Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant cultivation, in particular to a method for inhibiting citrus yellow dragon disease in citrus cultivation.
Background
The yellow dragon disease pathogen is transmitted by Diaphorina citri, and can occur all the year round, and symptoms can appear in spring, summer and autumn, and the symptoms are most obvious in autumn and winter. The leaves had three types of yellowing, namely mottled yellowing, homogeneous yellowing and anaplastic yellowing. The leaves turn green and then fade locally to form mottled yellowing, the mottled position and shape are very irregular, the mottled position and shape are vaporific, no clear boundary exists, most mottled origin is derived from veins, basal parts or edges, and the mottled position and shape are more accurate judgment symptoms; even yellowing occurs more in autumn after the temperature partially falls back, the newly-grown autumn leaves are not turned green slightly in late autumn, even yellowing is gradually formed, and the even yellowing occurs more at the periphery of the crown, the sunny place and the top, so that the symptom is accurately judged. The element-deficiency yellowing is not true element deficiency, is caused by partial rot of roots caused by the yellow dragon disease, reduces fertilizer absorbing capacity, causes element deficiency of leaves, is mainly similar to zinc deficiency and manganese deficiency symptoms, and is an auxiliary symptom for identifying the yellow dragon disease.
At present, the prevention of diaphorina citri by cutting down yellow dragon disease trees and chemical pesticides and the cultivation of non-toxic seedlings are main prevention and control measures for controlling the occurrence of yellow dragon disease. For example, patent document CN108617696A describes a composite microbial agent for citrus yellow dragon disease, which is prepared by compounding (1.5-2.5): (2.5-3.5): (3-5): (0.5-1.5) by mass ratio of bacillus thuringiensis, beauveria bassiana, trichoderma harzianum and actinomyces fraxinus. Patent document CN106857141A describes a method for preventing and treating citrus yellow dragon disease, which comprises the steps of regulating soil acidity by quicklime, using organic biological bacterial fertilizer in a matching way, improving soil structure and quality, further promoting root system activity of citrus plants by means of biological bacteria and plant immunity inducer, improving disease resistance of citrus plants, thereby preventing and treating citrus yellow dragon disease efficiently and greenly, and promoting healthy growth of citrus plants. Patent document CN110839456a discloses a method for ecologically preventing and treating citrus yellow dragon disease by using a compound microorganism agent, wherein a compound microorganism agent A (comprising a liquid beauveria bassiana agent, a liquid green muscardine fungus agent, a liquid bacillus subtilis fungus agent, a liquid bacillus licheniformis fungus agent and a liquid bacillus thuringiensis fungus agent) and a compound microorganism agent B (comprising a liquid trichoderma viride agent, a liquid lilac paecilomyces agent, a liquid bacillus subtilis fungus agent, a liquid bacillus licheniformis fungus agent and a liquid bacillus thuringiensis fungus agent) are adopted to form the compound microorganism agent for preventing and treating citrus yellow dragon disease. However, the existing methods have some disadvantages: although the complex microorganism solutions of CN108617696a and CN110839456a have a balance effect on microorganisms in soil, there is still the possibility of pathogenicity, outbreak and infection of harmful bacteria such as gram negative bacteria that cause yellow dragon disease due to lack of a step of sterilizing microorganisms; in the patent document CN106857141A, quicklime is used for preventing and treating yellow dragon disease, and the quicklime generates heat when meeting water to kill microorganisms only on the surface of the ground, so that the quicklime is difficult to penetrate into soil; in CN107372667A, a composite traditional Chinese medicine reagent is sprayed on the surface of a citrus tree to prevent and treat the yellow dragon disease, the method cannot go deep into soil to control soil microorganisms, and a solution for controlling germs on the whole tree through plant root system absorption is lacking, so that the possibility of pathogenicity or outbreak of germs in the soil, root systems and even trunks is continued.

A. filling potassium permanganate solution into soil for citrus growth:
a1, preparing 0.1% potassium permanganate solution;
a2, 8 symmetrical points are selected in the circumference with the root of the trunk as the center and the radius being one half of the width of the crown, a root filling gun is inserted into each point and 40 centimeters deep from the ground to fill the root with the potassium permanganate solution, and each point is filled with 2 jin of potassium permanganate solution.
B. After the above steps are completed for about 5 days, applying a complex microorganism solution and an astragalus solution to the root soil:
b1, 1 kg of water is mixed with 10 g of bacillus subtilis (the effective content is 1000 hundred million/g), 20 g of bacillus licheniformis (the effective content is 1000 hundred million/g) and 20 g of trichoderma harzianum (the effective content is 10 hundred million/g) to prepare a compound microorganism solution, and the compound microorganism solution is uniformly dissolved and mixed;
b2, diluting the compound microorganism solution by 100 times;
b3, soaking and slicing 1 kg of astragalus with 100 kg of clear water, boiling for 2-3 hours, and taking out the astragalus, wherein the left astragalus is astragalus extract;
b4, mixing the compound microorganism solution and the astragalus solution according to the mass ratio of 1:1 to form a mixed solution;
and B5, inserting a root filling gun into the point positions in the step A2 to fill the mixed solution into roots, and filling 5 jin of each point position.
C. After five days, root irrigation of the compound microorganism solution and the astragalus solution is carried out again to consolidate the soil protection effect, and simultaneously, leaf surface spraying of the compound microorganism solution is carried out:
1, preparing a compound microorganism solution by mixing 1 kg of water into 10 g of bacillus subtilis (the effective content is 1000 hundred million/g), 20 g of bacillus licheniformis (the effective content is 1000 hundred million/g) and 20 g of trichoderma harzianum (the effective content is 10 hundred million/g), and uniformly dissolving and stirring;
c2, diluting the compound microorganism solution by 100 times;
c3, soaking and slicing 1 kg of astragalus with 100 kg of clear water, boiling for 2-3 hours, and taking out the astragalus, wherein the left astragalus is astragalus extract;
c4, mixing the compound microorganism solution and the astragalus solution according to the mass ratio of 1:1 to form a mixed solution;
and C5, inserting a root filling gun into the point positions in the step A2 to fill the mixed solution into roots, and filling 5 jin of each point position.
And C6, spraying the microbial solution of the whole tree, wherein each tree is sprayed with 10 jin.
D. After five days, the foliar spray of the composite microbial solution was again performed:
1, preparing a composite microorganism solution by mixing 1 kg of water into 10 g of bacillus subtilis (the effective content is 1000 hundred million/g), 20 g of bacillus licheniformis (the effective content is 1000 hundred million/g) and 20 g of trichoderma harzianum (the effective content is 10 hundred million/g), and uniformly dissolving and stirring;
d2, diluting the compound microorganism solution by 100 times;
and D3, spraying the whole tree, wherein each tree is sprayed with 10 jin.
E. Step D was repeated 2 times every 1 week.
