本发明公开了一种芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品及其制备方法。芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,由以下重量份的原料制备而成,黑芝麻2‑8份,核桃2‑7份,阿胶2‑8份,黄酒0.5‑6份,糖1‑7份,水12‑50份。其制备方法为,a、将黑芝麻清洗,烘干,炒香,得A品;b、将核桃清洗、烘干、放凉,去包衣,得B品;c、将阿胶粉碎,加黄酒密封浸泡,加糖和水,加热烊化熬至膏状,得C品;d、取A品和B品,加入剩余水过胶体磨粉碎、过筛、分离、去滤渣,加入C品,研磨,均质,灌装,封口,灭菌,得成品。本发明具有滋补效果,对于体质偏热性者、脾胃虚弱者亦适宜食用,本发明无腥气,制作工艺简单,具有互补增益的美容养颜效果,无调味剂和防腐剂的危害。

背景技术
阿胶为马科动物驴的皮去毛后熬制而成的胶块,对于各种原因引起的血虚证,出血症以及肺阴虚燥咳,咽喉干咳,痰中带血,热病伤阴引起的心烦失眠等都是有非常好的效果。阿胶的应用迄今已有3000年的历史,在很多古医书中都有其记载。近年来随着生活节奏加快,工作压力变大,人们越来越注重健康及养生,阿胶也成为大众首先选择的产品。但是对于体质偏热性者,单独食用之后可能会引起上火,便秘等症状。阿胶性质粘腻,容易阻碍消化道,脾胃虚弱者也不宜单独食用。古往今来阿胶的食用方式不多:单独水煎吃腥气重;阿胶膏的传统制作能改善口感但是对熬膏师傅的经验要求高;另外阿胶膏片在高温下不宜保存。近年来出现的阿胶类饮料大多不以阿胶为主,其加入的阿胶量较少,食用后并不能达到阿胶所能起到的效果,且添加了很多调味剂和食品添加剂、防腐剂等,长久食用对人体有害。因此,阿胶不适宜体质偏热性者、脾胃虚弱者单独食用;单独食用时,水煎服用腥气重,熬膏食用则对熬制经验要求较高,且阿胶膏片在高温下不宜保存。而现有的阿胶饮料大多含阿胶量较少,食用后不能达到阿胶的滋补效果,其添加的调味剂和防腐剂使得长久食用对人体有害。

本发明的目的,在于提供了一种芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品及其制备方法。本发明具有滋补效果,对于体质偏热性者、脾胃虚弱者亦适宜食用,本发明无腥气,制作工艺简单,具有互补增益的美容养颜效果,无调味剂和防腐剂的危害。
本发明的技术方案:一种芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,由以下重量份的原料制备而成,黑芝麻2-8份,核桃2-7份,阿胶2-8份,黄酒1-6份,糖1-7份,水12-50份。

d、取A品和B品,加入剩余的水过胶体磨粉碎至无粗颗粒,过60-80目筛,浆渣分离,去除滤渣,加入C品,继续过胶体磨,充分研磨,均质,灌装,封口,灭菌,得成品。

与现有技术比较,本发明将阿胶制成饮品,加入黑芝麻、核桃去除阿胶的粘腻,按本发明中重量份配方制得的饮品,具有滋补功能的同时,还可补肝肾、润五脏、益气力、润肠通便,长期食用不会引起上火便秘,对于体质偏热性者、脾胃虚弱者亦适宜食用。本发明的阿胶通过补血而滋润皮肤,且阿胶中含有的明胶原、骨胶原、蛋白质以及多种微量元素、氨基酸,可抗衰老、乌发、延年益寿;黑芝麻中丰富的胱氨酸和维生素可改善肌肤的弹性并增加皮脂的分泌,保持肌肤细腻光滑,具有滋补功能可快速补充体力;核桃仁中丰富的维生素B、维生素E和亚油酸可防止细胞老化、增强记忆力、延缓衰老。本发明中阿胶、黑芝麻和核桃之间互补增益,比单独食用三者的功效更佳,具有更好的美容养颜效果。按本发明工艺制得的饮品,去除了阿胶的腥气。本发明具有滋补效果,对于体质偏热性者、脾胃虚弱者亦适宜食用,本发明无腥气,制作工艺简单,具有互补增益的美容养颜效果,无调味剂和防腐剂的危害。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。一种芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,由以下重量份的原料制备而成,黑芝麻2份,核桃2份,阿胶2份,黄酒1份,糖1份,水12份。
所述糖为冰糖。
所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
a、将黑芝麻除去泥土砂石,加水清洗,烘干,炒香,放凉,得A品;
b、选外观端正、果面光滑、果仁饱满味香的薄皮核桃,将核桃去壳、清洗、沥干、铺平后放入烘箱于145℃下烘60min、放凉,去除包衣,得B品;
c、选表面平整、无油气孔、质硬而脆、断面光亮细腻、碎片对光呈棕色半透明状的阿胶,将阿胶粉碎,加入黄酒,密封浸泡24h,加入糖和适量水,加热烊化,文火熬至膏状,得C品;
d、取A品和B品,加入剩余的水过胶体磨粉碎至无粗颗粒,所述水:A品:B品的质量比为5:1:1,过60目筛,浆渣分离,去除滤渣,加入C品,继续过胶体磨,充分研磨,于70℃下,30MPa下均质两次,灌装,封口,于120℃下水浴40min灭菌,得成品。
实施例2。一种芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,由以下重量份的原料制备而成,黑芝麻8份,核桃7份,阿胶8份,黄酒6份,糖7份,水50份。
所述糖为白砂糖。
所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
a、将黑芝麻除去泥土砂石,加水清洗,烘干,炒香,放凉,得A品;
b、选外观整齐端正、果面光滑、果仁饱满味香的薄皮核桃,将核桃清洗、沥干、铺平放入烘箱于160℃下烘40min、放凉,去除包衣,得B品;
c、选表面平整、无油气孔、质硬而脆、断面光亮细腻、碎片对光呈棕色半透明状的阿胶,将阿胶粉碎,加入黄酒,密封浸泡36h,加入糖和10份水,加热烊化,文火熬至膏状,得C品;
d、取A品和B品,加入剩余的水过胶体磨粉碎至无粗颗粒,过80目筛,浆渣分离,去除滤渣,加入C品,继续过胶体磨,充分研磨,于80℃下、40MPa下均质两次,灌装,封口,于125℃下水浴20min灭菌,得成品。
实施例3。一种芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,由以下重量份的原料制备而成,黑芝麻4份,核桃4份,阿胶4.5份,黄酒3份,糖4份,水25份。
所述糖为木糖醇。
所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
a、将黑芝麻除去泥土砂石,加水清洗,烘干,炒香,放凉,得A品;
b、选外观整齐端正、果面光滑、果仁饱满味香的薄皮核桃,将核桃去壳、清洗、沥干、铺平后于153℃下烘50min、放凉,去除包衣,得B品;
c、选表面平整、无油气孔、质硬而脆、断面光亮细腻、碎片对光呈棕色半透明状的阿胶,将阿胶粉碎,加入黄酒,密封浸泡24h,加入糖和适量水,加热烊化,文火熬至膏状,得C品;
d、取A品和B品,加入剩余的水过胶体磨粉碎至无粗颗粒,所述水:A品:B品的质量比为5:1:1,过70目筛,浆渣分离,去除滤渣,加入C品,继续过胶体磨,充分研磨,于75℃、35MPa下均质两次,灌装,封口,于125℃下水浴30min灭菌,得成品。
实施例4。一种芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,由以下重量份的原料制备而成,黑芝麻4份,核桃4份,阿胶4份,黄酒4份,糖4份,水25份。
所述糖为木糖醇。
所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
a、将黑芝麻除去泥土砂石,加水清洗,烘干,炒香,放凉,得A品;
b、选外观整齐端正、果面光滑、果仁饱满味香的薄皮核桃,将核桃去壳、清洗、沥干、铺平后于153℃下烘50min、放凉,去除包衣,得B品;
c、选表面平整、无油气孔、质硬而脆、断面光亮细腻、碎片对光呈棕色半透明状的阿胶,将阿胶粉碎,加入黄酒,密封浸泡24h,加入糖和适量水,加热烊化,文火熬至膏状,得C品;
d、取A品和B品,加入剩余的水过胶体磨粉碎至无粗颗粒,所述水:A品:B品的质量比为5:1:1,过70目筛,浆渣分离,去除滤渣,加入C品,继续过胶体磨,充分研磨,于75℃、35MPa下均质两次,灌装,封口,于125℃下水浴30min灭菌,得成品。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制备而成,黑芝麻2-8份,核桃2-7份,阿胶2-8份,黄酒1-6份,糖1-7份,水12-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制备而成,黑芝麻3-6份,核桃3-5份,阿胶3-6份,黄酒2-5份,糖2-5份,水15-45份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制备而成,黑芝麻4份,核桃4份,阿胶4.5份,黄酒3份,糖4份,水25份。
4.根据要求1或2所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,其特征在于:所述阿胶:芝麻:核桃:黄酒:糖的重量比为1:1:1:1:1。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品,其特征在于:所述糖为冰糖、白砂糖或木糖醇。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一权利要求所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
a、将黑芝麻除去泥土砂石,加水清洗,烘干,炒香,放凉,得A品;
b、将核桃去壳、清洗、沥干、烘干、放凉,去除包衣,得B品;
c、将阿胶粉碎,加入黄酒,密封浸泡24-36h,加入糖和适量水,加热烊化,文火熬至膏状,得C品;
d、取A品和B品,加入剩余的水过胶体磨粉碎至无粗颗粒,过60-80目筛,浆渣分离,去除滤渣,加入C品,继续过胶体磨,充分研磨,均质,灌装,封口,灭菌,得成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤b为,将核桃去壳、清洗、沥干、铺平后于145-160℃下烘40-60min、放凉,去除包衣,得B品。
8.根据权利要求6所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中,所述水:A品:B品的质量比为5:1:1。
9.根据权利要求8所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中,所述均质为于70-80℃下,30-40MPa下均质两次。
10.根据权利要求9所述的芝麻核桃阿胶膏饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中,所述灭菌为于120-125℃下水浴20-40min灭菌。
