本发明涉及炭雕技术领域,具体来讲是一种功能性艾草炭雕及其制作工艺。
背景技术
炭雕作为一种日常家居工艺装饰品,最大限度的保留了活性炭的活性,可以持续吸附空气中各种有毒气体,同时兼具古朴典雅的外形和浓厚的文化底蕴,既能清洁空气又能美化居住环境,受到广大消费者的喜爱。
传统炭雕制作工艺是将活性炭粉与适量的胶粘剂、赋形剂等混合均匀,然后采用冷压成型技术压制而成,再使用高温活化技术来进行活化,最后再经过修整、彩绘等工序,制作出一件件栩栩如生的炭雕工艺品,部分产品经过名师之手,成为有一定收藏价值的艺术产品。在炭雕传统工艺中使用的胶粘剂多为树脂胶等化学乳胶等,需要借助甲醛等作为溶媒,一是制作过程中气味大,容易释放出有毒气体对环境造成污染;二是有害气体直接残留在炭雕体内成为二次污染源;三是产品强度不够高,在雕刻、运输、搬运等过程中易破碎;四是乳胶颗粒等容易堵塞活性炭内部微小孔隙,进一步降低炭雕的吸附性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种功能性艾草炭雕及其制作工艺,解决炭雕在生产过程中使用化学乳胶作为胶黏剂对环境造成的空气污染问题,同时提高成品的强度和吸附性能,降低有毒有害物质残留,让产品更加环保。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种功能性艾草炭雕,包括如下重量份原料:艾草活性炭粉85~90份;有机膨润土10~14份;植物油酸0.5~1份;烧碱0.5~1份;镁粉0.5~1份;高岭土0.01~0.02份。
本发明还提供一种基于上述功能性艾草炭雕的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤S1.将有机膨润土和植物油酸混合搅拌,然后发酵得到凝胶体;步骤S2.将艾草活性炭粉、烧碱、镁粉、高岭土、凝胶体混合均匀后,装入模具压制成型;步骤S3.将成型后的产物脱模自然干燥后,送入烤箱烘烤进行活化;步骤S4.将活化后的产物打磨、上色后,即得到功能性艾草炭雕。
在上述技术方案的基础上,步骤S2中,所述艾草活性炭粉经过以下步骤制得:步骤S201.将艾草去叶秸秆粉碎后,用1~5倍的氯化锌溶液浸渍2~5h;步骤S202.转入碳化炉中于300~500℃密闭碳化2~4h;然后出料,冷却至室温得艾草炭半成品;步骤S203.将艾草炭半成品在活化炉中活化,制成活性炭;步骤S204.将活性炭粉碎过80目筛即得艾草活性炭粉。
在上述技术方案的基础上,步骤S201中,氯化锌溶液的浓度为10~40%。
在上述技术方案的基础上,步骤S3中,所述活化的过程为减压间隙烘干,活化温度550~600℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:
该活性炭雕产品生产过程污染物废气排放几乎为零,具有较为发达的内部微观孔径结构,活性炭碘值可达到1000~1200mg/g,比表面积可达到3000~3500㎡/g,吸附能力是传统工艺技术条件下炭雕2~3倍,可容纳的有害气体的数量是传统炭雕的10~20倍。
本发明中,艾草活性炭粉作为炭雕的主要成份,用于吸附有害物质;有机膨润土起到粘合作用;植物油酸用于发酵微孔;烧碱用于调节PH值;镁粉用于消化并吸收甲醛等气体;高岭土用于和上述烧结吸附放射性污染。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。本发明对其加入量进行限定,只是便于本发明的实施,并不说明在本发明所限定的范围外不能实施。
本发明提供了一种功能性艾草炭雕,包括如下重量份原料:
艾草活性炭粉 85~90份;
有机膨润土 10~14份;
植物油酸 0.5~1份;
烧碱 0.5~1份;
镁粉 0.5~1份;
高岭土 0.01~0.02份。
本发明还公开一种基于上述功能性艾草炭雕的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1.将有机膨润土和植物油酸混合搅拌,然后发酵得到凝胶体;发酵后的凝胶体不仅起到粘合的作用,而且凝胶体会产生微孔。
步骤S2.将艾草活性炭粉、烧碱(NaOH)、镁粉(MgO)、高岭土、凝胶体混合均匀后,装入模具压制成型;烧碱(NaOH)用于调节PH值,镁粉(MgO)用于消化吸附甲醛。高岭土用于和上述烧结吸附放射性污染。
步骤S3.将成型后的产物脱模自然干燥后,送入烤箱烘烤进行活化;具体的,活化的过程为减压间隙烘干,活化温度550~600℃。
步骤S4.将活化后的产物打磨、上色后,即得到功能性艾草炭雕。

步骤S1.将有机膨润土和植物油酸混合搅拌,然后发酵得到凝胶体;

Claims (3)
1.一种功能性艾草炭雕的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1.将有机膨润土和植物油酸混合搅拌,然后发酵得到凝胶体;
步骤S2.将艾草活性炭粉、烧碱、镁粉、高岭土、凝胶体混合均匀后,装入模具压制成型;
步骤S3.将成型后的产物脱模自然干燥后,送入烤箱烘烤进行活化;所述活化的过程为减压间隙烘干,活化温度550~600℃;
步骤S4.将活化后的产物打磨、上色后,即得到功能性艾草炭雕;
所述功能性艾草炭雕,包括如下重量份原料:
艾草活性炭粉 85~90份;
有机膨润土 10~14份;
植物油酸 0.5~1份;
烧碱 0.5~1份;
镁粉 0.5~1份;
高岭土 0.01~0.02份。
2.如权利要求1所述的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述艾草活性炭粉经过以下步骤制得:
步骤S201.将艾草去叶秸秆粉碎后,用1~5倍的氯化锌溶液浸渍2~5h;
步骤S202.转入碳化炉中于300~500℃密闭碳化2~4h;然后出料,冷却至室温得艾草炭半成品;
步骤S203.将艾草炭半成品在活化炉中活化,制成活性炭;
步骤S204.将活性炭粉碎过80目筛即得艾草活性炭粉。
3.如权利要求2所述的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤S201中,氯化锌溶液的浓度为10~40%。
