The invention provides a firming and anti-aging composition which comprises the following components: red sage root extract, angelica sinensis extract, pseudo-ginseng extract, pseudo-ginseng extract, bletilla striata extract, antelope horn extract, pink extract, dendrobium stem extract and ganoderma atrum extract.

The invention also provides a firming and anti-aging mask which comprises the firming and anti-aging composition and a mask dissolving solution, wherein the mask dissolving solution comprises deionized water, a seaweed extract, a mint extract and glycerol. The facial mask dissolving solution is a natural component, does not contain chemical substances, has no stimulation to the skin, can better dissolve and compact the anti-aging composition, and can release active substances when being used on the skin. The seaweed extract is matched with the mint extract, so that the firming and anti-aging composition can be promoted to be dissolved in the facial mask dissolving solution, can well migrate from the facial mask solution to the surface layer of the skin to enter the deep layer of the skin, and can promote the skin absorption, so that the facial mask has almost no nutrient residue after being used.

The fourth table shows that the firming and anti-aging mask disclosed by the invention can obviously improve the hydration rate of the skin, fully moisturizes and locks the skin, and the moisturizing effect is better than that of a comparative example; the hydration rate is lower when the mask liquid is added into the blank group I, and the hydration rate is lower when the mask liquid is added into the blank group II, so that the firming and anti-aging composition has a better water replenishing effect. In the fourth example, the hydration rate was significantly improved by adding the velvet antler extract.
2. And (3) testing the effect of tightening the skin: selecting 200 volunteers, wherein 10 volunteers are grouped into 20 groups, 1-18 groups respectively use the firming and anti-aging facial masks of the first embodiment to the ninth embodiment and the first comparative example to the ninth comparative example, and arranging a first blank control group and a second blank control group, wherein the first blank control group uses the facial mask prepared by the facial mask dissolving solution of the facial mask to be used by the 19 th group, and the second blank control group does not use any product to be used by the 20 th group; the skin care product is used once at night for 1 month, and the texture of the skin before and after use is compared with the texture of the skin after use.
The compacting effect adopts the following three indexes: the effect is good: the texture of the skin becomes obviously shallow; the effect of B is general: the skin texture becomes slightly shallow; c, poor effect: the texture of the skin is not changed; the specific results are detailed in the following table five.

3. Testing of anti-aging effect: in the cosmetic field, the superiority and inferiority of anti-aging performance is generally characterized by the DPPH radical scavenging ability test, which is based on the following principle: 1, 1-Diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine [1, 1-Diphenyl-2-piperidinylhydrazyl 2,2-Diphenyl-1- (2,4,6-trinitrophenyl) hydrazyl, DPPH ] is a stable nitrogen-centered organic radical. The method is based on the characteristic that DPPH free radical has single electron, strong absorption is provided at 517nm, and alcoholic solution is purple. When the free radical scavenger exists, the absorption of the free radical scavenger disappears gradually due to the pairing with a single electron of the free radical scavenger, and the fading degree of the free radical scavenger and the number of the electrons received by the free radical scavenger form a quantitative relation, so that a spectrophotometer can be used for carrying out rapid quantitative analysis to detect the free radical scavenging condition, thereby evaluating the anti-aging capability of the sample. Its ability is expressed in terms of clearance, the greater the clearance, the greater its ability to resist ageing.
Calculation of half inhibition ratio (IC 50): the IC50 value is defined as the concentration of antioxidant required at 50% clearance.
This test tests the anti-oxidant ability of the compact anti-aging compositions described in examples one to nine and of the compact anti-aging compositions described in comparative examples one to nine, taking the average of 10 sets of data as the IC50 value, the results are shown in table six.

In the fifth embodiment to the ninth embodiment, after the tremella extract, the agrimonia pilosa oil, the agave americana extract, the lemongrass oil, the kappaphycus alvarezii extract and the kava extract are respectively added, the anti-aging effect is obviously improved.

The tightening anti-aging composition of claim 1, wherein the tightening anti-aging composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza extract, 15-25 parts of angelica sinensis extract, 5-10 parts of pseudo-ginseng extract, 15-25 parts of ginseng extract, 10-15 parts of pseudo-ginseng extract, 1-5 parts of bletilla extract, 3-8 parts of antelope horn extract, 15-25 parts of pink extract, 10-15 parts of dendrobium nobile extract and 1-5 parts of ganoderma atrum extract.
3. The tightening anti-aging composition according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising 1-4 parts of pilose antler extract.
4. The tightening anti-aging composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2, further comprising 2-6 parts of tremella extract and 1-5 parts of agrimony extract.
5. The tightening anti-aging composition according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising 1-5 parts of agrimony extract.
6. The tightening anti-aging composition according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising 1 to 5 parts of citronella martini oil.
7. The firming and anti-aging composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2, further comprising 1-4 parts of kappaphycus alvarezii extract.
8. The tightening anti-aging composition of claim 1, further comprising kava extract 1-4 parts.
9. Use of the firming and anti-aging composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 8 in cosmetics.
10. The firming and anti-aging mask is characterized by comprising the firming and anti-aging composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 and a mask dissolving solution, wherein the mask dissolving solution comprises deionized water, seaweed extract, mint extract and glycerin.
