一种目标车辆的快速通行方法及装置,该方法包括:根据目标车辆的所在地和目的地,确定目标车辆的通行路线(S101);实时获取目标车辆的位置信息(S102);根据目标车辆的实时位置信息和通行路线,控制通行路线中的车道指示装置指示出目标车辆在通行路线中使用的专用车道,并在目标车辆通过路口时,控制交通信号灯指示干扰目标车辆通行的车辆停止行驶(S103)。
