药膳发源于我国传统的饮食和中医食疗文化,是将中药与某些具有药用价值的食物相配,采用我国独特的饮食烹调技术和现代科学方法制作而成的具有一定色、香、味、形的美味食品。药膳“寓医于食”既将药物作为食物,又将食物赋以药用,既具有较高的营养价值,又可防病治病。
活血化瘀药膳针对瘀血病症进行治疗,通常引起瘀血的原因主要有:外伤而没有伤口仅在局部造成瘀块肿痛;血液运行不畅或无力;受寒气或热气影响,导致血液滞留。近年来心脑血管疾病、脑梗塞、冠心病、血管不通畅等瘀血病症的发病率有所提高,而且逐渐年轻化,人们应该保持一个良好的生活和饮食习惯,适当运动、注意饮食健康。

优选地,所述活血化瘀药膳还包括:适量盐、花椒和葱花。
本发明还提供了一种活血化瘀药膳的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:
将菜花蛇肉、桃仁、辣木籽仁、桃胶、大米、三七、榛蘑和姜清洗干净备用;
将菜花蛇肉切成粒,加入黄酒搅拌均匀;
将大米泡两个小时;
把姜切成姜末;
(2)提取三七汁和榛蘑汁
将三七用20~50重量份的水慢火炖1~2个小时,取2.5~9重量份的浓缩三七汁备用;
将榛蘑用30~60重量份的水慢火炖1~2个小时,取2.5~9重量份的浓缩榛蘑汁备用;
(3)熬制:
将提取的三七汁和榛蘑汁放入锅中,加入5~15重量份的水慢火熬开;
加入菜花蛇肉、桃仁、辣木籽仁、桃胶、大米慢火熬制两到三个小时;
加入姜末、橄榄油、盐、花椒和葱花慢火煮软;
加入醋。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中将菜花蛇肉、桃仁、辣木籽仁、桃胶、三七和榛蘑经过合理的配比,共同作为原料制备药膳,制备出的药膳口感好,能够改善血液循环质量、疏通血管,活血化瘀效果良好。
2、本发明中的各原料通过合理配比制备出的活血化瘀药膳口感好,能够促进食欲,具有去风、去寒、去湿、降脂、降压、降糖、止血、补血、养胃、瘦身、护肝、抗血栓、润肠道、消化积食、清热解毒、舒筋活血、清除血管杂质、改善血液循环质量、消除血栓、消除动脉硬化斑块、疏通血管、增强免疫和增强体力的功效,尤其对活血化瘀具有良好的效果。
本发明所使用的原料均可以从市场上购买而得,对人体无毒无害,且作用缓和,安全性高,男女老少皆宜。
3、本发明活血化瘀药膳中加入适量盐、花椒和葱花可以进一步提升口感,提高食欲。
4、本发明制备活血化瘀药膳的步骤简单,易于操作。
为表明本发明提供的活血化瘀药膳的治疗效果,本发明对食用所述活血化瘀药膳的63例患者进行了观察。
1、食用方法:每日1次,随早饭同食或熬成粥。
2、禁忌:孕妇出血、辛、辣、海鲜、油腻。
3、疗效判定标准:参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》相关标准规定。
治愈:瘀血症状消失;
显效:瘀血症状明显好转;
有效:瘀血症状有所减缓;
无效:瘀血症状无改善。
4、治疗效果:
食用所述活血化瘀药膳的63例患者中男28例,女35例,年龄15~70岁。食用本发明提供的活血化瘀药膳两个月后,治愈41例,显效12例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为96.8%。大部分瘀血病症轻微的患者在食用一周后,疼痛状态和精神状态都有所缓解,并且逐渐康复。
下面通过例举几个典型病例来进一步具体说明其疗效。
典型病例一:王秀平,男,55岁。症状:近五年内不间断地出现由于跌打损伤等造成瘀血肿块以及关节肿痛等症状。通常食用本发明提供的活血化瘀药膳7天后,普通的瘀血肿块症状就能够治愈,关节肿痛的症状可以有所缓解,触摸的时候不再有疼痛感;食用半个月后,关节肿痛明显好转,淤青消散。
典型病例二:王秀章,男,49岁。症状:2017年被确诊为脑梗,经常出现头痛、头晕、食欲不振、肢体无力等症状,吃过不少治疗脑梗的药物,均无好转。之后开始食用本发明提供的活血化瘀药膳,食用本发明提供的活血化瘀药膳两个月后,开始有好转,头疼等症状开始有所缓解;食用半年后,精神状态明显好转,体力增强;食用一年后,可以正常上班开车。

在实际制作活血化瘀药膳时将各原料的重量份数对应克数。
进一步地,在实际制作中采用1份等于1g的配比制作活血化瘀药膳。
实施例一至实施例三制备活血化瘀药膳的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:
将菜花蛇肉、桃仁、辣木籽仁、桃胶、大米、三七、榛蘑和姜清洗干净备用;
将菜花蛇肉切成粒,加入黄酒搅拌均匀;
将大米泡两个小时;
把姜切成姜末;
(2)提取三七汁和榛蘑汁
将三七用20~50g的水慢火炖1~2个小时,取2.5~9g的浓缩三七汁备用;
将榛蘑用30~60g的水慢火炖1~2个小时,取2.5~9g的浓缩榛蘑汁备用;
(3)熬制:
将提取的三七汁和榛蘑汁放入锅中,加入5~15重量份的水慢火熬开;
加入菜花蛇肉、桃仁、辣木籽仁、桃胶、大米慢火熬制两到三个小时;

本发明在活血化瘀药膳中加入适量盐、花椒和葱花,可以进一步提升口感,提高食欲。
本发明制备活血化瘀药膳的步骤简单,易于操作。
按下述配比称取原料:
实施例一
一种活血化瘀药膳,包括以下原料:菜花蛇28g、桃仁8g、辣木籽仁3g、桃胶14g、大米40g、黄酒6g、三七2g、榛蘑20g、姜8g、橄榄油6份、醋5g。
实施例二
一种活血化瘀药膳,包括以下原料:菜花蛇15g、桃仁10g、辣木籽仁2g、桃胶20g、大米40g、黄酒3g、三七3g、榛蘑10g、姜10g、橄榄油3g、醋8g。
实施例三
一种活血化瘀药膳,包括以下原料:菜花蛇40g、桃仁5g、辣木籽仁5g、桃胶8g、大米40g、黄酒8g、三七2g、榛蘑30g、姜6g、橄榄油10g、醋3g。
本发明中将菜花蛇肉、桃仁、辣木籽仁、桃胶、三七和榛蘑经过合理的配比,共同作为原料制备药膳,制备出的药膳能够改善血液循环质量、疏通血管,活血化瘀效果良好。
本发明中的各原料通过合理配比制备出的活血化瘀药膳口感好,能够促进食欲,具有去风、去寒、去湿、降脂、降压、降糖、止血、补血、养胃、瘦身、护肝、抗血栓、润肠道、消化积食、清热解毒、舒筋活血、清除血管杂质、改善血液循环质量、消除血栓、消除动脉硬化斑块、疏通血管、增强免疫和增强体力的功效,尤其对活血化瘀具有良好的效果。

1.一种活血化瘀药膳,其特征在于:所述活血化瘀药膳主要由以下重量份的原料制成:菜花蛇15~40份、桃仁5~10份、辣木籽仁2~5份、桃胶8~20份、大米40份、黄酒3~8份、三七2~3份、榛蘑10~30份、姜6~10份、橄榄油3~10份、醋3~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活血化瘀药膳,其特征在于:其中各原料的重量份为:菜花蛇28份、桃仁8份、辣木籽仁3份、桃胶14份、大米40份、黄酒6份、三七2份、榛蘑20份、姜8份、橄榄油6份、醋5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种活血化瘀药膳,其特征在于:所述活血化瘀药膳还包括:适量盐、花椒和葱花。
4.一种活血化瘀药膳的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)原料预处理:
将菜花蛇肉、桃仁、辣木籽仁、桃胶、大米、三七、榛蘑和姜清洗干净备用;
将菜花蛇肉切成粒,加入黄酒搅拌均匀;
将大米泡两个小时;
把姜切成姜末;
(2)提取三七汁和榛蘑汁
将三七用20~50重量份的水慢火炖1~2个小时,取2.5~9重量份的浓缩三七汁备用;
将榛蘑用30~60重量份的水慢火炖1~2个小时,取2.5~9重量份的浓缩榛蘑汁备用;
(3)熬制:
将提取的三七汁和榛蘑汁放入锅中,加入5~15重量份的水慢火熬开;
