖尿病人代餐米片的制造方法,其特征在于:原料为:海红香米20
份、茯苓 1 份、葛根 1 份、银耳 1 份、黑木耳 1 份;该方法具体包括如下步骤:
