Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of Chinese herbal medicine planting, in particular to a movable panax japonicus planting method.
Background
Rhizoma Panacis Japonici (A. japonicus)Panax japonicusC.A. Mey.) is a kind of plant of Panax genus of Araliaceae family using dried rhizome as medicine, and is "seven" which is rare or endangered in ChinaOne of the Chinese herbal medicines has the comprehensive efficacy of the north medicine ginseng and the south medicine pseudo-ginseng in China. The rhizome and fleshy root are used as the medicine, and the medicine is warm in nature, sweet in taste and slightly bitter. Has the effects of nourishing, strengthening, removing blood stasis, relieving pain, stopping bleeding, eliminating phlegm, etc. The rhizome is used for promoting blood circulation and relieving pain and traumatic injury, and has better drug effect than pseudo-ginseng; the fleshy root has tonic effect, and can be used as substitute for Ginseng radix. It is used to treat asthenia after illness, pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis, epistaxis, amenorrhea, puerperal blood stasis and abdominal pain, cold-dampness and spleen pain, traumatic injury, etc. Belongs to the top grade of traditional Chinese medicine. Modern pharmacological research shows that the main active components of the panax japonicus are saponins, and a small amount of volatile oil, polysaccharide, amino acid and the like are contained. Has wide and stable pharmacological action on central nervous system, immune system and cardiovascular system. Because it contains many ginsenosides and notoginsenoside, it is known as "the king of Chinese herbal medicine".
Therefore, the panax japonicus has the effects of dissipating blood stasis, stopping bleeding, relieving swelling and pain, eliminating phlegm, relieving cough, tonifying deficiency, strengthening and the like, and is commonly used for tuberculosis, cough, hemoptysis, traumatic injury, cough with excessive phlegm and weakness after illness. Also has antiinflammatory, analgesic, immunity regulating, myocardial ischemia resisting, blood sugar lowering, antiaging, antifatigue, anticancer, and memory improving effects. In recent years, the panax japonicus has a plurality of pharmacological actions and is widely applied, so that the demand of the panax japonicus is increased, and wild resources of the panax japonicus are seriously damaged and are in the border of extinction. Therefore, the industrial chain taking the panax japonicus as the raw material is vigorously developed, and the method has huge market prospect and economic benefit.
The panax japonicus species has very special living environment, requires high altitude (more than 2000 m), high humidity (more than 40 percent) and high shading degree (more than 50 percent), and is a typical perennial herbaceous plant (called as 'two-happiness two-tendency type negative vegetative plant' for short) which likes fertilizer, likes yin, tends to wet and tends to have high altitude. The survival environmental characteristic has two serious tests on the survival of the panax japonicus species, one is that the extreme climate brought by the high altitude characteristic causes the possible termination of the life of the species at any time; secondly, the characteristics of preferring yin and tending to wet limit the distribution and migration capacity of the species to a certain extent, resulting in narrow ecological range. Therefore, if the panax japonicus is planted in a low-altitude area (about 1000 m), and the growth environment is not regulated, the survival rate of the panax japonicus is almost zero by culturing the panax japonicus under natural conditions according to the conventional method. Therefore, how to solve the problem that the panax japonicus can be planted in low-altitude areas, the introduction, cultivation and domestication from high altitude (2000 m) to low altitude (about 1000 m) are realized, the industrialized development needs are met, and the method has important production significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems in the background technology, provides a novel time-saving, labor-saving and convenient panax japonicus planting technology for storing germplasm resources of panax japonicus in an environment with a low altitude of about 1000m, and realizes introduction, cultivation and domestication from about 2000m at a high altitude to about 1000m at a low altitude, thereby expanding the distribution range and the migration capacity of the species and meeting the requirement of industrial development, and particularly relates to a movable panax japonicus planting method.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a movable panax japonicus planting method comprises the steps of preparing a planting container, preparing nutrient soil, selecting seedlings, planting and daily management and maintenance; the specific planting method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a planting container: selecting a container which is provided with holes at the periphery and the bottom and is not covered as a planting container;
(2) preparing nutrient soil: 8-12 kg of nutrient soil is configured for each planting container, and humus soil which is loose, fertile and good in permeability and has a pH value of 5.5-6.5 is selected as the nutrient soil;
(3) selecting seedlings: selecting wild panax japonicus as a seedling, wherein the panax japonicus seedling has a natural shape, relatively long rootstock, health, no disease, no mechanical damage and a weight of more than 10g per plant and has more than one sprouting bud;
(4) planting: in 11 months, planting in cloudy days is selected, a layer of humus soil with the thickness of 30-40 cm is paved at the bottom of a planting container during planting, then, selected panax japonicus seedlings are placed in the humus soil, the bud bodies of the seedlings are upwards exposed on the surface, then, a layer of humus soil is covered, and finally, the planting container is placed under a forest for cultivation, so that the panax japonicus movable planting is realized;
(5) daily management and protection: during the cultivation period, in order to ensure vigorous growth of panax japonicus, weeding and loosening soil are required, in 4-9 months, weeding and loosening soil are required once per month, in the cultivation period, shading degree and humidity need to be controlled well, in 10 months, plants on the panax japonicus land enter a seedling falling period, in 11 months, soil loosening is also required in combination with weeding, after loosening soil, a layer of farmyard manure with the thickness of 8-12 cm is covered firstly, then a layer of humus with the thickness of 8-12 cm is covered, so that nutrition required by growth of underground tubers and buds in winter is ensured, and the panax japonicus land is removed before emergence of seedlings in the 2 nd spring; and culturing and managing other daily management and maintenance according to a conventional method until harvesting.
Further, the movable panax japonicus planting method provided by the invention is characterized in that the planting container is a foam box with certain strength, the thickness of the foam box is controlled to be 3-5 cm, a plurality of uniformly distributed holes are respectively formed in the bottom and the periphery of the foam box, and the diameter of each hole is 1-2 cm.
Further, in the movable panax japonicus planting method, the humus soil is pine needle humus soil in the nutrient soil preparation process in the step (2), and the preparation method of the pine needle humus soil comprises the following steps: firstly, collecting fallen pine needles, soaking the pine needles in boiling water for 8-12 hours, then crushing the pine needles into fine powder, mixing the crushed pine needle fine powder and sandy loam in a ratio of 1:1 according to the weight ratio, spraying the mixture to wet and bagging the mixture after the mixture is uniformly mixed, sealing the bag, and fermenting the bag for two months in a place where the sun can shine; then, spraying moisture on the fermented pine needle soil, then loading the pine needle soil into a wood box, simultaneously spreading a layer of cake fertilizer, then loosening the pine needle soil, and sequentially spreading a plurality of cake fertilizers at intervals, wherein the amount of the cake fertilizer is one tenth of that of the pine needle soil, and after filling, irregularly inserting 6-10 small through holes in the pine needle soil by using a wood stick so that the upper air and the lower air can better circulate; and finally, putting earthworms into the box, putting the box in a place with shady, humid and ventilated, and standing for half a year to obtain the pine needle humus soil for planting.
Further, in the planting process of the step (4), a layer of humus soil with the thickness of 30-35 cm is paved at the bottom of a planting container during planting, then, selected underground tubers of panax japonicus seedlings are vertically placed in the humus soil in two rows, the spacing distance between the two rows is 8-10 cm, the buds of the seedlings are exposed out of the surface upwards, then, a layer of humus soil is covered, the soil covering depth is 2-2.5 cm, and finally, the planting container is placed under a forest for cultivation.
Further, in the movable panax japonicus planting method, in the daily management and protection process of the step (5), different illumination is needed to ensure the growth and development of the panax japonicus due to different seasons, and the control requirement of the shading degree is that in 4-6 months of rainy days, a planting container is moved to a forest with the shading degree of 35-45% for cultivation; in 7-9 months with high air temperature, the planting container is moved to a forest with the shading degree of 55-65% for cultivation, and the humidity is required to be kept between 50-70%.
Further, in the daily management and maintenance process of the step (5), in 11 months, soil is loosened by weeding, after the soil is loosened, a layer of farmyard manure with the thickness of 10cm is covered, then a layer of humus with the thickness of 10cm is covered, so that nutrition required by growth of underground tubers and buds in winter is guaranteed, and the movable panax japonicus is removed before emergence of seedlings in spring of the 2 nd year; loosening soil by combining weeding to promote the growth and development of plants and prevent and treat plant diseases and insect pests, wherein weeding is shallow to avoid damaging roots and stems of the plants; the farmyard manure is fermented and then becomes thoroughly decomposed organic fertilizer; during the whole culture period, for pest prevention, when the planted panax japonicus is infected by pests, the planting container is directly moved away, so that the other panax japonicus is prevented from being infected by the pests.
Compared with the prior art, the movable panax japonicus planting method has the beneficial effects that: by utilizing the foam box, the foam box can be moved in time according to the temperature and humidity conditions of the environment, so that the panax japonicus grows in a proper environment, the requirements of high humidity and high shading degree in a high-altitude environment are met, and the wild-like planting condition is met; meanwhile, pine needle humus soil is selected as planting nutrient soil through the prepared nutrient soil, so that the pine needle humus soil has the advantages of being loose, fertile, good in permeability and the like, and the nutrition required by the panax japonicus in the growth process is met; in addition, in the aspect of preventing diseases and pests, when the foam box is infected with the diseases and pests, the foam box can be directly carried away, so that other foam boxes are prevented from being infected by the diseases and pests, and the problems of high planting cost and weak disease resistance of the panax japonicus are solved. The ginseng planting method has the characteristics of time saving, labor saving, low cost, convenience and the like, can greatly improve the propagation survival rate of panax japonicus seedlings, achieves the planting conditions required by growth and development of panax japonicus through movably controlling the shading and illumination effects of the panax japonicus, and realizes introduction, cultivation and domestication from high altitude to low altitude, thereby expanding the distribution range and the migration capacity of the panax japonicus and meeting the requirement of industrialized development.
