Abstract
本发明公开了一种调节女性生理机能的素肉<b>及其生产方法</b>,由下述重量份的原料组成:黑豆15-25、白扁豆5-15、发芽豌豆5-15、发芽白花生15-25、黑米5-15、白芝麻5-15、核桃5-15、银耳5-15。将黑豆、白扁豆去皮;将豌豆、白花生分别置于纯水中进行发芽处理,温度在24-26℃当芽长在0.4-0.6cm左右时取出洗净,分别进行磨浆处理;将黑豆、白扁豆、黑米、白芝麻、核桃仁、银耳分别入水清洗并去除上浮物,然后再分别置于离心脱水机中进行脱水处理,再经微波烘干机温度在45-55℃,烘至原料含水量在12-14%,有一定脆性即磨成300-350μm的粉末;按上述各原料的配比混合均匀后挤压膨化,整型切割得成品。本发明营养均衡、香味浓郁酷似动物肉,能调节女性生理机能。

本发明属于食品技术领域,具体来说涉及一种调节女性生理机能的素肉,同时还涉及该调节女性生理机能的素肉的生产方法。
背景技术
近年来,生活水平不断提高,很多女性因只注重吃得好或缺乏健康饮食常识,忽视了科学饮食的重要性,导致营养失衡。加之超负荷工作、缺乏适当锻炼、身体素质下降、环境污染、盲目减肥、抽烟喝酒、浓妆艳抹等给女性健康带来严重影响。

一种调节女性生理机能的素肉的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)去除不饱满、不成熟、霉变的原料,并将黑豆、白扁豆去皮;
(2)将豌豆、白花生分别置于纯水中进行发芽处理,温度在24-26℃当芽长在0.4-0.6cm左右时取出洗净,得发芽豌豆、发芽白花生备用;
(3)将黑豆、白扁豆、黑米、白芝麻、核桃仁、银耳分别入水清洗并去除上浮物,然后再分别置于离心脱水机中进行脱水处理,再经微波烘干机温度在45-55℃,烘至原料含水量在12-14%,有一定脆性即磨成300-350μm的粉末,再将发芽豌豆、发芽白花生分别进行磨浆处理;
(4)按上述各原料的配比混合均匀后挤压膨化,整型切割得成品。

(2)将豌豆、白花生分别置于纯水中进行发芽处理,温度在26℃当芽长在0.4cm时取出洗净,得发芽豌豆、发芽白花生备用;
(3)将黑豆、白扁豆、黑米、白芝麻、核桃仁、银耳分别入水清洗并去除上浮物,然后再分别置于离心脱水机中进行脱水处理,再经微波烘干机温度在45℃,烘至原料含水量在14%,有一定脆性即磨成300μm的粉末,再将发芽豌豆、发芽白花生分别进行磨浆处理;
(4)按上述各原料混合均匀后挤压膨化,整型切割得成品。
实施例2
一种调节女性生理机能的素肉的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取黑豆20kg、白扁豆10kg、发芽豌豆15kg、发芽白花生20kg、黑米10kg、白芝麻10kg、核桃10kg、银耳10kg,去除不饱满、不成熟、霉变的原料,并将黑豆、白扁豆去皮;
(2)将豌豆、白花生分别置于纯水中进行发芽处理,温度在25℃当芽长在0.5cm时取出洗净,得发芽豌豆、发芽白花生备用;
(3)将黑豆、白扁豆、黑米、白芝麻、核桃仁、银耳分别入水清洗并去除上浮物,然后再分别置于离心脱水机中进行脱水处理,再经微波烘干机温度在50℃,烘至原料含水量在13%,有一定脆性即磨成325μm的粉末,再将发芽豌豆、发芽白花生分别进行磨浆处理;
(4)按上述各原料混合均匀后挤压膨化,整型切割得成品。
实施例3
一种调节女性生理机能的素肉的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取黑豆25kg、白扁豆5kg、发芽豌豆15kg、发芽白花生15kg、黑米15kg、白芝麻5kg、核桃15kg、银耳5kg,去除不饱满、不成熟、霉变的原料,并将黑豆、白扁豆去皮;
(2)将豌豆、白花生分别置于纯水中进行发芽处理,温度在24℃当芽长在0.6cm时取出洗净,得发芽豌豆、发芽白花生备用;
(3)将黑豆、白扁豆、黑米、白芝麻、核桃仁、银耳分别入水清洗并去除上浮物,然后再分别置于离心脱水机中进行脱水处理,再经微波烘干机温度在55℃,烘至原料含水量在12%,有一定脆性即磨成350μm的粉末,再将发芽豌豆、发芽白花生分别进行磨浆处理;
(4)按上述各原料混合均匀后挤压膨化,整型切割得成品。

Claims (3)
1.一种调节女性生理机能的素肉,由下述重量份的原料组成:
黑豆15-25、白扁豆5-15、发芽豌豆5-15、发芽白花生15-25、黑米5-15、白芝麻5-15、核桃5-15、银耳5-15。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种调节女性生理机能的素肉,由下述重量份的原料组成:黑豆20、白扁豆10、发芽豌豆10、发芽白花生20、黑米10、白芝麻10、核桃10、银耳10。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种调节女性生理机能的素肉的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)去除不饱满、不成熟、霉变的原料,并将黑豆、白扁豆去皮;
(2)将豌豆、白花生分别置于纯水中进行发芽处理,温度在24-26℃当芽长在0.4-0.6cm时取出洗净,得发芽豌豆、发芽白花生备用;
(3)将黑豆、白扁豆、黑米、白芝麻、核桃仁、银耳分别入水清洗并去除上浮物,然后再分别置于离心脱水机中进行脱水处理,再经微波烘干机温度在45-55℃,烘至原料含水量在12-14%,有一定脆性即磨成300-350μm的粉末,再将发芽豌豆、发芽白花生分别进行磨浆处理;
(4)按上述各原料的配比混合均匀后挤压膨化,整型切割得成品。
