本发明涉及羽绒服技术领域,具体涉及一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料及其生产方法。
背景技术
羽绒服是一种深受众人喜爱的御寒衣服,这种衣服一般由鲜艳的能够避免羽绒外泄的面料和内衬,以及填充于面料与内衬之间的羽绒缝制而成。在寒冷的冬天穿着时,轻便而美观。
传统面料生产羽绒服时,需要大量的针车缝纫,针车缝纫制备羽绒服生产效率低、用工成本高,同时所生产的羽绒服存在针眼钻绒的普遍现象。目前市场上也有部分采用无缝充绒技术生产羽绒服面料,为了提升无缝面料的质感,面料一般会生产为双层或者多层料,然后经缝合、共织等技术合成。然而,缝合、共织等操作十分麻烦,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料及其生产方法,其解决了目前无缝面料生产操作麻烦,效率低的缺陷。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,步骤包括
步骤一、选用尼丝纺材料作为面料的经线,选用聚酯纤维材料作为面料的纬线进行织造,得到坯布料;
步骤二、对坯布料置于定型机中进行热定型处理,并控制定型机对坯布料的表面张力为80-100N,以得到初级布料;
步骤三、将初级布料裁剪后,放入清洗液中进行清洗处理,以得到内层料和外层料,并对外层料的其中一面进行喷膜处理;
步骤四、在内层料的其中一侧面、外层料的非喷膜侧面涂覆聚氨酯胶粘剂,再通过热压将内层料和外层料进行粘合,即得无缝充绒羽绒服面料。
进一步改进在于,所述清洗液为纯水或者掺杂10-50wt%二甲基亚砜的水溶液。
进一步改进在于,所述喷膜处理选用的喷膜液由60wt%丙烯酸镁单体、5wt%聚乙烯醇、15wt%高岭土和20wt%去离子水混合制成。
进一步改进在于,所述聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备原料按重量份数包括60-80份聚醚多元醇、10-20份异氰酸酯、2-8份改性纳米二氧化硅和1-6份改性纤维粉。
进一步改进在于,所述改性纳米二氧化硅采用以下方法制得:将二氧化硅研磨得到粒径为0.1-10nm的纳米二氧化硅,将纳米二氧化硅置于80-100℃下烘干,然后放入含有三乙醇胺的无水乙醇中搅拌2-3min,再加入含有硅烷偶联剂的无水乙醇中混合均匀,并置于70-75℃的水浴中,同时进行搅拌和超声分散处理20-30min,待充分反应后离心分离,抽滤后烘干,即得改性纳米二氧化硅。
进一步改进在于,所述含有三乙醇胺的无水乙醇中三乙醇胺的质量浓度为5-35%,所述含有硅烷偶联剂的无水乙醇中三乙醇胺的质量浓度为5-20%。
进一步改进在于,所述改性纤维粉由醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维先混合蒸煮10-15min,再加入氢氧化钾稀释粉热磨1-5min,再加入聚乙烯蜡热磨4-8min,最后冲洗、干燥制得。
进一步改进在于,所述醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维的混合质量比为1:5-5:1。
进一步改进在于,所述氢氧化钾的加入量占醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维总质量的0.5-3%,所述聚乙烯蜡的加入量占醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维总质量的8-20%。

本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明中无缝充绒羽绒服面料采用双层料结构,且双层料直接直接由聚氨酯胶粘剂粘合,操作简便,有助于提高生产效率;另外,面料外表面采用了喷膜处理工艺,喷膜液中包含丙烯酸镁单体、聚乙烯醇和高岭土,使其具有优异的附着、透气性能。
(2)所采用的聚氨酯胶粘剂中加入有经三乙醇胺和硅烷偶联剂先后改性的改性纳米二氧化硅,该改性纳米二氧化硅相比较于普通纳米二氧化硅具有更高的表观粘度和分散性,能够降低聚氨酯胶粘剂固化后表层的活性,降低胶层的吸水性,进而保证所加工的无缝羽绒服面料具有优异的耐水解性能;同时还加入有先经氢氧化钾改性、后经聚乙烯蜡表面活化的纤维粉,改性后的纤维粉呈现类柱形,其比表面积降低,使得纤维与胶层料之间以很小的接触面接触,大大提高了胶层的透气率,进而保证所加工的无缝羽绒服面料具有优异的排汗透气性能;另外改性纤维粉与改性纳米二氧化硅掺杂融合,有助于提升胶粘剂的各项力学性能,保证羽绒服面料的强度和质量。

步骤一、选用尼丝纺材料作为面料的经线,选用聚酯纤维材料作为面料的纬线进行织造,得到坯布料;
步骤二、对坯布料置于定型机中进行热定型处理,并控制定型机对坯布料的表面张力为80N,以得到初级布料;
步骤三、将初级布料裁剪后,放入清洗液中进行清洗处理,清洗液为纯水,以得到内层料和外层料,并对外层料的其中一面进行喷膜处理,喷膜处理选用的喷膜液由60wt%丙烯酸镁单体、5wt%聚乙烯醇、15wt%高岭土和20wt%去离子水混合制成;
步骤四、在内层料的其中一侧面、外层料的非喷膜侧面涂覆聚氨酯胶粘剂,再通过热压将内层料和外层料进行粘合,即得无缝充绒羽绒服面料;
所用聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备原料按重量份数包括60份聚醚多元醇、10份异氰酸酯、2份改性纳米二氧化硅和1份改性纤维粉。
其中,改性纳米二氧化硅采用以下方法制得:将二氧化硅研磨得到粒径为0.1-1nm的纳米二氧化硅,将纳米二氧化硅置于80℃下烘干,然后放入含有三乙醇胺(质量浓度为5%)的无水乙醇中搅拌3min,再加入含有硅烷偶联剂(质量浓度为5%)的无水乙醇中混合均匀,并置于70℃的水浴中,同时进行搅拌和超声分散处理30min,待充分反应后离心分离,抽滤后烘干,即得改性纳米二氧化硅。
其中,改性纤维粉由醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维先混合蒸煮10min,再加入氢氧化钾稀释粉热磨1min,再加入聚乙烯蜡热磨4min,最后冲洗、干燥制得,醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维的混合质量比为1:5,氢氧化钾的加入量占醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维总质量的0.5%,所述聚乙烯蜡的加入量占醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维总质量的8%。
实施例2
一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,步骤包括
步骤一、选用尼丝纺材料作为面料的经线,选用聚酯纤维材料作为面料的纬线进行织造,得到坯布料;
步骤二、对坯布料置于定型机中进行热定型处理,并控制定型机对坯布料的表面张力为90N,以得到初级布料;
步骤三、将初级布料裁剪后,放入清洗液中进行清洗处理,清洗液为掺杂30wt%二甲基亚砜的水溶液,以得到内层料和外层料,并对外层料的其中一面进行喷膜处理,喷膜处理选用的喷膜液由60wt%丙烯酸镁单体、5wt%聚乙烯醇、15wt%高岭土和20wt%去离子水混合制成;
步骤四、在内层料的其中一侧面、外层料的非喷膜侧面涂覆聚氨酯胶粘剂,再通过热压将内层料和外层料进行粘合,即得无缝充绒羽绒服面料;
所用聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备原料按重量份数包括70份聚醚多元醇、15份异氰酸酯、5份改性纳米二氧化硅和4份改性纤维粉。
其中,改性纳米二氧化硅采用以下方法制得:将二氧化硅研磨得到粒径为1-5nm的纳米二氧化硅,将纳米二氧化硅置于90℃下烘干,然后放入含有三乙醇胺(质量浓度为20%)的无水乙醇中搅拌2.5min,再加入含有硅烷偶联剂(质量浓度为12%)的无水乙醇中混合均匀,并置于73℃的水浴中,同时进行搅拌和超声分散处理25min,待充分反应后离心分离,抽滤后烘干,即得改性纳米二氧化硅。
其中,改性纤维粉由醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维先混合蒸煮12min,再加入氢氧化钾稀释粉热磨3min,再加入聚乙烯蜡热磨6min,最后冲洗、干燥制得,醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维的混合质量比为1:1,氢氧化钾的加入量占醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维总质量的1.5%,所述聚乙烯蜡的加入量占醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维总质量的15%。
实施例3
一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,步骤包括
步骤一、选用尼丝纺材料作为面料的经线,选用聚酯纤维材料作为面料的纬线进行织造,得到坯布料;
步骤二、对坯布料置于定型机中进行热定型处理,并控制定型机对坯布料的表面张力为100N,以得到初级布料;
步骤三、将初级布料裁剪后,放入清洗液中进行清洗处理,清洗液为掺杂50wt%二甲基亚砜的水溶液,以得到内层料和外层料,并对外层料的其中一面进行喷膜处理,喷膜处理选用的喷膜液由60wt%丙烯酸镁单体、5wt%聚乙烯醇、15wt%高岭土和20wt%去离子水混合制成;
步骤四、在内层料的其中一侧面、外层料的非喷膜侧面涂覆聚氨酯胶粘剂,再通过热压将内层料和外层料进行粘合,即得无缝充绒羽绒服面料;
所用聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备原料按重量份数包括80份聚醚多元醇、20份异氰酸酯、8份改性纳米二氧化硅和6份改性纤维粉。

一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于步骤四中采用市购聚氨酯胶粘剂进行粘合(购自于合肥恒天新材料科技有限公司)。
对比例2
一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于步骤四所采用的聚氨酯胶粘剂中未添加改性纳米二氧化硅。
对比例3
一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于步骤四所采用的聚氨酯胶粘剂中将改性纳米二氧化硅替换为等量的市购普通纳米二氧化硅(购自于潍坊三佳化工有限公司)。
对比例4
一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于步骤四所采用的聚氨酯胶粘剂中未添加改性纤维粉。
对比例5
一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于步骤四所采用的聚氨酯胶粘剂中将改性纤维粉替换为等量的普通纤维粉(醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维1:1混合)。
分别采用上述实施例1-3和对比例1-5的方法制成7组无缝羽绒服面料样品,对这些样品进行性能测试,包括:①采用YG461D数字式织物透气量仪,在相同压差条件下,测定一定时间内垂直通过样品给定面积的透气率;②将样品置于温度70℃、湿度95%的密封环境中7天后,测量其剥离强度,作为耐水解性指标;③参照国家标准测试拉伸强度、断裂伸长率。最后得到数据如下表:

从上表可以看出,采用本发明特制聚氨酯胶粘剂生产加工的无缝充绒羽绒服面料其各方面性能均显著提升,透气率≧168mm/s,耐水解性≧75N/cm,拉伸强度≧1.39MPa,断裂伸长率≧62.3%。通过比较各对比例可以看出,改性纳米二氧化硅能有效提升耐水解性,改性纤维粉能有效提升透气率;另外,同时加入改性纳米二氧化硅和改性纤维粉,起到了协同作用,对面料的力学性能起到改善作用。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤包括
步骤一、选用尼丝纺材料作为面料的经线,选用聚酯纤维材料作为面料的纬线进行织造,得到坯布料;
步骤二、对坯布料置于定型机中进行热定型处理,并控制定型机对坯布料的表面张力为80-100N,以得到初级布料;
步骤三、将初级布料裁剪后,放入清洗液中进行清洗处理,以得到内层料和外层料,并对外层料的其中一面进行喷膜处理;
步骤四、在内层料的其中一侧面、外层料的非喷膜侧面涂覆聚氨酯胶粘剂,再通过热压将内层料和外层料进行粘合,即得无缝充绒羽绒服面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述清洗液为纯水或者掺杂10-50wt%二甲基亚砜的水溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述喷膜处理选用的喷膜液由60wt%丙烯酸镁单体、5wt%聚乙烯醇、15wt%高岭土和20wt%去离子水混合制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备原料按重量份数包括60-80份聚醚多元醇、10-20份异氰酸酯、2-8份改性纳米二氧化硅和1-6份改性纤维粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述改性纳米二氧化硅采用以下方法制得:将二氧化硅研磨得到粒径为0.1-10nm的纳米二氧化硅,将纳米二氧化硅置于80-100℃下烘干,然后放入含有三乙醇胺的无水乙醇中搅拌2-3min,再加入含有硅烷偶联剂的无水乙醇中混合均匀,并置于70-75℃的水浴中,同时进行搅拌和超声分散处理20-30min,待充分反应后离心分离,抽滤后烘干,即得改性纳米二氧化硅。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述含有三乙醇胺的无水乙醇中三乙醇胺的质量浓度为5-35%,所述含有硅烷偶联剂的无水乙醇中三乙醇胺的质量浓度为5-20%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述改性纤维粉由醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维先混合蒸煮10-15min,再加入氢氧化钾稀释粉热磨1-5min,再加入聚乙烯蜡热磨4-8min,最后冲洗、干燥制得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维的混合质量比为1:5-5:1。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料的生产方法,其特征在于:所述氢氧化钾的加入量占醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维总质量的0.5-3%,所述聚乙烯蜡的加入量占醋酸纤维和蚕丝纤维总质量的8-20%。
10.一种无缝充绒羽绒服面料,其通过权利要求1-9任一项所述生产方法生产制得。
