1.技术领域
本发明涉及具有保健滋补作用的一种枣茸含片及其制备方法。
2.技术背景
红枣营养保健价值高,是果品中的“补品王”,早在古代中国的农书和医书中,就已有了十分精辟的阐述。《齐民要术》中所论的42种果品中,红枣位居榜首。现代科学证实,红枣干品富含诸多营养保健成分。枣果中含16种氨基酸,其中有8种人体不能合成的必需氨基酸,幼儿体内不能合成的两种氨基酸,即精氨酸和组氨酸。红枣含有丰富的维生素A、维生素C、维生素B2等多种维生素。红枣的维生素C含量居百果之冠,比苹果、桃子高80-90倍,比梨高140倍左右,被誉为天然维生素C。红枣中含有的环磷酸腺苷有扩张血管的作用,可改善心肌的营养状况,增强心肌收缩力,有利于心脏的正常活动。另外,红枣还具有不少新的保健功能:抗过敏、抗癌、扩肝、缓和药性、康复人体等等。
鹿茸为传统滋补之上晶,其性温、味甘咸,能壮肾阳、益精血、强精骨;目前,人们在用鹿茸滋补身体时,主要采用白酒浸泡、加水煎煮或咀嚼吞服等服用方法;其中用白酒浸泡的服用方法的缺陷是白酒只能浸出马鹿茸中可溶于白酒的营养成份,且浸出率低:用加水煎煮的服用方法的缺陷是煎煮时的高温会破坏鹿茸中不耐高温的营养成份,造成营养成份的损失,并且由于鹿茸腥味较重,口感差,上述常见服用方法会使服用人产生如同服药的感觉,很不舒服,使得服用人不愿意服用。

本发明的目的在于提供一种保健品及其制备方法,将红枣和鹿茸的保健作用良好结合,优化制造工艺,适用于各种枣类、鹿茸及其深加工,同时符合现代快节奏的生活方式,服用和携带方便。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种枣茸含片及其制备方法,所述的含片是由包括下述原料混合均匀后制成的含服片剂(以重量计):红枣粉30-50%、鹿茸粉20-30%、麦芽糊精8-12%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-10%、聚乙二醇1-3%、葡萄糖5-10%、蛋白糖2-5%、柠檬酸1-2%和枣香精0.2-0.5%。
