S2:将原料中的干红枣、干红豆和干枸杞清洗干净,然后晒干,干花生去壳,取出花生红衣作为原料;
S3:将红枣、红豆、枸杞、花生红衣和红糖研磨成粉状,然后用80目筛网过滤,直至所有粉末状原料均通过筛网;
S4:烧制好开水,然后将其放凉,凉开水和原料粉末的混合物按照1:2.3混合,然后充分搅拌,搅拌持续时间至少5分钟;
S5:采用制丸机将上述原料制成大小均匀的丸子,所述丸子的直径为1.5-2cm;
S6:待丸子水分晾干后采用纸质包装纸进行包装,然后去真空封存。
