本发明涉及一种管状成型体以及储存结构。
背景技术
以往公开有一种管状成型体,是通过吹塑成型而形成的管道等,在该管状成型体上设置有安装凸缘,该安装凸缘具有用于安装并固定到其他构件上的安装孔。在专利文献1中,公开有一种安装凸缘,该安装凸缘在作为通过发泡树脂材料而吹塑成型的发泡成型体的管状成型体中,形成在管状成型体的分模线上。
另外,以往,在吹塑成型机或注射成型机等树脂材料的成型中,通过使原生树脂材料和回收树脂材料混合并进行成型来提高成品率。例如,在专利文献2中,公开了一种将原生树脂材料和回收树脂材料混合并通过吹塑成型来制造发泡成型品的制造方法。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
如上所述,安装凸缘通常形成在管状成型体的分模线上。利用在管状成型体的吹塑成型中的毛边的一部分来形成安装凸缘是高效的形成方式。但是,管状成型体的安装凸缘也有根据其配合构件的形状和设置条件,而无法设置与含有分模线的分模面平行的安装凸缘的情况。在这样的情况下,需要将作为后安装部件的安装凸缘以熔敷等方式安装到管状成型体上等,有时会使产品复杂化,生产所消耗的成本和时间也会增大。
其中,回收树脂材料是将成型时的产品的毛边和流道等废料粉碎并形成为规定的大小(粒径约5mm~10mm等)的材料。粉碎的材料(粉碎材料)被储存在储存箱中,从储存箱内的吸嘴吸入,并与原生树脂材料混合。储存在储存箱中的粉碎材料在粉碎时以规定的比例与粒径约1mm~2mm左右的粉状的粉碎材料混合。然后,吸嘴周边的粉碎材料被吸入,在吸嘴周边形成空洞,在该空洞的周围,粉状的粉碎材料在规定的大小的粉碎材料间咬合并固化,形成所谓的架桥(bridge)。形成的架桥使机械停止,需要用手打散等,因此成为成型作业效率低下的原因之一。尤其是,在发泡材料中,该架桥有时会显著地出现。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种放宽安装到配合构件上的条件从而易于安装到配合构件上的管状成型体,以及提供一种能够提高成型作业的效率的粉碎材料的储存结构。
用于解决问题的手段
本发明的管状成型体,其特征在于,具有:管主体,形成为筒状;以及安装凸缘,以凸缘状从所述管主体突出而形成,具有形成为薄壁的铰链部,且形成为能够通过所述铰链部转动;在所述铰链部的端部附近的所述管主体上,形成有铰链保护部,该铰链保护部的前端部形成在比所述铰链部靠所述安装凸缘的突出方向侧,在所述铰链保护部与所述安装凸缘之间,形成有薄壁的侧板部,该侧板部从所述铰链部的端部向所述安装凸缘的突出方向侧延伸,所述侧板部构成为通过所述安装凸缘的转动而被撕开。
本发明的储存结构,其特征在于,具有:储存箱,储存粉碎材料;以及螺杆,以能够旋转的方式设置在所述储存箱内,并使所述粉碎材料在所述储存箱内移动。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供一种放宽安装到配合构件上的条件从而易于安装到配合构件上的管状成型体。而且,根据本发明,能够提供一种能够提高成型作业的效率的储存结构。

具体实施方式
接下来,基于附图说明本发明的实施方式(管状成型体)。图1所示的本实施方式的管状成型体10是空调设备等所使用的管道。管状成型体10是通过对混合有发泡剂的热塑性混合树脂进行吹塑成型以具有独立气泡结构而形成的。作为该热塑性树脂,能够举出聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂等聚烯烃类树脂。聚烯烃类树脂的柔软性优异,因此提高了管状成型体10的耐冲击性。其中,优选热塑性树脂具有丙烯单元,具体来说,能够举出丙烯均聚物、乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物、乙烯-丙烯无规共聚物等。而且,其中,尤其优选具有长支链结构的丙烯均聚物。在该情况下,由于熔融张力变高,所以变得容易发泡,气泡室也更均匀化。
在吹塑成型前,使用发泡剂使上述热塑性树脂发泡。作为该发泡剂,能够举出空气、二氧化碳气体、氮气、水等无机类发泡剂,或者丁烷、戊烷、己烷、二氯甲烷、二氯乙烷等有机类发泡剂。其中,优选使用空气、二氧化碳气体或氮气作为发泡剂。在该情况下,防止了有形物的混入,因此可抑制耐久性等降低。
管状成型体10的管主体11是将外形形成为コ字状的筒体。管主体11的两端部被开口,形成凸缘12。在管主体11的长的直线部分形成有安装凸缘100。安装凸缘100是在安装管状成型体10时固定在配合构件上的部位。安装凸缘100从管主体11突出并形成为凸缘状(换言之,为板状)。
如图2~图5所示,安装凸缘100具有固定凸缘110和安装凸缘主体部120。固定凸缘110是以长条板状从管主体11突出而形成的。安装凸缘主体部120以使长矩形板弯曲并构成弯折状的方式形成。具体来说,如图5中的(a)所示,具有在基端部短短地立起的第一板部121、以大致90度的角度与第一板部121连接的第二板部122、朝向图5中的(a)的上方以大致60度的角度与第二板部122连接的第三板部123、使前端朝向下方以直角与第三板部123连接的第四板部124以及贯穿第四板部124的安装孔125。安装凸缘主体部120以遍及第一板部121~第四板部124等宽的方式形成。
安装凸缘主体部120经由铰链部130与固定凸缘110连接。铰链部130沿着固定凸缘110的长度方向形成为薄壁。例如,铰链部130的厚度形成为0.1mm左右。通过铰链部130,安装凸缘100的安装凸缘主体部120能够容易地通过手动进行转动。即,铰链部130形成为能够通过手动进行转动的程度的薄壁。
另外,如图2~图4所示,在铰链部130的两端部附近,形成有以山形状突出的铰链保护部140。其中,将朝向安装凸缘100突出的方向的左侧的铰链保护部140作为左铰链保护部141,将右侧的铰链保护部140作为右铰链保护部142。左铰链保护部141以及右铰链保护部142的各上表面141a、142a都形成为与固定凸缘110的上表面110a连续的平坦面。另外,左铰链保护部141以及右铰链保护部142的各下表面141b、142b在基部与固定凸缘110的下表面110b连续,但形成为朝向前端部141c、142c的倾斜面或R倒角状的圆弧面。而且,固定凸缘110的下表面110b的前缘部以朝向铰链部130下陷的方式形成,在固定凸缘110的前缘部、铰链保护部140(左铰链保护部141、右铰链保护部142)的相向面以及安装凸缘主体部120的第一板部121的下表面,形成有凹部111。铰链保护部140的前端部141c、142c形成在比铰链部130靠安装凸缘100的突出方向侧。因此,形成为从铰链保护部140的前端部141c、142c遍及铰链部130而在管主体11侧下陷的段状。
在铰链保护部140与安装凸缘100之间设置有侧板部150。详细地说,在左铰链保护部141与安装凸缘主体部120的第一板部121(包括第一板部121与第二板部122的连接部分)之间,设置有左侧板部151。同样地,在右铰链保护部142与安装凸缘主体部120的第一板部121(包括第一板部121与第二板部122的连接部分)之间,设置有右侧板部152。而且,侧板部150(左侧板部151、右侧板部152)形成为从铰链部130的两端向安装凸缘100的突出方向侧延伸的薄壁。例如,侧板部150(左侧板部151、右侧板部152)的厚度形成为0.5mm左右。侧板部150的板厚形成为比安装凸缘主体部120薄得多且比铰链部130厚。
如图5中的(b)所示,在具有以这种方式形成的安装凸缘100的管状成型体10中,通过铰链部130,能够使安装凸缘100的安装凸缘主体部120转动至与管主体11抵接。在安装凸缘主体部120转动时,设置在铰链保护部140与安装凸缘100之间的侧板部150(左侧板部151、右侧板部152)被撕开。安装凸缘100与管主体11的抵接是第二板部122的上表面与接近安装凸缘100的管主体11的垂直平坦面11b抵接,第三板部123的上表面与管主体11的大致上表面侧的倾斜平坦面11a抵接。而且,第二板部122与垂直平坦面11b以及第三板部123与倾斜平坦面11a均通过超声波熔敷等被熔敷部127a、127b牢固地熔敷并连接。这样,安装凸缘100的安装孔125被配置在管主体11的上方。
这样,能够在沿着分模线PL的位置以外的管主体11的上部配置用于与配合构件进行安装的安装孔125。而且,通过使安装凸缘100的安装凸缘主体部120形成为弯折状,能够如第二板部122与垂直平坦面11b以及第三板部123与倾斜平坦面11a那样,使平坦面彼此抵接,因此,能够将转动的安装凸缘100容易地熔敷并固定到管主体11上。
其中,如图2~图4的双点划线所示,在将管状成型体10吹塑成型时,安装凸缘100周边的分模线PL形成在铰链保护部140或安装凸缘主体部120的侧面。在管状成型体10的成型中,由于通过模具夹着形成得比管状成型体10大的型坯并进行吹塑成型,所以沿着分模线PL在管状成型体10的外侧形成大的毛边。因此,由于管状成型体10作为产品,所以需要除去毛边。毛边的除去可以使用切割机等工具进行切割或者用手扯下。若考虑除去毛边的作业效率,有时用手扯下比较好。此时,即使在从管主体11将遍及安装凸缘主体部120的毛边除去的情况下,通过铰链保护部140,也减少了在除去毛边的同时将铰链部130扯下的情况。
例如,在没有铰链保护部140的情况下,由于分模线PL与铰链部130以大致直线状连接,所以在沿着PL在管状成型体10与毛边之间进行切割时,有时会使形成为薄壁的铰链部130裂开。若考虑转动性而使铰链部130形成为更加薄的薄壁,则铰链部130裂开的可能性进一步提高。但是,通过铰链保护部140,使PL与铰链部130经由侧板部150弯绕地连接(没有直接连接),因此在沿着PL在管状成型体10与毛边之间进行切割时,降低了损伤铰链部130的可能性。而且,通过设置在铰链保护部140与安装凸缘100之间的侧板部150,通过扯下毛边来除去毛边,即使安装凸缘主体部120承受使铰链部130裂开的方向上的力,也经由侧板部150通过铰链保护部140支撑安装凸缘主体部120,因此能够降低铰链部130损伤的可能性。在此,在本实施方式中,优选以使铰链部130的厚度形成为0.1mm左右,侧板部150的厚度形成为0.5mm的方式,使侧板部150的厚度形成得比铰链部130的厚度厚。通过使侧板部150的厚度比铰链部130的厚度厚,在沿着上述分模线PL扯下毛边时,能够均衡地防止铰链部130损伤以及提高铰链部130的转动性。
(第一变形例)
图6中的(a)示出本实施方式的变形例(第一变形例)。在本变形例中,在管状成型体10A中,由铰链保护部140A(左铰链保护部141A、右铰链保护部142A)来替代上述的实施方式中的山形的铰链保护部140,该铰链保护部140A具有与管主体11呈直线状连续的前端部141Ac、142Ac。在管状成型体10A中,铰链保护部140A的前端部141Ac、142Ac也形成在比铰链部130靠安装凸缘100的突出方向侧。
(第二变形例)
图6中的(b)示出本实施方式的其他变形例(第二变形例)。在本变形例中,管状成型体10B具有设置在单侧的铰链保护部140B(右铰链保护部142B)来替换设置在左右的铰链保护部140、140A。在本变形例中,铰链部130相对于管主体11倾斜而形成。这样,铰链保护部140B(右铰链保护部142B)的前端部142Bc也可以形成在比铰链部130的一部分靠安装凸缘100的突出方向侧。但是,在该情况下,对于扯下沿着PL的毛边,需要从设置有铰链保护部140B(右铰链保护部142B)的一侧扯下。另外,侧板部150仅形成在右侧(右侧板部152)。
以上说明了本发明的实施方式,但本发明不受本实施方式限定,能够施加各种变更来进行实施。例如,在本实施方式中,通过铰链部130使安装凸缘100转动而直接与管主体11(倾斜平坦面11a、垂直平坦面11b)抵接,但是也可以形成为,使凸台等从管主体11突出,或者将凸台状等的其他构件安装在管主体11上,从而使该凸台与安装凸缘100抵接。
接着,说明本发明的实施方式(储存结构)。图7是吹塑成型系统1的示意图。吹塑成型系统1具有吹塑成型机15和粉碎机20。在吹塑成型系统1中,通过粉碎机20将吹塑成型机15在成型时产生的毛边等废料粉碎并生成粉碎材料。该粉碎材料(回收树脂材料)从粉碎机20被回收并与原生树脂材料混合,从而再次用于吹塑成型机15的吹塑成型。
吹塑成型机15具有混合机16,该混合机16用于形成将原生树脂材料与回收树脂材料以规定的比例混合而成的混合树脂材料。混合机16与挤压机17连通,通过在该连通通道上设置的开闭缸16a的开闭,适当地向挤压机17供给混合树脂材料。在挤压机17的前端设置有机头18。供给到挤压机17的混合树脂材料在挤压机17的内部被加热和混匀,从而通过机头18形成型坯18a。型坯18a被吹塑成型用的模具50成型为产品。此外,本实施方式中的成型品为管道等,是通过具有独立气泡结构的发泡成型而形成的。
粉碎机20具有:料斗21,具有投入废料的投入口;粉碎部22,将废料粉碎并生成粉碎材料;以及储存部25,通过储存粉碎材料的储存箱23和后述的螺杆等形成有储存结构。料斗21、粉碎部22、储存部25层叠形成,以使材料依次落入粉碎机20内的方式形成。在储存箱23的下表面设置有脚轮24。储存箱23通过连通通道31与吹塑成型机15的混合机16连通。与未图示的减压泵连接的连通通道32连接至混合机16。通过混合机16的内部被该减压泵减压,储存在储存箱23中的粉碎材料经由连通通道31被投入混合机16的内部。另一方面,混合机16经由连通通道33与材料供给装置40连接。材料供给装置40将原生树脂材料供给至混合机16。
混合机16中的回收树脂材料与原生树脂材料混合的规定的比例根据成型品进行适当设定。在本实施方式中,将回收树脂材料与原生树脂材料的比率设定为8:2。
接着,详细说明粉碎机20。如省略料斗21而主要示出粉碎部22和储存部25(储存结构)的图8及图9的剖面示意图所示,旋转刃221以能够自由旋转的方式被粉碎部22保持。旋转刃221在轴上形成有多个刃221a。在旋转刃221的下方设置有筛眼222。筛眼222的下方与储存箱23连通。旋转刃221通过未图示的马达而连续地旋转。旋转刃221的旋转方向被设为图8的D1方向,以能够通过刃221a将废料切断。从料斗21供给的废料以被夹在旋转刃221与筛眼222之间的方式被刃221a粉碎,并落入储存箱23内。此外,在本实施方式中,粉碎材料的粒径为约5mm~10mm左右。此时,还包括5~10%左右的粒径约1mm~2mm左右的粉状的粉碎材料。
储存箱23形成为上部开口的箱状,四面立设有侧壁23a~23d。在储存箱23中,第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233这3个螺杆以能够自由旋转且轴向相互平行的方式配置。在本实施方式中,第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233的各螺旋叶片(Bladescrew)的旋绕方向全部都是右旋。与第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233的轴向正交的储存箱23的侧壁23a、23b中的一个侧壁23a被作为支撑侧壁,第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233的一端以能够自由旋转的方式支撑于该侧壁23a。第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233的另一端与变速箱234内的未图示的齿轮等连结并被支撑。在变速箱234内,内置有1个或多个马达,旋转驱动第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233。
第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233分别配置在储存箱23中的以下的位置:将第一螺杆231设置在上侧,将第二螺杆232以及第三螺杆233设置在第一螺杆231的下方且从第一螺杆231起向在水平方向上的相互相反的方向离开规定距离的位置。换言之,如图9所示,第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233以如下方式配置在储存箱23内:从轴向观察第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233时,对于各轴芯,形成为使第一螺杆231的轴心为上侧顶部的三角形。另外,在第一螺杆231的一端侧,设置有向径外方向突出的刮板部231a。刮板部231a形成为平板棒状。在第一螺杆231的轴上的轴向相同位置,相向地设置有一对刮板部231a。
在侧壁23a上,设置有向储存箱23的内部突出并吸入粉碎材料的吸嘴235。如图10所示,吸嘴235通过圆筒状的管形成,将轴向设为与第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233相同的方向,吸嘴235的轴心在高度方向上被配置为与第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233的轴心高度相同。另外,吸嘴235被配置在第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233之间的中央位置。吸嘴235的前端的开口部235a形成为倾斜切割状。而且,吸嘴235被配置为,开口部235a的倾斜的开口面235b(即,包括管被倾斜切割的切割面及开口的面)朝向上方。上述的刮板部231a与吸嘴235的开口部235a相对应,配置在开口部235a的大致正上方。由此,吸嘴235能够抑制易于形成在吸入粉碎材料的开口部235a的上部的架桥的形成。
吸嘴235与连通通道31连接,并与混合机16连通。在连通通道31上,在储存箱23的侧壁23a外侧附近,形成有能够调整吸嘴235的吸引力的吸引力调整部31a。在本实施方式中,吸引力调整部31a由在连通通道31上打开的孔和能够调整该孔的开口面积的C形环形成。因此,在连通通道31中,吸引力调整部31a附近由管材形成,通过具有挠性的软管连接至混合机16。
第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233以及吸嘴235在储存箱23中的配置如图10中示意性地示出的立体图所示。
关于废料的粉碎,首先,将废料投入料斗21。然后,废料落入到粉碎部22内。落入到粉碎部22内的废料被旋转刃221以及筛眼222粉碎而变为粉碎材料。该粉碎材料经由筛眼222积蓄并储存在储存箱23内。粉碎材料在储存箱23内积蓄的标准(储存箱23内的高度)以第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233的轴心附近为下限,上限是不从储存箱23溢出的程度至不触及筛眼222的程度。这样设定粉碎材料的标准的下限的理由是,若未处在第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233的螺旋叶片的一半以上被粉碎材料埋着的状态,则难以通过第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233使粉碎材料移动,无法将粉碎材料集中在吸嘴235的周边。另外,将粉碎材料的标准的上限设定为不能从储存箱23溢出是毫无疑问的,但重要的是将粉碎材料设定为不触及筛眼222。若粉碎材料触及筛眼222,则粉碎材料会在旋转刃221的周围熔化,从而会使粉碎材料硬化。
如图9所示,第一螺杆231在从一端侧的轴向观察时,在围绕逆时针的D2方向上被旋转驱动。另一方面,第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233在与第一螺杆231相反的方向即围绕顺时针的D3方向上被旋转驱动。因此,如箭头Y1所示,第一螺杆231形成为从一端侧朝向另一端侧移动粉碎材料,如箭头Y2所示,第二螺杆232以及第三螺杆233形成为从另一端侧朝向一端侧移动粉碎材料。这样,以最终粉碎材料集中至吸嘴235的周边的方式,使储存箱23内的粉碎材料移动,由此减少了在吸嘴235周边形成空洞的情况。
另外,在第一螺杆231上设置有刮板部231a,刮板部231a与第一螺杆231一同旋转。这是因为,在吸嘴235周围形成空洞的情况下,有时,该空洞周围的粉碎材料会粘着,但是能够通过刮板部231a将粘着的粉碎材料打碎,进而能够减少粉碎材料的粘着。尤其,容易在独立气泡结构的发泡材料中产生粉碎材料的粘着(即架桥),但是可通过上述结构来抑制架桥的产生。因此,能够提高吹塑成型的作业效率。
不仅可以在第一螺杆231的轴上的相同位置相向地设置一对刮板部231a,还可以如图11所示的刮板部231b那样,错开设置在第一螺杆231的轴上。能够根据易于产生上述架桥的位置来适当地设定刮板部231a、231b的配置。此外,通过设置一对刮板部231a、231b,能够实现第一螺杆231的旋转平衡。
以上说明了本发明的实施方式,但本发明不受本实施方式限定,能够施加各种变更来进行实施。例如,在本实施方式中,示出了具有3个螺杆(第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233)的结构,但不限于此,也可以将螺杆设为1个、2个或4个以上。另外,第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233全部形成为右旋,但不限于此,第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233也可以以在储存箱231内部形成粉碎材料的流动的方式,设定各自的旋绕方向和旋转方向。如本实施方式那样,若形成为第一螺杆231从一端侧朝向另一端侧使粉碎材料移动,第二螺杆232以及第三螺杆233从另一端侧向一端侧使粉碎材料移动,则能够将粉碎材料高效地集中到配置在一端侧的吸嘴235的周边。
另外,在本实施方式中,第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233的一端被侧壁23a直接支撑,但不限于此,也可以设置支柱等,来将第一螺杆231、第二螺杆232、第三螺杆233的一端以能够自由旋转的方式支撑。另外,具有储存结构的储存部25也能够与粉碎机20分开构成。由此,能够运输在其他位置生成的粉碎材料,并能够储存在分开构成的储存部25中。

Claims (3)

1.一种管状成型体,其特征在于,具有:
管主体,形成为筒状;以及
安装凸缘,以凸缘状从所述管主体突出而形成,具有形成为薄壁的铰链部,且形成为能够通过所述铰链部转动;
在所述铰链部的端部附近的所述管主体上,形成有铰链保护部,该铰链保护部的前端部形成在比所述铰链部靠所述安装凸缘的突出方向侧,
在所述铰链保护部与所述安装凸缘之间,形成有薄壁的侧板部,该侧板部从所述铰链部的端部向所述安装凸缘的突出方向侧延伸,
所述侧板部构成为通过所述安装凸缘的转动而被撕开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管状成型体,其特征在于,
所述安装凸缘具有:
固定凸缘,从所述管主体突出而形成;以及
安装凸缘主体部,经由所述铰链部与所述固定凸缘连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的管状成型体,其特征在于,
所述安装凸缘主体部形成为弯折状。
