S4:浸泡,将杀菌后的原料置于水中浸泡,水温控制在35~38℃之间;
S5:磨浆,将浸泡后的原料置于磨浆机中磨浆,至完全形成浆体;
S6:后处理,将浆体依次进行过滤、均质、冷却、干燥处理后得到产品。
优选地:所述S6步骤中,干燥处理采用喷雾干燥工艺,进风温度控制在140~155℃,出风温度控制在78~92℃,雾化度72~76%;并在干燥完成后进行冷却过筛,过筛采用120目过筛机。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明的蛋白粉,区别于一般的蛋白粉配方,由于添加了褪黑素作为原料之一,因此,在为人体补充优质蛋白质的同时,还具备美白皮肤的功效。

3.本发明的蛋白粉通过添加泛酸钙、镁、锌、大豆卵磷脂等,能够更全面的为人体补充营养物质,进一步提升了产品的质量。
4.本发明的蛋白粉的制备工艺,利用紫外线杀菌技术,区别于高温杀菌,更够更好的保存蛋白粉中活性物质的活性,从而保障了产品的功效性。

实施例1:
一种大麻二酚与褪黑素的助服蛋白粉配方,其成分按重量份计,包括大麻二酚15份、褪黑素2份、火麻仁蛋白粉320份、维生素8份、泛酸钙1份、镁0.5份、锌0.5份、大豆卵磷脂50份。
所述维生素成分具体包括维生素A、维生素B和维生素C,所述维生素A、维生素B和维生素C的质量比为1.5:1.5:5。
所述大麻二酚的纯度为95%,大麻二酚、褪黑素、火麻仁蛋白粉、维生素和泛酸钙的纯度均为99%,大豆卵磷脂纯度为50%。
实施例2:
一种大麻二酚与褪黑素的助服蛋白粉配方,其成分按重量份计,包括大麻二酚12~17份、褪黑素1.5~2.5份、火麻仁蛋白粉300~350份、维生素7~9份、泛酸钙0.8~1.3份、镁0.4~0.7份、锌0.4~0.7份、大豆卵磷脂45~56份。
所述维生素成分具体包括维生素A、维生素B和维生素C,所述维生素A、维生素B和维生素C的质量比为1.5:1.5:5。
所述大麻二酚的纯度为92~97%,大麻二酚、褪黑素、火麻仁蛋白粉、维生素和泛酸钙的纯度均为98%~99%,大豆卵磷脂纯度为45~52%。
实施例3:
一种大麻二酚与褪黑素的助服蛋白粉制备工艺,依次包括下列步骤:
S1:称重,取蛋白粉配方中各成分原料按重量比称重备用;
S2:混合,将蛋白粉配方中各成分原料置于混合机混合15min;
S3:杀菌,将混合后的原料通过紫外线照射杀菌10min,期间对原料进行搅拌和二次混合;
S4:浸泡,将杀菌后的原料置于水中浸泡,水温控制在25~40℃之间;
S5:磨浆,将浸泡后的原料置于磨浆机中磨浆,至完全形成浆体;
S6:后处理,将浆体依次进行过滤、均质、冷却、干燥处理后得到产品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大麻二酚与褪黑素的助服蛋白粉配方,其特征在于,所述维生素成分具体包括维生素A、维生素B和维生素C,所述维生素A、维生素B和维生素C的质量比为1.5:1.5:5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种大麻二酚与褪黑素的助服蛋白粉配方,其特征在于,所述大麻二酚的纯度为95%,大麻二酚、褪黑素、火麻仁蛋白粉、维生素和泛酸钙的纯度均为99%,大豆卵磷脂纯度为50%。
4.一种大麻二酚与褪黑素的助服蛋白粉配方,其特征在于,其成分按重量份计,包括大麻二酚12~17份、褪黑素1.5~2.5份、火麻仁蛋白粉300~350份、维生素7~9份、泛酸钙0.8~1.3份、镁0.4~0.7份、锌0.4~0.7份、大豆卵磷脂45~56份。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种大麻二酚与褪黑素的助服蛋白粉配方,其特征在于,所述大麻二酚的纯度为92~97%,大麻二酚、褪黑素、火麻仁蛋白粉、维生素和泛酸钙的纯度均为98%~99%,大豆卵磷脂纯度为45~52%。
7.一种大麻二酚与褪黑素的助服蛋白粉的制备工艺,其特征在于,依次包括下列步骤:
