Description

Plant source preparation for preventing and treating tree diseases and insect pests through trunk injection and systemic absorption and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an insecticidal and bactericidal botanical preparation, in particular to a botanical preparation for preventing and treating tree diseases and insect pests through injection and systemic absorption and a preparation and using method thereof.
Background
The tree diseases and insect pests are smokeless forest fires, the ecological safety, economy and social development of the earth are seriously threatened, and along with the continuous enlargement of the area of the forest fruits and the development of logistics, the damage of the tree diseases and insect pests is gradually serious and the loss is remarkable. At present, the major pest control mainly adopts a chemical spraying control method, which can rapidly control the occurrence and development of pests and diseases, but also brings the defects of pesticide residue on fruits, environmental pollution, natural enemy killing, pest resistance increase and the like. Particularly, urban garden trees are miscellaneous in species, distributed and high in height, and the pest control is implemented by spraying, so that the pest control is not only influenced by a plurality of factors such as weather, tree species and pest distribution, but also environmental pollution is caused by spraying chemical pesticides on streets with dense population on a large scale.

When the faint scent walnuts have blister canker, punching and inserting medicine bottles, selecting 100 faint scent walnuts in each treatment, and investigating disease rate and disease condition index before bottle insertion (the number of 1-grade disease spots is 0; the transverse length of 2-grade disease spots accounts for 1/5 of the circumference of a trunk, the transverse length of 3-grade disease spots accounts for 1/5-3/5 of the circumference of the trunk, the transverse length of 4-grade disease spots accounts for 3/5 of the circumference of the trunk, and 5-grade disease spots are diseased trees). The medicament treatment comprises 5 treatments of 500ug/ml of plant source preparation (obtained in the example) for preventing and treating tree diseases and insect pests injected into the trunk, 300ug/ml of plant source preparation for preventing and treating tree diseases and insect pests injected into the trunk, 100ug/ml of plant source preparation for preventing and treating tree diseases and insect pests injected into the trunk, 300ug/ml of 50% carbendazim wettable powder (produced by Sichuan national photo-agriculture chemical Co., Ltd.), clear water control and the like, wherein each treatment is repeated for 3 times and is arranged randomly. After 20 days of bottle insertion, the incidence of blister ulcer is investigated, and the disease strain rate and the disease infection index of 60 branches are randomly investigated for each treatment. The results are shown in Table two and Table three.
As can be seen from the third table, the plant source preparations which are injected into the trunk and absorbed for preventing and treating the tree diseases and insect pests have better prevention and treatment effects on the faint scent walnut blister canker at the use concentrations of 300ug/ml and 500ug/ml, and the plant disease rate is relatively reduced as follows: 80.42%, 84.61%; the relative reduction rates of the susceptibility indexes are respectively as follows: 84.35 percent and 84.68 percent, which are higher than 300ug/ml of contrast 50 percent carbendazim wettable powder, the disease strain rate is relatively reduced, the disease index is relatively reduced, and the control effects are 61.32 percent and 62.69 percent; the plant source preparation for preventing and treating tree diseases and insect pests through injection and systemic absorption has relatively poor prevention and treatment effect with the use concentration of 100 ug/ml. Comprehensive analysis shows that the plant source preparation for preventing and treating tree diseases and insect pests through injection and suction in the trunk has the use concentrations of 500ug/ml and 300ug/ml, has good prevention and treatment effects, has no difference in the falling time of disease spots after prevention and treatment, has good sterilization effect at the use concentration of 300ug/ml compared with the cost, and is economic.
