在日本特开2007-99077号中,公开了一种模仿眼睛的照明单元(1)。照明单元(1)在乳白色透镜部(3)中设置黑色的瞳状部(6)来模仿眼球,并通过作动器而使眼球活动,从而改变视线的方向。此外,也记载了如下内容,即,使模仿眼睑的眼睑部(8)或模仿眼眉的眉毛状部(9)活动,从而对这些部分的形状或者姿态进行变更的内容。通过视线的方向、眼睑的姿态、眉毛的形状以及姿态,从而将本车辆的状态或驾驶员的意向传达给其他车辆、行人。另外,上述()内的符号为,在日本特开2007-99077号中所使用的符号,与在本申请的实施方式的说明中所使用的符号没有关联。
上述专利文献1的照明单元具备用于使眼球、眼睑以及眉毛活动的作动器。因此,存在有结构变得复杂、成本升高的可能性。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种能够通过简易的结构来表示本车辆的状况的照明系统。
本公开所涉及的车辆的照明系统,具备:一对上侧灯,其为被配置于车身的前表面或后表面的左右的向上方凸起的半圆弧形状的一对灯;一对下侧灯,其为被配置于车身的前表面或后表面的左右的向下方凸起的半圆弧形状的一对灯,且下侧灯分别与所对应的上侧灯协同工作从而形成圆环形灯,而且,上侧灯和下侧灯能够以彼此独立的方式亮灯。
通过设为能够使半圆弧形状的两个灯分别独立地亮灯,从而能够通过简易的结构而向周围表示出车辆的状态。
照明系统可以采用如下方式,即,还具备:控制器,其对上侧灯以及下侧灯的亮灯进行控制;监视装置,其对车辆的行进方向的障碍物或人员进行检测,在监视装置检测到障碍物或人员时,控制器可以仅使上侧灯亮灯。
通过仅使上侧灯亮灯,从而能够向周围表示出车辆停止的情况。
车辆的照明系统还可以采用如下方式,即,具备:控制器,其对上侧灯以及下侧灯的亮灯进行控制;充电状况检测装置,其被搭载于该车辆上,并对能够进行来自外部的电力的充电的蓄电池的充电状况进行检测,在充电状况检测装置检测出蓄电池处于充电中的情况时,控制器可以仅使下侧灯亮灯。
通过仅使下侧灯亮灯,从而能够向周围表示出车辆处于充电中。
还可以采用如下方式,即,上侧灯和下侧灯中的至少一方具有被配置在周缘上的周缘发光部、和被配置在周缘发光部的内侧的内侧发光部,周缘发光部和内侧发光部可以以彼此独立的方式亮灯。通过使周缘发光部和内侧发光部承担不同的作用,从而能够汇总各种灯的作用。
而且,照明系统可以采用如下方式,即,具备中央灯,所述中央灯位于由上侧灯和下侧灯包围的区域中。在上侧灯和下侧灯照度不足时,通过具备中央灯,从而能够消除照度不足的情况。
而且,照明系统可以采用如下方式,即,具备文字显示装置,所述文字显示装置位于被左右配置的圆环形灯之间。能够有效地灵活运用左右的圆环形灯之间的空间。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图来对本公开的实施方式进行说明。在以下的说明中,只要没有特别的说明,则表示前(front)、前方(forward)、后、后方、左、左方、右、右方、上、上方、下、下方等的相对位置以及方向的语句表示与车辆相关的相对位置以及方向。在各附图中,箭头标记FR的方向为前方,箭头标记UP的方向为上方,箭头标记LH的方向为左方。
图1为示意性地表示车辆10的外观的立体图。车辆10具有大致长方体的车身12。车身12的尺寸在前后方向上最长,在上下方向上次长。在车身12的四角配置有车轮14。在车身12的前表面16的上侧区域中,配置有前窗玻璃18,在下侧的区域的左右处配置有组合灯20。在组合灯20 之间,配置有文字显示装置22。在车身12的后表面(未图示)上,配置有与前表面16的前窗玻璃18相同形状的后窗玻璃(未图示),并且在与前表面16中的组合灯20相同的位置上配置有组合灯(未图示)。
在车身12的侧面上,配置有上下车用的车门24。车门24被配置在车身12的一个侧面上,在左侧通行的地区中被配置在左侧面上,在右侧通行的地区中被配置在右侧面上。此外,也可以将车门24配置在两侧面上。车门24具有沿着车辆的前后方向而进行滑动的两块车门面板26A、26B,通过车门面板26A、26B的滑动,从而使车门24进行开闭。在车门面板26A、26B上,分别形成有设置了车门玻璃的车门窗。车门24在车辆的前后方向上,被配置在车身12的侧面的大致中央处,在车门24的前方以及后方配置有侧窗玻璃28A、28B并形成有侧窗。在未配置有车门24的侧面上,以跨及车身12的前后方向的大致整体的方式而形成有侧窗(未图示)。
图2示出了车辆10的前表面16。组合灯20包括向上方凸起的半圆弧形状的上侧灯30、和向下方凸起的半圆弧形状的下侧灯32。上侧灯30和下侧灯32以半圆弧的开放侧对置的方式被配置,并且这些灯协同工作从而形成圆环形灯。在上侧灯30与下侧灯32之间、特别是在上侧灯30和下侧灯32所形成的圆环的中心处配置有中央灯34。上侧灯30、下侧灯32以及中央灯34能够分别独立地亮灯。此外,上侧灯30、下侧灯32以及中央灯34成为在熄灯时被设为不显眼从而给人前表面16较整洁的印象的外观设计。为了使各灯在熄灯时不显眼,可以将各灯的熄灯时的颜色设为与灯周围的面板的颜色相同色系的颜色。
图3为组合灯20的详图。上侧灯30能够在周缘部分和与周缘相比靠内侧的部分处,彼此独立地亮灯。将周缘的部分标记为周缘发光部30a、将内侧的部分标记为内侧发光部30b。下侧灯32也能够在周缘的部分和与周缘相比靠内侧的部分处彼此独立地亮灯,并将周缘部分的发光部标记为周缘发光部32a、将内侧部分标记为内侧发光部32b。中央灯34既可以由一个灯构成,此外也可以组合多个灯来构成。
在前表面16的组合灯20中,中央灯34可以作为前照灯来使用,上侧灯以及下侧灯的周缘发光部30a、32a可以作为小灯来使用。下侧灯的内侧发光部32b可以作为转向信号灯来使用。也可以将上侧灯的内侧发光部30b 与中央灯34加在一起作为前照灯来使用。如果能够获得足够的照度,则也可以仅将上侧灯的内侧发光部30b设为前照灯,而不设置中央灯34。此外,也可以将上侧灯的内侧发光部30b和中央灯34中的一方设为光到达远方的远光灯,将另一方设为限定光的到达距离且抑制对面车的眩光的近光灯。
后表面的组合灯20可以设为与前表面16的组合灯20相同的结构。在后表面的组合灯20中,可以将中央灯34作为制动灯来使用,并可以将上侧灯以及下侧灯的周缘发光部30a、32a作为尾灯来使用。下侧灯的内侧发光部32b可以作为转向信号灯来使用。上侧灯的内侧发光部30b可以作为在车辆10后退时亮灯的倒车灯来使用。组合灯20的各灯的功能可以设为上述以外的组合。
图4为,表示车辆10的照明系统40的结构、以及与照明系统40相关联的车辆10的电源结构的框图。车辆10为,具有对车辆进行驱动的电动机42的所谓电动汽车。车辆10还搭载有用于向电动机42供给电力的蓄电池44。对于蓄电池44而言,能够从外部电源46进行充电。
照明系统40包括对属于组合灯20的各灯的亮灯以及文字显示装置22 进行控制的控制器48。控制器48根据车辆的行驶状况以及周围的状况,从而对组合灯20的亮灯以及文字显示装置22的显示进行控制。例如,在周围较暗的情况下,使前表面16的组合灯20的中央灯34(前照灯)亮灯。而且,使前表面16的组合灯20的上侧灯以及下侧灯的周缘发光部30a、32a(小灯)亮灯,并使后表面的组合灯20的上侧灯以及下侧灯的周缘发光部30a、32a(尾灯)亮灯。在右转弯时或左转弯时,使前表面以及后表面的组合灯20的、下侧灯的内侧发光部32b(转向信号灯)闪烁,在制动器被操作时,使后表面的组合灯20的中央灯34(制动灯)亮灯。
在照明系统40中,进一步还包括对车辆10的周围、特别是前方进行监视的监视装置52、以及对从外部电源46向蓄电池44充电的充电状况进行检测的充电状况检测装置54。监视装置52的监视范围为,包括本车辆的设想的行进道路上的范围、和该行进道路周围的人行道、路边、路边分隔带等在内的范围。因此,即使是位于人行道上的人,也成为监视的对象。监视装置52也可以包括对车辆前方进行拍摄的摄像机、将车辆前方作为对象区域而包括的激光雷达或雷达等、和基于由摄像机等获得的信息而对障碍物以及人进行检测的处理装置。此外,监视装置52也可以设为如下装置,即,除了由上述的摄像机等实施的监视之外,或者代替该监视,而基于来自与行人所持有的智能电话等的信息终端进行通信的、被设置在路上的传感器的信息来对行人、特别是想要横穿的行人的有无进行监视的装置。
当监视装置52在前方的被预先规定的区域内检测到障碍物以及人员时,在车辆10为自动驾驶车辆或者搭载了碰撞回避装置的车辆的情况下,使制动器进行工作,从而使车辆停止,并且以并行的方式将表示障碍物、人等的检测的信号发送至控制器48。此外,如果有站在人行横道位置的人行道上的人员,则也可以将该人员检测作为想要横穿道路的人员。接受到该障碍物、人员的检测信号,从而控制器48仅使前表面16的组合灯20 的上侧灯30亮灯。更具体而言,使上侧灯的周缘发光部30a和内侧发光部 30b中的仅一方或者双方亮灯。当上侧灯30亮灯时,如图5所示那样,看起来好像微笑的表情,从而能够针对想要横穿或正在横穿的行人而表示出车辆10让出行进道路的意思。在车辆10不是自动驾驶车辆或搭载了碰撞回避装置的车辆的情况下,控制器48在前方的障碍物或人员被检测出来之后,在车辆10停止、或者驾驶员对制动器进行操作而使车辆减速至预定速度为止时,仅使上侧灯30亮灯。更具体而言,使上侧灯的周缘发光部30a 和内侧发光部30b中的仅一方或双方亮灯。在该情况下,也能够表示出车辆10让出行进道路的意思。车辆10的停止或者速度,能够基于来自车辆上所具备的速度传感器的检测信号而取得。此外,由驾驶员所实施的制动器操作,能够基于来自对制动器踏板的操作量进行检测的车辆上所具备的传感器的检测信号而取得。
在后表面的组合灯20也与前表面的组合灯20同样地在前方检测到障碍物或人员时,可以仅使上侧灯30亮灯。通过后表面的上侧灯30的亮灯,从而能够向后续车辆传达存在横穿的行人这一情况。而且,控制器48能够使上侧灯30亮灯,并且也可以使前表面16的文字显示装置22显示预定的词句、例如“请先行”等文字。在后表面的文字显示装置22中,也可以显示“有横穿道路的人”、“有障碍物”等。通过进行文字显示,从而能够向周围提供更加详细的信息。如果检测到了行人结束横穿道路的情况、或者障碍物已被去除的情况,则也可以仅结束上侧灯30的亮灯,并返回到之前的状态。如果是存在有驾驶员的情况,则也可以在制动器操作结束时,或者在制动器操作结束的基础上实施了加速器操作时,使组合灯20的亮灯状态恢复为原来的状态。
充电状况检测装置54在从外部电源46向蓄电池44进行充电的期间内,向控制器48发送表示该充电的情况的信号。控制器48使前表面16 的组合灯20的下侧灯32亮灯。当下侧灯32亮灯时,如图6所示那样,看起来像闭上眼睑睡觉的表情,从而能够向周围表示车辆处于充电中(休息中)的意思。而且,控制器48也可以在使下侧灯32亮灯,并且使文字显示装置22显示预定的词句、例如“充电中”等文字。通过进行文字显示,从而能够向周围提供更详细的信息。后表面的组合灯20也可以与前表面的组合灯20同样地使下侧灯32亮灯,并且后表面的文字显示装置22也可以显示为“充电中”。在充电完毕的情况下,能够使下侧灯32熄灯,并由此表示出充电完毕的意思。此时,能够使文字显示装置22显示为“充电完毕”等。此外,在即使充电完毕了而充电用插头还未拔出的情况下,也可以维持下侧灯32的亮灯。由此,能够表示出充电用插头还未被拔出的意思。控制器48以及充电状况检测装置54也可以为根据预定的程序而执行上述的动作的处理装置。此外,监视装置52的处理装置根据预定的程序而执行上述的动作。各个处理装置可以独立地设置,此外,单一的处理装置也可以执行各个动作。
车辆10既可以为没有驾驶员的自动驾驶车辆,还可以为能够对由驾驶员实施的驾驶和自动驾驶进行切换的车辆,而且也还可以为现有的驾驶员进行驾驶的车辆。在能够对由驾驶员实施的驾驶和自动驾驶进行切换的车辆中,也可以仅在自动驾驶时执行仅上述的上侧灯30的亮灯。即使在驾驶员和行人无法进行眼神交流的情况下,也能够代替驾驶员而传达出车辆向行人让出了行进道路的情况。
车辆10不限于电动汽车,可以为除了具有车辆驱动用的电动机之外还具有发动机的混合动力车辆,而且,也可以为能够实施来自外部电源的充电的所谓的插电式混合动力车辆,进一步地,还可以为仅具备发动机的传统型车辆。

Claims (6)

1.一种车辆的照明系统,具备:
一对上侧灯,其为被配置于车身的前表面或后表面的左右的、向上方凸起的半圆弧形状的一对灯;
一对下侧灯,其为被配置于所述车身的所述前表面或所述后表面的左右的、向下方凸起的半圆弧形状的一对灯,且所述下侧灯分别与所对应的所述上侧灯协同工作从而形成圆环形灯,
所述上侧灯和所述下侧灯能够以彼此独立的方式亮灯,
所述上侧灯和所述下侧灯中的至少一方具有被配置在周缘上的周缘发光部、和被配置在所述周缘发光部的内侧的内侧发光部,所述周缘发光部和所述内侧发光部能够以彼此独立的方式亮灯并能够作为彼此不同功能的灯而进行工作。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆的照明系统,其中,具备:
控制器,其对所述上侧灯以及所述下侧灯的亮灯进行控制;
监视装置,其对车辆的行进方向的障碍物或人员进行检测,
在所述监视装置检测到所述障碍物或所述人员时,所述控制器仅使所述上侧灯亮灯。
3.如权利要求1所述的车辆的照明系统,其中,具备:
控制器,其对所述上侧灯以及所述下侧灯的亮灯进行控制;
充电状况检测装置,其被搭载于该车辆上,并对能够进行来自外部的电力的充电的蓄电池的充电状况进行检测,
在所述充电状况检测装置检测出所述蓄电池处于充电中的情况时,所述控制器仅使所述下侧灯亮灯。
4.如权利要求1所述的车辆的照明系统,其中,
所述上侧灯和所述下侧灯这双方具有所述周缘发光部和所述内侧发光部,
所述上侧灯和所述下侧灯的所述周缘发光部在被配置于所述车身的前表面的情况下能够作为小灯而进行工作,而且在被配置于所述车身的后表面的情况下能够作为尾灯而进行工作,
所述下侧灯的所述内侧发光部能够作为转向信号灯而进行工作。
5.如权利要求1至4中的任意一项所述的车辆的照明系统,其中,
还具备中央灯,所述中央灯位于由所述上侧灯和所述下侧灯包围的区域中。
6.如权利要求1至4中的任意一项所述的车辆的照明系统,其中,
还具备文字显示装置,所述文字显示装置位于被左右配置的所述圆环形灯之间。
