本发明涉及一种食用调和油及其制备方法,该食用调和油含有红花籽油、水飞蓟籽油、沙棘油和DHA藻油,该制备方法分别采用超临界二氧化碳和无水乙醇作为萃取剂,在一定压力和温度下萃取红花籽油、水飞蓟籽油、沙棘油和DHA藻油,按照一定重量比混合后,经脱酸、脱色、脱臭、调合得食用调和油。依照该方法所得食用调和油,富含亚油酸、水飞蓟素、黄酮、DHA、维生素A等多种营养成分,营养结构合理,利于人体吸收,且整个生产过程均在低温下进行,油脂营养成分不会受到破坏,出油率与常规方法相比提高了约27%,油脂品相好,可以形成规模化生产,一次性固定资产投入少,环保节能,可最大限度保留油脂中的有益成分,安全健康营养,老少皆宜。

背景技术
食用油脂是人类生活中必不可少的营养物质,是提供生命活动中所需能量的重要来源。众所周知,红花籽油中亚油酸含量高达78%~85%,亚油酸是唯一的一种人体必需而自身又不能体内自行合成的脂肪酸,可降低胆固醇,有效预防高血脂,动脉硬化和冠心病等。水飞蓟油中含有大量的水飞蓟素,能稳定肝细胞膜,维持肝细胞之完整性,使毒素无法穿透破坏肝脏,并能加速合成肝脏细胞的DNA,可预防肝硬化、脂肪肝、胆管炎、牛皮癣等症,同时具有肝癌、前列腺癌、乳癌及子宫颈癌细胞的生长及分化抑制作用,是目前世界上所发现最具肝疾病疗效的类黄酮。沙棘籽油含有维生素类、黄酮类、脂肪酸、氨基酸及其它微量元素等200多种生物活性物质,能够有效调节新陈代谢,提高机体免疫力,及时清除体内有毒物质,对心脑血管系统、消化系统、新陈代谢及免疫系统、呼吸系统、肝脏等疾病有积极的防治作用,并可以起到抗肿瘤、抗炎生肌、促进组织再生、抗衰老、美容护肤、健脑益智、促进儿童生长发育的功能。DHA俗称脑黄金,属于ω-3不饱和脂肪酸,DHA是神经系统细胞生长及维持的一种主要成分,是大脑和视网膜的重要构成成分,对胎婴儿智力和视力发育,及预防老年痴呆至关重要。目前,单纯油脂的营养成分单一以及普通调和油的营养健康成分不足,已不能满足人们对营养保健功能的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中所存在的问题,提出一种食用调和油及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种食用调和油,按重量百分比计,所述食用调和油含有红花籽油68~80%,水飞蓟籽油16~23%,沙棘油3~8%,DHA藻油1%。
一种食用调和油的制备方法,是通过下述步骤实现的:步骤(1)将红花籽粉碎至粒度为0.35~0.45mm,将粉碎后的红花籽置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为22~26MPa,温度为40~55℃的条件下进行萃取,制得红花籽油;步骤(2)将水飞蓟籽粉碎至粒度为0.1~0.25mm,在温度为40~70℃下,用6~10倍的无水乙醇进行提取,制得水飞蓟籽油;步骤(3)将沙棘籽粉碎至粒度为0.3~0.4mm,将粉碎后的沙棘籽置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为28~35MPa,温度为40~45℃的条件下进行萃取,制得沙棘籽油;步骤(4)将微藻通过生物发酵及分离,得干燥菌体,将所述干燥菌体置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为15MPa~20MPa,温度为35℃~60℃的条件下进行萃取,制得DHA藻油;步骤(5)将步骤(1)中所得红花籽油、步骤(2)中所得水飞蓟籽油、步骤(3)中所得沙棘籽油和步骤(4)中所得DHA藻油按照所需重量比加入混合罐中,在常温的条件下,往混合罐中充入氮气,混合罐内压力保持在0.05~0.2MPa,搅拌60~150min,转速为25~60r/min,混合均匀,经脱酸、脱色、脱臭、调合制得食用调和油。
依照该制备方法所得食用调和油,含有红花籽油,富含亚油酸,可降低胆固醇,防治动脉硬化等;含有水飞蓟油,为水飞蓟素的主要来源,是最具肝疾疗效的类黄酮,可预防和治疗多种肝类疾病;含有沙棘油,含有黄酮、维生素A、维生素C、胡萝卜素等200多种生物活性物质,对心脑血管系统、消化系统、新陈代谢及免疫系统、呼吸系统、肝脏等疾病有积极的防治作用;含有DHA藻油,可促进儿童生长发育,预防老年痴呆等多种功效。本发明的食用调和油的制备,营养成分结构合理,利于人体吸收,且整个生产过程均在低温下进行,油脂营养成分不会受到破坏,出油率高,油脂品相好,可以形成规模化生产,一次性固定资产投入少,生产成本低,环保节能,可最大限度保留油脂中的有益成分,安全健康营养,老少皆宜。

一种食用调和油的制备方法,所述制备方法按以下步骤进行:步骤(1)将红花籽粉碎至粒度为0.35mm,将粉碎后的红花籽置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为22MPa,温度为40℃的条件下进行萃取,制得红花籽油;步骤(2)将水飞蓟籽粉碎至粒度为0.1mm,在温度为40℃下,用6倍的无水乙醇进行提取,制得水飞蓟籽油;步骤(3)将沙棘籽粉碎至粒度为0.3mm,将粉碎后的沙棘籽置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为28MPa,温度为40℃的条件下进行萃取,制得沙棘籽油;步骤(4)将微藻通过生物发酵及分离,得干燥菌体,将所述干燥菌体置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为15MPa,温度为35℃的条件下进行萃取,制得DHA藻油;步骤(5)将步骤(1)中的红花籽油、步骤(2)中的水飞蓟籽油、步骤(3)中的沙棘籽油和步骤(4)中的DHA藻油按照68:23:8:1的重量比加入混合罐中,在常温的条件下,往混合罐中充入氮气,混合罐内压力保持在0.2MPa,搅拌60min,转速为60r/min,混合均匀,经脱酸、脱色、脱臭、调合得食用调和油。
依照该实施例制备后,营养结构合理,利于人体吸收,且出油率与常规方法相比提高了约25%。
实施例2:一种食用调和油,按重量百分比计,含有红花籽油80%,水飞蓟籽油16%,沙棘油3%,DHA藻油1%。
一种食用调和油的制备方法,所述制备方法按以下步骤进行:步骤(1)将红花籽粉碎至粒度为0.45mm,将粉碎后的红花籽置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为26MPa,温度为55℃的条件下进行萃取,制得红花籽油;步骤(2)将水飞蓟籽粉碎至粒度为0.25mm,在温度为55℃下,用10倍的无水乙醇进行提取,制得水飞蓟籽油;步骤(3)将沙棘籽粉碎至粒度为0.4mm,将粉碎后的沙棘籽置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为35MPa,温度为45℃的条件下进行萃取,制得沙棘籽油;步骤(4)将微藻通过生物发酵及分离,得干燥菌体,将所述干燥菌体置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为20MPa,温度为60℃的条件下进行萃取,制得DHA藻油;步骤(5)将步骤(1)中的红花籽油、步骤(2)中的水飞蓟籽油、步骤(3)中的沙棘籽油和步骤(4)中的DHA藻油按照80:16:3:1的重量比同时加入混合罐中,在常温的条件下,往混合罐中充入氮气,混合罐内压力保持在0.05MPa,搅拌150min,转速为25r/min,混合均匀,经脱酸、脱色、脱臭、调合制得食用调和油。
依照该实施例制备后,营养结构合理,利于人体吸收,且出油率与常规方法相比提高了约27%。
实施例3:一种食用调和油,按重量百分比计,含有红花籽油74%,水飞蓟籽油20%,沙棘油5%,DHA藻油1%。
一种食用调和油的制备方法,所述制备方法按以下步骤进行:步骤(1)将红花籽粉碎至粒度为0.4mm,将粉碎后的红花籽置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为24MPa,温度为50℃的条件下进行萃取,制得红花籽油;步骤(2)将水飞蓟籽粉碎至粒度为0.2mm,在温度为45℃下,用8倍的无水乙醇进行提取,制得水飞蓟籽油;步骤(3)将沙棘籽粉碎至粒度为0.35mm,将粉碎后的沙棘籽置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为30MPa,温度为45℃的条件下进行萃取,制得沙棘籽油;步骤(4)将微藻通过生物发酵及分离,得干燥菌体,将所述干燥菌体置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为18MPa,温度为50℃的条件下进行萃取,制得DHA藻油;步骤(5)将步骤(1)中的红花籽油、步骤(2)中的水飞蓟籽油、步骤(3)中的沙棘籽油和步骤(4)中的DHA藻油按照74:20:5:1的重量比同时加入混合罐中,在常温的条件下,往混合罐中充入氮气,混合罐内压力保持在0.1MPa,搅拌100min,转速为45r/min,混合均匀,经脱酸、脱色、脱臭、调合制得食用调和油。
依照该实施例制备后,营养结构合理,利于人体吸收,且出油率与常规方法相比提高了约26%。

Claims (2)
1.一种食用调和油,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,所述食用调和油含有红花籽油68~80%,水飞蓟籽油16~23%,沙棘油3~8%,DHA藻油1%。
2.一种食用调和油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)将红花籽粉碎至粒度为0.35~0.45mm,将粉碎后的红花籽置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为22~26MPa,温度为40~55℃的条件下进行萃取,制得红花籽油;
步骤(2)将水飞蓟籽粉碎至粒度为0.1~0.25mm,在温度为40~70℃下,用6~10倍的无水乙醇进行提取,制得水飞蓟籽油;
步骤(3)将沙棘籽粉碎至粒度为0.3~0.4mm,将粉碎后的沙棘籽置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为28~35MPa,温度为40~45℃的条件下进行萃取,制得沙棘籽油;
步骤(4)将微藻通过生物发酵及分离,得干燥菌体,将所述干燥菌体置于超临界萃取装置中,用超临界二氧化碳作为萃取剂,在压力为15MPa~20MPa,温度为35℃~60℃的条件下进行萃取,制得DHA藻油;
步骤(5)将步骤(1)中所得红花籽油、步骤(2)中所得水飞蓟籽油、步骤(3)中所得沙棘籽油和步骤(4)中所得DHA藻油按照所需重量比加入混合罐中,在常温的条件下,往混合罐中充入氮气,混合罐内压力保持在0.05~0.2MPa,搅拌60~150min,转速为25~60r/min,混合均匀,经脱酸、脱色、脱臭、调合制得食用调和油。
